Soemtimes you need to step back..... Just after she went for the steal, she noticed one of the Bludgers coming towards them and quickly pulled away. Getting the quaffle wasn't as important as keeping herself from getting severely injured. The blonde female did find it amusing that even after being hit by the bludger that she had pulled away from the Ravenclaw still gripped the quaffle gazing around for someone to pass to. She took another breath debating rather or not to go for the steal again. Her eyes were darting around trying to find the location of all the other players.
The chasers for both were all only short distances away but still not close enough. She couldn't quite locate the Ravenclaw beaters nor Ronyo. She knew that the latter's location being unknown to her wasn't a problem however the Ravenclaw beaters could prove troublesome, specifically since as fare as she knew they were the same ones as previous years. Belle was up a higher then everything searching hard for the Snitch and once again the Ravenclaw of that same postion was of an unknown location. Once settled that she knew were everyone was she gave a small nod then went once again for the steal. ....in order to see it all. ---❤--- ---❤--- ---❤---

Nothing, no where, not even a glimpse of sparkling speed could be spotted, the colors bleeding into one another as they usually did, intermingling as a haze of grays. She rounded the pitch again, keeping an eye on the beaters and bludgers when she could, and sneaking peaks at the opposing seeker. Wisps of blonde hair slapped around her neck as she raced past the crowd of blue and bronze at high ferocity, she was only a blur of blonde and emerald. The sun began to poke its head out from behind a curtain of clouds and she had to squint as the suns rays glinted against her goggles.

Thank God Shina came soon after! Chase didn't know how much longer he could hold on. He threw the quaffle down to Shina. He didn't wait to see if she caught it or not, since he was sure that if he had waited longer, he would've fallen quite some distance.
The adrenaline flowing through his veins from the intensity of the game allowed him to forget the pain from his shoulder and get back onto his broom. He rested on the stick for awhile, rolling his shoulder and loosening the muscles. This would be a pretty bad bruise. He took a deep breath and bolted forward, focusing on the game that was happening right now.

Chase caught the quaffle, only a couple meters away from the rings. He lunged the quaffle forward, aiming at one of the rings. Would he score after taking that bludger hit? Chase would find out soon.

Chase cursed under his breath. So close! Was it because he lacked the skills or was it because of the bludger earlier? "Tch." He kept a close eye on the quaffle and the three Slytherin Chasers, ready to attempt to steal the quaffle.

  Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Fifth Year/ Slytherin Quidditch Captain/ Beater
Quidditch Pitch/ Game Ronyo had come out last of his team and pulled up and slightly away one his Chinese Fireball to watch the game for a moment and purposely see how the Ravenclaw team moved. His mind was bringing up tactics and ideas to put into play and work his team to its peak. Seeing the eagles taking the quaffle closer and the sudden assault to Vanessa for trying to make a steal Ronyo pulled his broom and performed a sharp steep dive that only his broom could endure and headed down quickly to his team. "Dominic! To me, form up on Vanessa...take the left side. Vanessa go for it we will cover you! Amanda move behind us to my right! Slytherin Let's show them how to play Quidditch!" Ronyo pulled up and slid his broom to Vanessa's right side and pulled back to give her room to maneuver and room for him to swing his Bludger Bat when the time came. They needed to move and work as a solid unit and look to come at the intelligent Ravenclaw's from multiple sides and put on the pressure. Lives: 1, 2, 3

"Right!" Dom acknowledged his captain, his left hand wrenching his broom backwards as he circled the pitch and retreated, fleeting back to the home side and gathering at Vanessa's free side. Batting arm held at the ready, Dominic's unyielding attention traversed between the Ravenclaw beaters, the bludgers, and his fellow teammates, in case the quaffle was passed or a rogue bludger threatened to strike. Vooosh! His attention snapped at the sight of an unruly bludger, he could have dodged it easily, instead, he snapped his wrist in the direction of a nearby chaser, Shina, and hoped to hear a crack if it made contact.

"Ha! Bloody, yes!!" Dominic exclaimed with an enthusiastic bat clenched fist pump into the air above his head, a mad grin spread wide across his face as his eyes sparked with icy determination and wildfire excitement as the bludger soared straight into Shina.
Keeping in formation, Dom focused his attention on his teammates, primarily Vanessa, even as his heart was beating with rapid ecstasy, wanting nothing more than to fly to the next bludger and beat it too.

Quidditch Pitch/ Game " Nice hit Dom, you got that sniper eye. Stay on Vanessa's eight o'clock and keep that miracle bat of yours ready." The boy seemed to be a natural when it came to the aggressive side of Quidditch and with a chuckle Ronyo could remind himself he was playing with the Slytherin house. Dominic had the eye and the reaction time so Ronyo had some ideas for the boy later in the game. He had a plan for their next defensive move and he had a feeling the boy with the sniper eye would enjoy it. Lives: 1, 2, 3

Glancing down below her where the game began to unfold, she had to smile as she caught sight of her little cousin's assault on the bludger and felt a smirk fly upon her lips before settling back into her smile. Refocusing the ferocity of her attention, she swore she saw a glimmer of a snitch and snapped down towards the grass near the Slytherin stands.
