Who would've thought flipping tables was harder than flipping pancakes? What's up with that!

Feeling flustered as she reached the table Nek took in a deep breath as she prepared the folded paper, her ego was not very sore at this point. Normally she would be throwing a tantrum kicking up a rather annoying storm, but the charm she held seemed to prevent such acts. Huffing as she attempted to win this game from the booth, tossing the tables she managed to flip nine tables.

Forgot the roll again >< gosh I'm out of it

I'M SPINNING THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE~ OR IS IT SPINNING ME

((Hope this is okay! Ceri just won a candy from the table-flip, if I read correctly, but I'm going to get her to change places soon so she's gonna roll the wheel now ^^; If not, sorry! OTL))

"You didn't, I know." Ceri was just teasing him, and she didn't expect it to be sincere. It wasn't like she knew him very well yet, though. It was actually kind of a hobby to creep others out, so she was a little disappointed that Art didn't let it show very much, that she had made him uncomfortable offering her handless arm in greeting. He didn't even react very much to the hand tapping his foot. Perhaps she would have to try harder. This could be fun. It could be a lot of fun. Even if he didn't react a whole lot, she enjoyed the emotions she could feel of his as she creeped him out.

Ceri's movements weren't as stiff as they would be if she was really a doll. It was apparently that someone had dressed her like that, be it herself or someone else. She wasn't a true doll. Even if her eyes were kind of glassy.

"Crazy bunny girl? Oh, the hostess of this booth," she said aloud, understanding. "Vouch. Hmm, thank you, Art. I don't have any pets, no. I can?" Ceri was surprised by how charismatic Art seemed to be. She liked that they were different, though she suspected they might end up arguing over some subject, if they spent too much time together. She was headstrong, and suspected he was too.

Regardless, she was happy to have met him, and she stared at the tattoo on his arm. With her good hand, she rubbed her bare shoulder and wondered what it would be like to have flesh to tattoo. To distract herself from what seemed like a kind of melancholy, she approached the wheel with Art and addressed the booth's overseer of sorts.

"I didn't get the candy yet, but I think I just won one at the table flipping game? I'd like to spin the wheel too, if that's okay." She reached up to spin it. "Hmmm... so that's my prize? Exciting."

After that was all dealt with, Sincerity took a deep breath through her stitched mouth and circled her good hand lightly around Art's arm. "It's pretty busy here with all the games... did you want to go explore? I heard the library here is something else."

Cady tried her hardest to help the poor injured ghoul, but the strange croak she emitted caused her to pause in her frantic attempts to repair the damage she assumed her cup had wrought, and she found herself flung off promptly.

Penetrated? Ok, ok, so she may have stuck a finger in there for good measure, but it was all in the name of medical aid! And now the smoke coming out was even DARKER. "Is your throat on FIRE? Because there's a lot of smoke. And I was just trying to you know, plug the hole. In your throat? Like I don't know if you know this but that's really not normal, and I'm not sure why you're not freaking out because I know I would be, because like how can you swallow anything now without it dribbling all over your..."

Oh. "Hey. You're not really wearing any clothes. Those are definitely Under Weres."

Cady couldn't see what the problem was. She was trying to save her LIFE, after all.

There may be many fish in the sea, but Desu-chan's the only one for me ♥

The ghoul was not quite so amused when she lost the race after her bets were placed but she was determined to try again. Just not right this second. She left off from that game to try out something else. The fishing game seemed kind of interesting for the moment. She politely as possible waited for the people to take their turn before she went forward to do so herself.

Taking the net she dipped it into the water as her tail flicked side to side. Fish could be tricky but she could be much trickier.

Desu-chan, you're not hiding puppies in those teacups, are you?

She'd said she was going to go tell Aksaja for. She really did. But these games were addictingly fun to watch - and it smelled so good here. So much sugar. It filled her lungs and made her linger.

There was also the fact that Malodore seemed to be attached to the booth, in it's attempts at winning one of those confection cats.

So. In summary. It would be difficult to get Riley to leave this particular booth. And, they were letting her play games again? Really, someone would have to drag her away with a net.

They would fail, but someone would have to try, at least.

She plucked a piece of sugar up and flung it with determination at the teacups.

Nuk had been busy. Very busy, in fact -- so busy, he hadn't even set up his booths yet, despite how prospective students had already started pouring out of every one of the school's orifices. That was actually what he'd been meaning to do at that moment, really, except as he'd stepped into the room, a fold-up table in hand, he'd noticed the rather-flamboyant booth across the room that was attracting so many people, his scowl setting a little further. Psh, was that any way to represent Amityville, wearing PINK?! It was disgraceful. The skinwalker's scowl set a little further on his face as he looked around at all the students who crowded the booth, shifting the table (which was getting a bit heavy, despite how strong the boil was.) That's when he realized... HELLS BELLS, it was DESU. From-the-boat-that-got-them-all-killed Desu. The one with the pink seeds and the cell phone and the table flipping. .... ok, well the table-flipping had been alright. But other than that, Nuk was in a definitely state of 'DO NOT WANT.'

