Katrina watched the process. She was so happy for Drean. The Doctor monitored the basics. " Ok Drean it's all looking good."

Well, here goes everything... Drean whispered. A cord snaked out from under the Tardis console and hooked into the tub of white liquid.
For the record, I think that this is a bad idea. The Tardis matrix came up behind him on the screen. This has become a part of you, Drean. You shouldn't fight it.
Well, I want to try... After all, don't you and the Doctor take on the whole universe every day? The screen faded to black as the download began.

The Doctor gave the TARDIS a nod. " He has a point you know."
Katrina waited so eagerly. Drean was finally going to be human!

There was a pause, then the liquid in the tub began to move. First eyes, then a mouth and nose emerged from the goo. Unexpectedly, the eyes were brown. After only a few seconds, a new Drean, dressed in a dark blue hoodie and light blue jeans, bolted to a sitting position in the tub. He looked around, then examined himself.
Two arms.. both human. Two legs... not cyberman... He looked up at Kat, an expression of pure glee lighting his face. It- It WORKED!

Kat was full of delight! " Oh Drean!" She immediately ran over and hugged him. " May I be the first to say welcome to the human race!"

It- It's good to be back! Drean blushed hard, welcoming the embrace. In the sheer euphoria of the moment, he kissed Kartina on the cheek, blushing even harder. He quickly looked away, embarassed. Sorry...
Well, emotions certainly seem strong... The Tardis console wrote in blue lettering. All other systems are reading normal, and the flesh is stable.

Katrina didn't mind. She kinda blushed a bit as well. " No biggie."
The Doctor came over. " Well this is a change. How do you feel?"

Drean stood up, punching at the air in excitement. Doctor, I feel like a million bucks! Like I could take on the world and come back for seconds! He looked back at Katrina again. Like I've finally got control of my life again.

The Doctor was pleased. " Well Drean I'm happy for you." He said as he flipped a few switches.
Katrina felt so confused. She started to feel different towards Drean. But she also felt for the Doctor. Though she also knew the price of staying with the Doctor.

Drean looked around, then began helping the Doctor with setting the Tardis for flight. He was beginning to feel strange, and not just because of his new body. He had been feeling... strange ever since he had kissed Katrina. It's surreal... He whispered.

Katrina held onto the railing as the TARDIS shook about. " Where are we heading?" The Doctor smiled. " I thought we'd stop by the 80's. Apparently there's some oddness going on."

The 80's! Love a good trip to the 80's! Drean said cheerily as he jumped from side to side of the console.

Katrina scurried off and changed into an 80's outfit. The Doctor smiled and gave a chuckle. " You have to change for every time period don't you?" Katrina shrugged. " Well I like to blend in."

Drean took one look at Katrina and grinned. Well, that looks... hot! My turn! He quickly jumped away from the console, letting her take over as he ran away. He jumped in the air for no seeming reason, a little giddy. I LOVE having matching legs!
After a few minutes, he returned, wearing a leather jacket over a white T-Shirt and torn blue jeans. He was wearing a pair of black and red converses with the word "Serendipity" stitched into the sides. You know, I kind of like this jacket! It's a nice change from my hoodie, and no cyber-parts to cover up! I can wear jeans with holes in the knees, short-sleeved shirts!

Katrina was impressed. Her sort of greese style dress was a bit girly for her but she went with it. " Why don't you get dressed up Doctor?" The Doctor looked at what her was wearing. " I think I'll be fine."
