Rose

"In the moon, I see everything."

User Image

"I'd like to see your bare chest..." Came a feminine voice from behind Trinity, as she would feel... slender arms wrap around her midsection, a body pressing into her back. And her hands were not exactly being innocent... "I was so very worried when your life was in danger... I've been watching you, Trinity. You're the most interesting demon around." Stalker much? Maybe. One of her hands began to slide down her midriff slowly... "You're one of the only people I can't predict, and that makes you so very intriguing to me. What would she do if this happened? How would she react if I did this? For instance... what would you act like if my hands crept around your body...?" Her hand was getting a bit close to........ "Would you beat me? Would you grow excited? Tackle me? All of the above~? Ahahaha..." Trinity may recognize this as the voice of the one who had healed her after she had been struck down by Ephraim and L'Arachel. Then, her hands stopped, as the girl took a step forward, her body completely phasing through Trinity's as though she had some sort of ghost-like powers. The feeling may make Trinity shiver, or give her an odd, sort of comforting warmth. The witch's hand raised, her fingers brushing under Trinity's chin, winking at her as she took another step forward. "I am Rose... I am a witch. An outcast of society, you could say... though I am many things, and at the same time, I am nothing. But isn't that the case for all of us? Ahahaha, dust in the wind! That's all we amount to." She may not have complete hold over her sanity herself... "None of you may know me, but I know you all so very well... I keep a close eye on all the interesting people of this world. Avalanche, the Shepherds, demons, Serenitians, Reapers... oh yes, I know you all so well. You could think of me as a fan, if you'd like. Especially you, Trinity~" She brought up a hand, covering a mischievous giggle. "It's so thrilling to finally see you in person. Face-to-face, I mean. I've obviously seen you in person before, you just haven't seen me.... Ehehehehehee...." This girl seemed... dangerous...

A strange thing happened. Trinity felt her body freeze as unknown arms slipped around her midsection, and the warmth of that someone's body pressing against her back.A new kind of fear froze the deadly demon in place enough that she continued to feel her hands wander over her body in a most uncomfortable way! "....Oh gods...You're the one who healed me? ...Cool, uh, appreciated...but...it doesn't give you permission to touch me! " Anyone else would probably be dead, but due to her little rescue only a short time ago, she would do her best to ..well, NOT kill her. As if she could, the girl who feared just about nothing, was completely freaked out! "Ehh? " Indeed, shivers ran through the demons spine as she seemed to phase right through her.
"..Gah, what are you really?! I don't recall witches having ghosty-phasing powers! Eeek...I feel so..violated.." It was almost funny to hear HER say something like this. Shuddering, the silver-haired demon teleported a few feet away from her, and as she reappeared in that next moment, Rose would see Trinity's demon form had been replaced by her human one. "..This..hahaha! This is what I would do. Not so hot anymore, yeah? I'm sure your attraction is only to my demon form. Am I right?!" She was quite sure it was, she didn't look at all intimidating or scary, in fact, she looked rather...adorable. No one would guess such a cute and innocent looking girl was some crazy, insane demon girl! Yeah, she did have a lot of fun with both her forms. It all depended on her mood! "....Are you stalking us? ...You know, I thought there was no one in this world that could ever creep me out, until today... How have you..seen me in person? Where? When? " That laugh was so creepy, was she watching her in..private moments too?!

Rose

"In the moon, I see everything."

User Image

Rose let out a short chuckle at her response, giving a rather creepy smile. "Permission? And why would I need permission? Ah, perhaps I'm coming across as rude. I certainly wouldn't want that..." And so, she phased through her body in the next moment. And what an amusing reaction she got. "Ahaha, didn't you hear me? I'm a witch... but perhaps that's not all I am. But it's not nice to ask a lady her secrets, perceptive demon girl~" Her grin widened a bit. "I can make you feel a lot more violated than that." She was having a bit too much fun with this, perhaps.
"Oh~? Mm..." Rose took one step forward, gliding over the ground towards her, giving her a devious grin. "Oh my, this form is so cute~ ehehehehe.... Oh, my, I can't help but want to bully this adorable form before me! Watching you squirm would be... so..." She licked her lips. "...Delightful." She took a step back, letting out a short laughter. "Oh my, it's been a while since I've been so attracted to someone! You'll have to forgive me, I tend to get a bit unhinged when I get excited. And though your demon form has great sex appeal, I... rather like this form... ehehehehe...!" She glanced at Teresa. "Teresa is similar in that way, but of course, she has a lovely girlfriend of her own. And it would be improper of me not to respect that." Thus why she hadn't given her any such compliments, though that wasn't the only reason. She wasn't nearly as intriguing to her as Trinity was... "Oh, I've seen you all over. Ehehe... yes... all over indeed~" The real question was, was she just saying that in that tone specifically to creep her out further and see her reaction, or was she serious? "Oh come now, stalking is such a dirty word. It makes me sound so much more sinister than I am! Or does it not sound sinister enough for how I am? Ahahahaha! I couldn't tell you." She raised her arm, blocking a sudden slash with merely her index finger. "That's no way to treat your guests, Jin~"

