"The first to arrive then I see," Ikumen waved him over to the couch,"Come in and sit down we have some time to wait. Are you new, I havent seen you before, though you have your headband, how much training have you been through?" Ikumen was a little judgmental but he couldnt just send a green shinobi out into enemy territories.

Kuro did as he was asked and sat down on the couch. It was rather comfy to say the least. "I am to a degree, new Lord Mizukage. I have been training on my own the last couple of years since I graduated from the academy. I could use more however if you feel it necessary for preparation." he said his dark eyes meeting the Kages as a sign of respect.

"You are quite mellow, but I can see the Uchiha passion burning deep behind your eyes. I will be evaluating all of you soon, but for a B ranked mission I do not believe you are quite ready yet. I hope I can ascertain a large enough group combined with Yukigakure for an assault." The Mizukage turned and looked out at the clouds, the fog and the raining sky, they felt sad. He closed his eyes and crossed his hand behind his back.

Kurotenchi clenched a fist at Ikumen's words. Indeed he did want to vanquish those who would threaten the innocent. "My Lord is right, I do wish to quell the the evils that lurk in the far corners of the shinobi world." he said placidly. "You seem to know my clan well no? If so there should be no doubt you know that we deliver results. Would you like me to train more and return at a later time? That way for my evaluation I could prove to you my strength." Kuro spoke high promises and knew he could deliver with time. All would be easier of he could awaken the power that hides within those dark eyes of his.

He doesnt have his Sharingan yet... Ikumen squinted a bit out at the clouds to try and find the sun. There was only darkness. He nodded slowly to the boys question,"I think it would do you well Kuro-kun, please train yourself hard young one."

Kurotenchi's head sank a moment. His power was always questioned when it came to the fact that he didn't have his sharingan yet. He rose and bowed before the Mizukage. "My Lord, could you......help me to awaken my true power? No one else has managed to push me hard enough..." he felt slightly embarrassed asking for help, but in this time of war he needed his power to be at its highest.

Kurotenchi bowed and nearly left the room before stopping halfway out the door. "Thank you Ikumen-sama. For a young Kage you sure display the wisdom of one much older. I'll be back soon twice as strong, you can count on it." he said smiling and leaving the room.

Taichi walked into the Mizukage's office with the same emotionless expression on his face but behind his eye were the fillings of guilt and shame. Ever since telling the truth about his background to Kairi he still felt as if he needed to talk to someone. "How are you Lord Mizukage" he asked trying not to name eye contact. Who am I to stare at such a honorable ninja he thought to himself keeping his head down.
( Okay me Twilightbirthday and Kungfu might be away long because I'm getting settled cause we all haved moved and my phone is all of our way to get on gaia)

"I am very good Taichi-san, how has your training been going? Are you ready for a mission?" Ikumen was planning on sending Taichi, and his friends on the mission with the Snow ninja. It would be tough, but they would be ready.

Taichi was glad to here that the Mizukage had made a full recovery. "My training has been going better than I had hoped" he smiled faintly. Thinking it over he heard something about a mission. "Sure Sir a mission would be refreshing" he said "but if you dont mind me asking what is the mission?"

"It wont be easy, Taichi-san. We are in a time of war now with Konoha as you know. I am planning for us to assault them with a combined force with Snow. A group of four snow shinobi entering the village to cause havoc and a group of four mist shinobi holding the gates for an extraction point, that will be you guys. I have a pair of Konin entering the village too, one from us and one from Snow. Together while the two teams cause disruption through out the village the Konin will infiltrate the information center at the base of the Hokages office and gather all the intel they can. I will brief you more when you get your team together, I want you to find your other two friends that you often train with, bring them back here. It will be your first mission as Chuunin, but I trust you guys can handle it alright." Ikumen nodded with a smile,"Dont be afraid of anyone and nothing will be able to hold you back... Taichi-san."

A murder of crows flew in through the open window, cawing and gawking at those present. They began to collect in a single spot and took the shape of a young man. Kurotenchi formed from the mesh of crows, his sharingan blazing red. "You called Lord Mizukage?"

"Ah, I see my new Chuunin has arrived right on schedule, we are waiting for the rest of the squad to gather, but my it seems your training went well, as I promised you it would?" Ikumen smiled as the boy was clearly proud of himself quite a bit.