What was all the fuss about, anyway?

It was this thought that made the skinwalker put down the table against the wall where he planned on setting up, stalking over to Desu's (and apparently some other chick name Usa's) booth. At first, he stood in back, just watched as some kids talked, others played games. What was so special about this? It looked like kiddie games -- sheesh, this was lame. He was about to turn away when he saw it. The most perfect of perfect. The thing he wanted most in the ENTIRE WORLD.

A NYANCAT.*

*No one knew of his secret want of a rainbow poptart cat. He had harbored it since he'd seen the shipment come in so many weeks before. Part of him had wondered if they were a myth. But they were real, and now his want had reached epic proportions.

Form a contract with me and magically win this race! OwO

The sugar was flung with perhaps.. a little too much force. It ripped through the back of the booth, coming nowhere near the teacups.

Riley looked left.

She looked right.

Then she side-stepped over to the races and put a bet down on one of them innocently, as if she hadn't just made a hole in Desu-Chans booth.

That first nyan looked quite scrappy. Riley was sure it would win - and sure enough, the eyepatched nyan overpowered the rest in a clear victory. Riley hoped that, if she won another one of these strange creatures, it would be a scrappy one like that.

Ah, but now it was time to fish.. and Riley had failed this one before. She took her net and tepidly swirled it about the water.

Desu-chan, you're not hiding puppies in those teacups, are you?

He almost jumped as he saw Riley not a few feet away, ducking his head to hide the fact that he was over here at all, much less with a sugar cube in his hand. This was so humiliating. But the want was strong with this one -- if his pride was overridden, it had to say something about what he wanted. In this instance, even the prize ITSELF was a blow to his pride, the rainbow sparkly kitty cat not exactly doing much for his image. BUT OH, HOW HE WANTED IT. So he sucked it up, keeping his head ducked but tossing the cube quickly, hoping no one saw him and/or called him out on it.

Don't you understand, he was trying to BREAK the teacups! HE WAS SHOWING OFF HIS MANLY SKILL BY BREAKING TEACUPS WITH A SUGAR CUBE, HONEST.

This isn't funny, the life of a bunny is at stake! What do you mean they're not alive?

Riley couldn't say she was unhappy to have caught nothing. In fact, she couldn't say anything at all - because there was no one around her to say anything to. Where had - oh, Nukpana had arrived. And he was looking at the Nyancats with the same ferocity as Mal had been eying them. What was with these little creatures? Riley shook the boxes she'd already won, wondering if there was magic hidden inside.

...She wanted to eat the magic and become magic herself.

But look, bunnies to bash! Her favorite.

Who would've thought flipping tables was harder than flipping pancakes? What's up with that!

WHAT.

The bunnies had managed to evade her frantic bashing, for the most part. This was absurd. It was unacceptable. She waved the mallet threateningly at the game, before dropping and and slumping sourly.

I want to bash more of them. This game should be non-stop. You should just let me play the game all day. Just me. LET ME BASH THE BUNNIES.

Well, she was certainly in a table-flipping mood now. Look, a paper table to flip. Or nine of them. Nine table flips were good, too.

I'M SPINNING THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE~ OR IS IT SPINNING ME

Riley didn't think any worse of Nuk as he played the Desu games. After all, she was just as macho as he was - and here she was doing the same thing. Perhaps she wasn't as desperate to win nyancats as the others were - well, she did have two in her hands at the moment, so why would she be?

But still, as she handed one of her two new candies in to spin the wheel, she lounged on Nukpana and watched him play the games as well.

Please don't lose them all, like Jericho keeps doing. She chirped brightly - still quite high on sugar. I can't stand feeling bad for anyone else.

Ok, THIS was less girly. Gambling he could do. Grinning broadly, he filled out the form he had to in order to participate, looking a little less sour about his first loss. He hadn't gotten a candy. This made him sad, because apparently, candies were the key to Nyancats. And Nyancats were the key to happiness. And he was feeling so depressed lately, he would do quite a bit for a little bit of happiness. Even if happiness came in the form of a DISGUSTINGLY cute kitty with a rainbow.

At the last moment, Nuk cringed a little as he noticed Riley look over at him, mortified at being caught. She might never let him live this down (although to be fair, SHE was participating too!) But not mortified enough to not want that damn Nyancat! Looking through all the cats, he squinted a bit, choosing one and slapping down his bet a little dramatically, watching as they raced.