"Begone from this place," Jin said seriously. "You do not belong here."
"How unkind. Do you belong more than I? And through what criteria is that so? I don't belong here, I don't belong there. Leave, witch! You have no place among humans! You have no place among demons! You belong nowhere! Ahahahaha! And yet I am everywhere! Isn't that the funniest thing?" She let out a loud laugh, apparently finding it all so very amusing. "I am more of a pariah than you silly demons could ever be. Not even with monsters do I belong! Only myself. Do you know what it's like to spend years with only yourself? Ahahaha, it doesn't do great for sanity, I can tell you that! But I have enough hold of my wits to understand my own insanity. Yes. Yes! Insane! But who needs sanity anyway? The sane are so dreadfully uninteresting."
"Calling yourself nothing more than a witch belies your true identity. You believe you can clothe yourself in human flesh and hide what you truly are?"
"Perceptive as ever, Jinny. I guess you don't live for--what--2,000 years now? and not pick up fast. Especially with your childhood. Your father's death left you all alone in that scary demon world. How hard that must have been!"
"You know far too much."
"Yes, and still not enough! Ahahaha!"
Teresa would feel her wrists grabbed, and moved away from the demon's helmet. Caius sat up, summoning Cataclysm to his hands and using it to force himself up to standing. "I don't need help from a failure like you." He said, resting the blade against his shoulder. "Why are you here, Teresa? Didn't my father try to kill you? Making a pact with Mundus... Truly, you are a fool." But that was long, long ago, and the pact had been severed since. But even so... he turned his attention to Rose. "You must have a death wish, coming here uninvited."
"I think if all four of you combined your powers against me, maybe you could possibly do a minuscule amount of damage to me. Maybe. Of course, if Trinity gave me an order, I would feel so very inclined to obey~" Her grin widened. "Speaking of death wishes, that was quite the display! Three of the most powerful demons in the world taken down by one "mere" human. Though he had a bit of help near the end, it was still a pretty sorry display. It's hilarious that so many of you still underestimate humans, only to be put in your place by them time and time again. As you are now... the three of you could not defeat Ephraim."
"He is a weak human. That he managed to get a victory by mere luck is not-"
"Oh no, tall dark and armored. He is a much stronger human than you could hope to be as a demon. And it's funny, because you have so many natural advantages, and yet he would still beat you eleven times out of ten. It's almost pathetic." She raised her index finger, an orb materializing there above it. "I've seen it many times... Battles between you and him,.. Simulations... he doesn't lose. Not against you." She glanced at Trinity. "She's the only one who would have any hope of handling him of you lot. I've seen simulations end in Trinity dominating him utterly..." She stared at the orb for a long moment, before turning her attention back to them. "He's strong, he's skilled, he has a tool that can and will kill you quickly. But perhaps more than all that, he's determined. He's smart. He knows what he's doing. He's driven by more than a flimsy desire to get stronger--he carries a far heavier burden than any of you. Or me! If you're interested in your own health, you should probably avoid him." The orb disappeared, appearing below her and lifting her up, as she sat on it crossing one leg over the other as she hovered there. "But it's your life--you can throw it away if you'd like. I don't particularly care about any of you... except you, of course, Trinity~" She winked at her. "Eheheheheee...!"
"....." Caius gave Trinity a stare. "You seem to have a fan. What exactly happened while I was unconscious?" The phrasing seemed to imply a lot more than what actually transpired.

