(Tesla: fainted. Charizard: 9)
Nyx laughed loudly, mocking Lance, when she and Mau managed to knock out the champion's Altaria. Of course there were still foe's to be fought, evidenced by Tesla quickly being struck by an Aerodactyl. The agent growled and threw out a new pokemon, a Charizard appearing in the flash of light. "Tazieff, Metal Claw, go!"
The Charizard hummed and looked around at the water. "Tazieff! GO!" The large lizard seemed to chirrup and took off into the air after the rock type fossil pokemon.
Nyx didn't seem terribly concerned with the Shadow Lugia. It was very likely that she had a hand in working on the corrupted legendary pokemon. She'd heard it sing... Ugh.

Alexander stared in awe at Seth's new surprise. He had never seen a legendary before, other then in pictures, and even if it turned out to be a clone, he felt it was a privilege. "Come on, you guys can do this!" he whispered as the Rockets with pokemon remaining kept fighting. He was relived that at least two of Lance's pokemon had finally fainted.

Rubbing at her eyes with her wrists to wipe away tears, Kofuku got to her feet and stared up at the giant, off-colored Lugia. "Oh wicked.... Oh hell yes." Making her way over to Faleen and Liam, she dropped her pack next to them.
"So am I the only one not about ready to back out of this fight...? Because I would really like to not stay down for the count." Her eye twitched a little and a wicked smirk came over her as she looked between the two, then looked around for the other rockets who's lost their pokemon.

Isadora gaped at the monstrous beast that emerged from the Dark Ball in Seth's possession. A Shadow Lugia... Never in her entire life had the doctor ever imagined she would see one of those leviathans in person. It was even fighting on their side, too! But still, the situation looked very dire. The other Rockets were dropping like flies, and even Claire and Lucas were down for the count. Slowly, Isadora walked over to her two friends and stood by them, solemn-faced.
"This is awfuhl..."

At Lucas' comment she laughed - a short, bitter sound - before folding her arms across her chest with a sigh, watching the fierce battling warily. "I know. You stay back, too," she reminded him as she watched him out of the corner of her violet eyes.
Finally, finally some of his pokemon were going down, and Seth's dark Lugia... Was it dark, or something else? She had no idea what it was but it was huge, and hopefully it would be able to turn the tide in their favor. Legendaries could be quite useful... She made a mental note to look into them if they actually survived this crap.

Lance roll!
A cry from Aerodactyl drew Lance's attention away from the Shadow Lugia for a moment. Yes, he knew of Shadow Pokemon.. and the fact that Team Rocket had managed to duplicate them enraged the dragon master. He had to get back to the league.. he had to tell them.

The Shadow Lugia was impervious to damage! At least for now.
"Again!" Seth called, irritated that the last attack had only given the Kingdra a glancing blow. The damn thing was fast, but its luck wouldn't last forever.

The Aerodactyl retaliated against the Charizard's metal claw, but the fire type just seemed to... chuckle? Tazieff thought that battles were play, and she loved to play. The mad-Charizard clawed viciously at the Champion's pokemon.

The Kingdra managed to do what the Dragonite could not. It knocked out his Snorlax, leaving Leonard with only two Pokemon left. One of which would be next to useless... Who knows? He could get lucky.
"Seance!" And he did save his strongest Pokemon for next to last. "Shadow claw!"

So easily. And he just stood here, doing nothing, while she fell and failed and- no. Having to stand back and direct her Pokemon had left Nadja time to simmer and roil, and the way her personal battle was going was disheartening.
"Ophion. Please," she muttered, and flung her last ball far.
The seahorse snorted upon sight of the winded Charizard, and sank beneath the surface of the lake. A second later a massive Surf rolled forward.

Rather than comply with Claire's encouragement to stay away from the battle, Lucas instead took note of the psychologist's approach and repositioned himself accordingly. His hand twitched slightly at his side, as if in search of some hint that he should act. Damned if he would stand there and do nothing for the remainder of the mission...

Lance roll!
Now the Aerodactyl went down... and the Gyarados was quick to take its place. The red leviathan letting out a roar as it attacked. It was getting down to the wire now, and needless to say... Lance was a bit concerned, especially as he watched the Shadow Lugia.

The Shadow Lugia took a direct hit from the Kingdra, causing Seth to grit his teeth. However, the massive Pokemon went on strong and launched another shadowy attack. However, Seth's gaze again strayed toward Nadja. She was on her last Pokemon now.
