After all of the excitement seemed to die down, Kiah watched everyone in the room with a blank expression. Soon she was back in the same position again, with her head resting on her folded arms, waiting for her turn to end or, worse, someone else to come try out the booth.

"Yeah, that's true. Maybe some good things will come from the experience, " she added offhandedly, but thought about one thing in particular as she said it.
Erin heard Lavi's take on the matter, but after yesterday she couldn't help but feel it was a blessing in disguise. She figured she would probably be the only one to feel that way, so she kept it to herself. When Michiyo walked in, it was almost serendipity, as Erin was just thinking of her. She didn't want to be too eager, and after how things were left the night before, she wasn't sure what to say anyway. She decided to act coolly and walked to the couch, plopping down and stretching out.
"Hey Michiyo!" she waved at the girl in a friendly way.
[ Michiyo- Okay biggrin I'll be around tomorrow. ]

Michiyo had been focusing on the snack table, attempting to stack a pile of waffles onto a plate that was already covered in all manner of chocolate covered food, when a familiar voice calling her name made her head snap up. Alright, just... act natural. Like nothing weird happened.
She snorted slightly, before letting out a breath, plastering on a smile and turning round, waving back as she started over towards the couches, where she was happy to see Lavi and Domo were also currently resting their feet. She sank into one of the cushy armchairs, taking care not to spill anything from her plate, before her mind registered something, "Lavi! You're cured!"

Lavi gave Michiyo a wave as she approached. "Yep!" He smiled broadly at her, waving his fork in the air happily before digging into a second waffle. "Happy day."

Erin sat quietly and munched her peppermint patties, listening to the conversation. She watched Michiyo a little, and tapped her foot to the music in the background. At that moment she desperately wished she were a man again.

Michiyo nodded, smiling brightly at upbeat mood Lavi was in now that he was male again, picking up a chocolate covered cherry and popping it in her mouth. In her peripheral vision she saw a something bop to the beat of the music in the background. Resisting the urge to glance over at its owner, she wondered why the Order hadn't sprung for a proper band this time, as they had for Christmas. Looking over to the dreaded booth, she saw Kiah face-down on the counter, "Hey Kiah!" she called over, "Come join us?"

Lifting her head up from her arms, Kiah looked over at Michiyo, as if debating. She was about to turn down to request when she felt her stomach growl loudly, causing her to blush. "O-Okay." She rushed over to the snack table and grabbed a couple waffles, making sure to cover them in chocolate chips and syrup.
"Oh, Michiyo! You got the cure!" Kiah exclaimed, having not seen her since the day before. "So how are you today?"

At the mention of the cure, Michiyo felt her cheeks heat up and a bundle of nerves twist themselves in her stomach, but she made sure to keep her eyes fixed on Kiah as she joined them, smiling, "Yes, I did," she answered, extremely pleased with herself when her voice came out steady and normal, "And now I'm ready to really enjoy this party." Grinning, she popped another chocolate cherry in her mouth. They really were addicting, "How about you?"

Kiah plopped down on the couch and started eating her waffles, licking the syrup off her lips and grabbing a napkin. "Well that's good to hear," she said, talking in between bites. "I'm alright, I suppose. I've been getting the urge to dance these past few days." She smiled at Michiyo after clearing her plate, glad that the girl was in a good mood.

Erin perked up at the mention of dancing. She had also been thinking of it, but in her current body she didn't know if she could really be comfortable doing it. She sighed a little and sat quietly, seeing what the others would say about it first.

"Hm!" Michiyo agreed, mouth still full of food but swallowing quickly, "Yeah, me too. Blow off some steam, and all that." A soft strain of music reached her ears as it had all evening, "But this isn't really danceable music though." She shrugged slightly, "Hey, maybe the proper band isn't coming till tomorrow? On the actual date, so to speak?"

Kiah tapped a finger to her chin, wondering the same thing. "Maybe... I would hope that we can get some better music. I have a feeling we'll have more slow songs though..." she sighed, not enthusiastic about that in the least. "You know, I never got why Valentine's Day was such a big deal." She stretched out on the couch and looked around at everyone, as if waiting for their answers.
Edit: Kiah looked at Erin in embarrassment. "I'll probably be gone most of the day... Someone signed me up for... something..." she mumbled, not giving out details.

((Oh my Gooooood, the Renaissance Fair was amaaaaazing~ I got this for myself and this for my mom [who's currently away at work, so I'm really anxious to see her reaction].)) Franzie stepped inside the ballroom and waved at the small group people that were already there. "Hello." He smiled at each of them, then stopped when he saw Lavi. "I see you're back to your old self," he said, beaming. "Oh, and by the way, Mizaka doesn't remember anything that happened yesterday, though she does have a splitting hangover right now..."