" I heard you, i'm just having a hard time believing it! ...Witches aren't all that great, right, Teresa? I mean, yours is one great big failure! " She was so considerate and kind! "I heard she ends up in crazy places when she tries to teleport.." She grinned, it was a wonder if she was actually trying to be mean, or just really speaking her mind. Trinity didn't hold anything back, ever! She always seemed to tell it like it was, no matter how cruel or hurtful! "So...what makes you so much more successful? ...oh, there's an idea.." Oh yes! It was one way to get her new stalker off her back. "If you are so perfect, why don't you train your fellow witch of failure? You might have more fun doing that then uh......STALKING me! " It really was mind blowing, she had to admit to herself. How she didn't sense she was being watched was beyond her. Trinity was pretty good at being aware of her surroundings!
Then came her attempt of really losing the girls interest, by changing back to her human form. Well, that didn't go so well, her plan backfired completely! "Ehh? " Trinity took a step back as she creepily glided along the floor toward her. "...W-what?? " To see Trinity so nervous was quite a interesting scene, it basically never happened, at least not until her stalker appeared so boldly. "Okay, maybe this will help you...lose that interest. I'm not..into girls like that? I-In fact....I have a boyfriend, hahahaa! Yes! He's quite powerful himself, maybe even more then you! So...I wouldn't..make him jealous or anything, it could be bad. And since you were so helpful today, I wouldn't want to see anything bad happen! "

If she was so willing to make up stories, she HAD to be desperate. Probably due to those last words, those last..terrifying worlds! Seen her all over? Was such a thing even possible?!
In the next moment, the sudden slash of a familiar blade made her realize just how scary powerful this girl really was. To so easily block her father's blade like she did almost seemed mocking!
"....." What to do, maybe if she said nothing, she would go away on her own. Nope, not a chance, instead Trinity would hear a small detail of Rose's life, and a large reason as to why she was..how she was.

Had Teresa been a cat, her hair would of shot up like spikes the moment her wrists were grabbed! Seriously, could he just warn her first before pulling such a unexpected move?! "...That's..a mean thing to say. " She frowned at Caius, slowly standing a moment after he got himself up by the help of his massive weapon. "You were hurt, and it was Trinity who asked me to heal you! " She paused a moment, letting out a small, almost annoyed sigh. "..You know...that was so long ago, surely he's forgiven me by now?! --It's not like I knew what he was planning..I just wanted to be healthy, for the pain to go away...He offered to take it away, he didn't say anything about wanting to hurt anyone..I would never of accepted if I had known he was dangerous...and..I don't think I have any connection to Mundus anymore, for a long time! So please stop bringing that up..Can't we all just let go of one mistake, and get along as family? I want to be closer to everyone, all of my family.. No matter what was done or is now.."
Trinity was sort of in a lost zone, listening but to afraid to say anything as to not draw her attention back on her again! Jin, and even Caius had her attention now, and they could totally keep it!
Until she heard something that caught her ears, and her excitement. "Ohh? You mean I'm stronger then them both? ....Ehehe..." What a boost of confidence this was. "I mean...of course..! I DID almost have him about to kiss the dust, I would have had him dead had that little beeeach not shown up. She played dirty! No warning! If it wasn't for her...I would have had his body laid out as a gift for you." She said to her father, crossing her arms. It was so perfect, she came so close to winning! "..The more I think about it...the more irritated...the more rage I feel! There's only one real way to handle this. The next time she's alone, we should kill her! Then we won't have a problem taking down Ephraim." She was far to caught up in her anger to catch Caius's question, probably for the better, did he really need to know all the details?!

Rose

"In the moon, I see everything."

