When the sharks came, Sarria rose an eyebrow and watched them a bit uneasily, looking curious at the same time. They were interesting creatures, and she'd never seen one up close before. Let alone alive. For a while she was fine with them being there for the most part, as long as they didn't start to try and knock the boat over, on purpose or accidentally. She kept hearing a splashing noise, and when she finally looked over to see what was causing it Sarria frowned. The girl really didn't think it was a good idea to be doing that, but said nothing; she knew it was Zanna, and that meant the teen probably knew what she was doing.
Turning back around in her seat, she went back to looking over the side of the boat, keeping an eye on the two sharks, and watching what other things were out there. Her thoughts were interrupted again when Zanna spoke.
"Land? Did you say--" before she even had a chance to finish her question, she too caught sight of the three islands. Mountains! "But, um, maybe we should...try to go for that one?" she pointed to the third one, "It...just looks like a better island." She said with a nod, ending by mumbling, "It has bigger mountains..."

Ronin looked at the big fish near to his side of the boat and frowned. Hopefully they wouldn't destroy their vehicle. He had stopped playing his flute for a while and had concentrated on meditating and listening the others' conversations.
He didn't care about Zanna playing with the sharks, Ronin didn't care about anything for a while. His blue eyes turned to the sky and watched some clouds moving by. Clouds were always a good thing to distract yourself. One of them looked like a horse, another one even had the face of his sister.
Ronin was close to grin about this discovery as he heard the purple shouting. He arose and blinked several times before seeing the three different isles. Where should they go to ? "Yes, I advise the one in the middle too." The young one finally announced. He had noticed some birds flying away from this island ...and if there were animals, there had to be food. Their animals at home were always near to food.

Kami began to panic as the sharks ceaselessly began to circle their boat, this was the best time to do so, couldn't help the tears as they rolled down her cheeks as the sharks caused her tears. Shaking slightly, she squeezed shut her eyes at them, hoping that they would go away that way. Her eyes stayed closed for a while, she fell asleep for a few hours and when she woke, they were gone. Eyes searching the waters, she was relieved to not see any sign of them. Licking her lips, as they were dry, her gaze focused on Ronin as he played the flute. Suddenly remembering that she had her own flute in the bag she clutched in her lap. Pulling it out from there, she began to play a harmony to Ronin's with a smile. That sure helped her mind and mood some but continued for a while after the other Simu had stopped playing his. At least it took her mind off the disaster at hand....how did it get this bad? Fearing for her own life along with everyone else's. Seeming to find the islands along with everyone else, she breathed a visible sigh of relief and put the flute away in her bag once more. Glancing at the islands, the teen-aged Simu wondered which one to go to. Making up her mind, she decided to go along with what Sarria's choice was. "I think the third island as well." Kami said, coming up behind Ronin and putting a gentle hand on his shoulder.

((*grumble* Make me the tie-breaker. xd ))
Aurora had fallen asleep, the warmth of the hot sun sending her into a nice little doze where she sat. She barely noticed the sounds of the others talking at first, only waking up to hear Kami's comment.
"Island... huh?" Aurora asked sleepily, and stared at the three islands. The middle one looked like... well, it had birds. Birds meant egg. Egg meant food, and Aurora was hungry. "Middle one... we go there?"

RP Prompt!
Middle Island has the most votes, and so all Simu in the boat must go there. It's defiantly looking better as you get closer, coconut palms swaying along long golden beaches. These beaches look so perfect, you're not even sure if they're real, or you've just had too much sunshine. And the life! There's fish, you can see them already. And birdlife that cover the end of the island. Some rocky areas along the beach, but it's flat and smoothish with rockpools of various sizes in the rock.
Moving in closer, you'll discover one huge problem. These rocks, that are sheltering the island from waves... also are circling the island as far you can see. They cause the water to break around them in slightly violent whirlpools, crashes of foam and mist, and there's often the risk of a rock underwater hidden by the foam of the breaking waves. Beyond the rocks, it's all clear and beautiful, not a trade of large waves or of rocks.
This problem becomes a little worse when one of the hidden jutting rocks cuts a long hole in the side of the lifeboat. You're not sinking just yet... but it's clear this boat won't float for long if the people chosen to row don't get it to the beach in a hurry.
-Decide on four people to row -The rest must pick two items out of what is in the boat, that they think most important. Rowers, being very busy, can choose one only.

From the time the sharks arrived to when Zanna spotted the islands, Sim had been unusually quiet. He spoke not a word, made no motion, it was almost as if he had been turned to stone. Until, that is, one dared to lean his or her ear close to Sim's nose. One would actually hear a soft snore emanating from the teen. Apparently he had fallen asleep.
Even after everyone had made their decision to head towards the middle island, the teen continued to nap. It was only when the boat was cut that he woke up. Initially he seemed disoriented, as if he wasn't sure where he was or what was going on, but he quickly recalled the events and was back to his (relatively) normal fool-self.
"We're going to sink!!! We're going to sink!!!" he shrieked, clinging to Sarria as if she would somehow be able to save him from the watery fate. "I'm not ready for my fabulous life to end! No no no no!!! Oh, I'm feeling very faint, as if all my strength is leaving my body..." he moaned. While he continued his wailing, Sim was already reaching for the water bottles and the rope.

