There were only five presents, but Gale had really just about had enough of them as it was. The gun went off with a crack, ice encircling the bullets as they careened towards the infuriating little monsters.

Oop, there was going to be time for merry making later. The man let go of Robert just as presents swarmed all around him, attacking his friends and fellow party goers relentlessly, weapons flashing- OH it was time for THAT, was it? Well then!
Er... I'm not sure I trust you on a few drinks with- errkk It was too late for Roar, already summoned and aimed- thankfully NOT at Jerry's friend, but at the creatures gnawing on his feet with a resounding, resonating BLAM!!

It looked like he had more presents than she did. But she'd been such a good girl this year! Okay, she'd obeyed a superior's direct orders and all.. but she'd helped Julie bake cookies! And other things! Shouldn't that count towards her good quota?
Well if it didn't, it was time to fill that quota up.
"YOU WISH," she smirked, and finally summoned her weapon. "CHALLENGE ACCEPTED."
And to top it off, the last man (woman?) standing.. would be wearing HEELS.

Deryk was starting to lose some steam here, so he went on ahead to find a smaller group. He still wanted to win. No. He needed to win this little competition with Reine. The blonde would get all the presents.

The present was apparently as agile as it was ferocious, and even as Reine slashed at it with Alynthe, it got away. All that pretty much happened was that Reine lost a heel off one of her shoes. Maybe she should have invested in better ones.. Kicking off both shoes, she stomped back towards the crowd. Barefoot or not, she wouldn't lose to Deryk!