User Image

"Do you think all witches have the exact same capability?" Rose asked, putting a finger to her chin, grinning at her. "If you expect me to be as much of a "failure," you would be sorely mistaken. Some people are complete jokes with swords, and others are masters of their style. Isn't that so? Well, the same is true of magic~" Indeed, just like anything, it was dependent on the person. Rose had had many years living alone, studying magic and perfecting witchcraft. She was quite adept at it indeed. Not much else to do when she lived alone for so long. "Mm, where would be the fun in that? I have much more fun watching every little thing you do~" Her grin widened. Poor Trinity, she would have to try harder than that.
Oh, Trinity's reaction was just perfect. "That terrified expression only makes me want to torment you more~ you look like a terrified little bug caught in a spider's web.... Eheheheee...." She licked her lips. "Oh, I'm well-aware of your sexual preferences. I don't expect you to return my affection, don't worry about that. No one ever has! And no one ever will! Ahahaha!" As she continued on, Rose began to giggle. "Oh? And just where is this hulking superman you insist exists? To be stronger than me, he really WOULD have to be Superman. Does he wear tights and fly around? Ahahaha... strange he'd be with a demon! But one of his weaknesses is magic, don't you know? So everything's fine~" It seemed pretty obvious she knew she was lying. And how could she not? Did Trinity not remember that she happened to watch her quite often? "Though if you want to be let in on a little secret, that king with the demon-slaying weapon you were just fighting was quite attracted to you. Wildly so, even! I was reading his brainwaves, and my, oh my, he was quite lustful towards you. What a bad king... Ehehehe. Though I can't blame him... I'm surprised he managed to fight so well while aroused. Most men can't, but then, I suppose Ephraim isn't quite like "most men." Wouldn't the two of you make a hilarious romance? Because both of you could kill each other in pretty quickly. I wonder who'd be the boss in that relationship? Ehehe, oh I'm starting to ship it myself. What a hot couple! He's only seventeen, you know. And you're fifteen... how perfect!" Her grin widened even further. "Queen Demoness... Ahahahaha, you'd look hot in a crown! I'd happily kneel before you..." Rose was enjoying this a bit too much, perhaps!

"Trinity worries too much," Caius said aloofly. "I am a demon. I will not die easily." Yes, he was only struck with one of the few weapons that could kill him very certainly, how dare she worry! "Your desire to get along will not go well. Our family is scattered in the wind and we all follow different ideals. Our journey to open this tower and achieve its true purpose will make us the world'e enemy--your parents included. That's all there is to it. We are not your allies, and especially not allies to the humans." He shook his head. "Demons and humans should not be friends anyhow. It cannot work. You can't see it now... but you will. One day."
"Of course~" Rose said in response to Trinity. "You're one of the strongest demons in this world. But isn't that obvious? I mean-"
"Don't fill her head with nonsense." Caius interjected. "She isn't that strong, and certainly not stronger than me or father. Not even close."
"Aww, is Caius' masculinity feeling threatened by his cute little sister? Ahaha, that's adorable." Rose certainly knew how to put it plainly. "Well, Trinity, if you want to get technical, you were also playing dirty. You stabbed Ephraim in a way to disable his main arm before he even knew you were there. The girl who struck you without you knowing was only returning the favor, if you want to look at it that way..." She did have a point! Karma and all that. "You're going to kill a girl who has control over Light magic--which you demons are weak to--and has a spell specifically designed to kill demons--like you--using the same effect as Siegmund? Ah yes, what a flawless plan! I'll get your caskets ready in advance~" She seemed to have a lot of faith in this plan! "Much like Ephraim, L'Arachel will one day become the ruler of her country. She has a lot to live for, and won't go down so easily. She also harbors a deep-rooted hatred for monsters for personal reasons." Rose may have been an insane witch, but she wouldn't say exactly what those reasons were. She did have respect for some things! "Also, her tome--Ivaldi is what it's called--grants her increased physical defense. Even if you did manage to hit her once or twice, Ivaldi's protection is strong. It would be hard to kill her, and while you were trying, she would be decimating you with her tome, which--again--has the same monster-slaying property as Siegmund. And it's doubly effective against demons like you since you're weak to Light magic anyway! So MAYBE attacking L'Arachel isn't the best idea if you like to live." Usually she wouldn't really say anything and would just watch with amusement as they marched to their death or humiliation, but she did happen to like Trinity, and would rather not see her die so soon. "Of course, I have a spell that can jam magic, but that wouldn't be very fair, now would it? I rather like watching you lot scratch at each other like wild animals. It's so very entertaining~" What a nice thing to say!

Boy, Trinity had met her match today. This one was far past insanity, far more so then herself! Who really knew, was Trinity really crazy, or was it all just a big act? She did have her tender moments, they were rare of course, but there was a time she wasn't always so troublesome. "..Y-Your so funny! Like i'm afraid of you! You helped me, so obviously you aren't just going to do something bad. That would be silly?! " At what she said next, Trinity's face grew even more panicked, despite how much she tried to hide it! "..Uhh...See? You don't know or see everything you claim! Ha! You don't know! I'm not going to tell you, ether.." She was really, really bad at this. "Strange that he would be with a demon? So is it strange that my human mother is with a deeemon? It's not that strange..Or uncommon these days. Unisha fell in love with a demon, uh, Ariel too..There might be even more I don't know of yet, who are just finding some strong romantic, adoooorable connection! " Trinitys view was a little different. She appreciated those who accepted their kind, there wasn't a whole lot of people who accepted demons, but they were good people in her book, and those she would fight to protect if she needed to. However, the humans who hated them, judged them, and hurt them, were on her open to kill list! They would not be given a chance. Then she went on to talk about Ephriam, to hear words she would never of thought were true. "..Eh? ...so this is what being creeped out feels like." She didn't catch it, not once. Was Rose messing with her mind? There was no way Ephraim found her attractive. "..No thank you..He carries a weapon to kill us, no way would I ever find HIM attractive! I'd sooner gut him. And I will. " She smiled evilly.