The zoning out that Ura had been doing previously had soon turned to him actually falling asleep. Be it the many nights lack there of or just the rhythmic nature of the sea to lull him - or even the quiet calm nature from the others and.. the flutes? Whatever the reason, he had slept through the sharks and the debate of which island to go to and.. much anything else that had happened.
Until Sim started shrieking and wailing, which caused the red head to jolt awake wide eyed and confused. "Huh? whowha?" Ura questioned, his mind suddenly whirling from the sudden awakening. Ow. He got up too fast. The teen leaned forward slightly, using one hand to situation himself better and the other to rub the back of his head.
It took him a moment to finally look at the scene around him, as if trying to figure out why the hell Sim had even started to wail in the first place. Ura lifted his head, taking in the pointy rocks of doom ... and the whirpools of doom and... the doom that just loomed all around him. Well s**t. His eyes couldn't help but grow wide. They were going to die... weren't they. It was then he noticed the hole, only casuing his eyes to get possibly wider. s**t. His mouth remained closed, a small attempt to refrain from sputtering out more and worse paranoid ramblings than Sim.
As much as he was finding the ocean to be cool and tranquil, this situation just sucked majorly.

Ronin just stared at Sim and blinked several times before realising the situation. "Calm down." He said and his expression was very serious out of sudden. There wasn't anything childish left but rationality and seriousness ruled his face from now on. "We need to get out of here, towards the island." He was the knight, the one who rescued the princesses.
This wasn't a game anymore and he wondered why the other boys didn't react properly. They needed to protect and rescue to reveal their strength and even more : to keep their honour.
"We have to row !" The youngest of them all said and nodded, looking at the other boys with irritation. "I need your help."

The moment the boat hit the rock, the teen immediately reacted, quickly strapping her bag and any loose weapons to her back as she quickly evaluated the situation.
And then the little kid decided to take charge. Somehow, the idea of her being under someone else in rant wasn't sitting well with her, and the moment he scoured the resident males of the boat, Zanna clucked her tongue against the roof of her mouth. "They aren't strong enough." She said simply.
"The physically strongest Simu that I know of are both Elijah and I, and we left Elijah..." Instead of dwelling on that latter fact, Zanna eyed the distance of another set of rocks and immediately began giving orders.
The tone she took wasn't one to be reckoned with or second guessed.
"I need people on the port side to hold their oars in the water... and anyone on starboard to row. Port is left. Starboard is right." She herself moved and sat on the starboard side in front, taking the lead after having glared at Ura to do something or else. "Do it now or we crash into more rocks and die."
Her eyes moved to Ronin and flashed in apology for a moment before motioning him to help somehow. For some reason, commanding people like so seemed to just feel right.

Ronin just nodded and picked one of the oars up. Moving over to the left side of the boat he put it into the water to give some support. The young one didn't seem to have a problem with obeying to Zanna's ideas. She was older and probably more experienced. And after all this was a serious situation. They needed to save the others to regain some honour. Nobody should say they died without trying...no, never !

Aurora stared at them all as if they were crazy, when the boat went into chaos. The cut was on the other side of the boat, and her feet had been numb for hours from seawater that had sprayed in and collected at their feet. Hadn't they noticed?
It wasn't until the water had gone above Aurora's ankles that she realised that it wasn't quite... right. That, adding to the panic of the others, made Aurora nearly panic herself. Water in the boat! She made a tight fist, obsessively keeping her fingers so that no certain rings could slip off, and tried to start bailing the water out as fast as she could with the other hand. Pausing to shove her bag on her shoulder, after stuffing the waterproof matches and a tarpaulin, Aurora started to bail more water out. She'd row... but you needed two hands for that.

Sim only stared blankly at Ronin and Zanna as the two Simus started giving out orders. From the expression on the teen's face, one would think he didn't understand a single word that has been said. There was a clueless, helpless, panicky aura emanating from him at the revelation that two more Simus were needed to row.
Inwardly though, Sim was over-joyed that Zanna declared that everyone (excluding herself and that Elijah fellow) wasn't strong enough. So far, so good, being thought of as a complete weakling was just perfect. Now all he had to do was survive this water-bound coffin.
"We're not going to reach land in time! We shall all drown!!" he cried some more.

RP Prompt:
As if the boat could understand every word of Sim's... it started to sink faster. Because the boat wasn't moving fast enough for need of extra two people rowing, strong or not, it couldn't reach the beach in time. Water started to sink the boat completely, leaving all of the people originally in the boat now floating three metres away from the beach, with random things, bags and oars now floating around them. The boat sunk to the bottom, which was a good four metres below.
The beach is rather steep at this point, waves crashing hard onto the sand. There's no sharp rocks though, only sand with areas of smooth rocks and rockpools pools edging the water every little while.
All the items will be washed up eventually into these rockpools as the tide goes in and out, but for now, this is what was grabbed/floating:
Water bottles Rope Three Oars. (Fourth oar floated away.) Simu's bags. (If grabbed fast enough, before they sink.) Waterproof matches Tarpaulin 1 First aid kit Ten Life jackets Flare gun and flares. (All in a case.) Sixteen Packets of dried long life food. Personal items that each Simu is wearing.

Sim wasted no time in releasing his hold on Sarria to grab onto his carry-on bag. He moaned at its condition, wishing that he had actually not gone on this accursed cruise. He gets wet, he loses his things, he practically drowns for crying out loud! This was one of the many reasons why he disliked mother nature so much, as gorgeous as she was she didn't play fair.
"Oh good heavens!! I forgot I can't swim!!" Sim declared, this time it was true. Had he not floundered in the waters so much, he truly would have sunk along with the boat. Thankfully one of the life vests floated just within his reach.