"...You know..I'm not so different from you..." She was part demon too, regardless of how weak and gentle she was! "And even I know that we all have that one weakness. You may be able to handle so much more, but, you still can be killed...If Ephraim would have struck you again.....we wouldn't be having this conversation! I think you all should stay away from him...and anyone else with a special weapon. " As if her telling them to stay away was really going to work. Of course she was only doing it out of concern. "...I don't believe that? I think...If I try hard enough..I can change your mind! " Teresa's interest seemed to grow as he spoke. "..Um..What true purpose is that? ...I-I think saying you will become the world's enemy is a little much. You don't know that. What do you plan to do? " She expected to be shooed away soon, but hey, why not give it a try? She really did want to know! "..But were family...Why do we have to be enemies? " Teresa sighed, giving him a small, brave glare.. "You sound silly...Demons and humans can be together...The fact that we exist proves that. Why do you judge all humans so badly? Why can't you give them a chance?"

Meanwhile, Trinity's attention returned to Rose, a tiny grin forming at her lips. "I am pretty amazing....but, I don't think I--...No, wait, I was the only one who didn't go unconscious after taking on TWO hits from those two!! ...Yes, I am stronger then everyone!" Her grin widened at her brother. "Stronger then you! "
Trinity was really enjoying the moment, unfortunately it was short lived!
"What? Well, duhh! Do you think I play fairly? I'm not an idiot. I'm not going to go up to him, and ask him permission to stab him. I went for his weakness! I took him down! That is the way of guaranteeing a win, besides. Playing dirty is the way to go. So much more fun! He was in so much pain....I loved every moment of it!" She rolled her eyes at her next words, as she went on to talk about L'Arachel. "Tch..I'm not afraid of her. I am looking forward to showing her a whole lot of pain before I strike her down. She will never know i'm there, it's going to be so fun to see HER terrified, pained face..She..will..suffer."

Rose

"In the moon, I see everything."

User Image

"Mm, would it?" Rose's grin widened a bit. "Maybe I helped you just so I could torment you myself. Did you think of that? I do so love to see your reactions... Maybe I just wanted to see your reaction up close and personal... Ee...he...heee..." What a sane witch she was. Then again, sanity and being a witch rarely came in the same person. Reaching up, Rose suddenly flicked Trinity's nose, crossing her arms. "Don't read so much into that. I'm not implying a demon can't be romantic. But if I'm not mistaken, Superman has a love interest, yes? And I don't think she's a demon. But then, I don't exactly read that stuff." Honestly, Trinity made it sound like she was saying demons shouldn't be in a relationship after Rose had just made obvious how attracted she was to her. "Demons being in relationships is hot. You're all generally so cool and dominant... ehehee. Especially that Madison. What a hot pocket!" Which was her bizarre way of saying she was really hot, in both appearance and personality. Why did this seem strangely familiar? Rose complimenting... never mind. Rose glanced at Trinity. "You hear that, cutie? Your sister's so very hot~ I want to get in her pants." What a regular thing to say! She probably just wanted to make Teresa feel uncomfortable. It would be funny. "Though that goddess sister of yours... Wowie~ Mm, I'd worship her. Oh yes I would." She put a finger to her chin. "Maybe I just have a fetish for demon girls. Ahahaha! But what's not to love?" Though Cosmos wasn't nearly as demonic as Madison or Trinity, she leaned a lot more towards her mother's side. Glancing to Trinity now, Rose rolled her eyes. "Oh come on, you wouldn't want to have a strong guy like that wrapped around your little finger? Honestly, is there a better way to keep that weapon from killing you or someone you love than getting with him? Besides, what good would "gutting him" do? Going against him isn't exactly the most intelligent decision on your part." Yeah that Siegmund was quite the killer. Demon killer, in fact.
"Nobody will change my mind. Especially not you." Caius said negatively. "None of your business." What a chatty demon he was today. At her last words, he paused, staring her down for a few moments.... until looking away. "...I did." He shook his head. "Never again." Prying on this subject could be a very, very bad idea.
Glancing at his sister, he raised Cataclysm, pressing the blade against her neck suddenly. "Stronger than me? Would you care to prove that?" He seemed to be pretty adamant that that wasn't the case. "If you win, I'll follow your orders. If you lose, you'll listen to me next time I tell you to flee from the king who can actually kill our kind." That obviously being Ephraim. This was how it was with demonic siblings. They got into bloody battles on a pretty regular basis. Jin and Desmond did the same thing back in their day. Though Desmond and Jake raised their children in a less demon-like way, Jin did not. He raised them exactly how he had been raised. Though he wasn't an unkind father, he just didn't stop them when they got at each other's throats and he raised them to be strong.

"Yes, well, if you were unfair against him, you can't complain about L'Arachel being unfair against you!" Rose pointed out. At her next words, she let out an exasperated sigh. "Dealing with you demons is exhausting! You must really like the idea of dying if you want to attack them again. You aren't invincible, you know. And their weapons will make certain you understand that." Then came Caius' little challenge. "Oh, demons. More like brainless barbarians! Solve all your problems by hacking each other into pieces, fight enemies who could fell you in a hit or two... there really is no brains to this operation, is there!" It was quite flabbergasting to her, but then, she was pretty intelligent!

"...Well, if that's the case, you are wasting your time missy. I can handle myself, despite what SOME people may think. " Just who was she implying, that doubted her skills! "I don't lose easily, but I do slaughter easy! Don't think I won't do the same to you, if you try to pull something. You would have better luck with some weak loser who can't protect their self, that sounds like your kind of match." She sounded like she enjoyed tormenting her victims, such a thing that wouldn't be done on someone who could fight back. Trinity's face fell into a hint of anger, her hand reaching up to rub her nose as if it was just so painful! "..Do you value your hand? If so, then never do that again! " Scary. So very scary, especially when she was in her normal human form. Being frightening or intimidating were hardly possible right now! " What does Superman have to do with demons? " She was kind of slow, there was no denying that one! "He's no demon, i'm pretty sure..I don't think there are any of our awesome kind in his world. " "..You read his comics too?! ...We should read some together sometime, it'll be fun! Um...we can talk about how amazing hero's are!" "Oh sheet...No, no...I don't read those silly things ether! Not me! I uh, just heard of it, you know, it's pretty popular! Hero's are sooooo a snoozie-fest! O-only weak girls swoon and drool over those things, you know...like you." She grinned at her. Poor Teresa. Sarah was her only source of fun chats of heros, apparently. Turning back to Rose, Trinity just rolled her eyes. "I think you might be wrong on that Madison one, does she even still exist? It's like she disappeared off the planet. " ".....That's...a creepy thing to say?! Madison is around, and...as a matter of a fact, she's a little...less mean, and less dominant. It's like she changed over night, happy to disappoint your dreams, miss Rose! " Oh, she could bite back! ...A tiny, itty bitty bite, but still better then nothing! She seemed kind of proud of herself, too. Rose was so obviously trying to mess with her, so she had to get at least somewhat even!
"...No? He's not my type. He's only fun to beat on. " Trinity shrugged. "I don't care. I had him nearly dead once, I'll do it again. Only the next time there won't be a case of an annoying girl, and there will be no surviving next time! " Ephraim, of course, in her dreamy mind he would fall, both of them would.
Teresa's attention fell back to Caius, the worlds most pleasant person to talk to, something Teresa had a lot of experience with, growing up with Madison and even Kaden when certain events took place, and he became completely distant. "Why not me? I'm here for a reason! Aren't you a strong proud demon? Then...surely, talking to me won't weaken you. Um...It will only make you stronger! " Maybe that stare would scare most people into shutting up, but Teresa on the other hand, only felt more inclined to help, even if it was pretty hopeless. "You did? ...and..something bad happened? ...But, don't you think judging every human for something done by other people is wrong? What of the humans that do believe in our kind? I don't know what happened, but I think that maybe.....you should limit that hate onto the only ones responsible..."
"....." Should she warn her to shut up? Probably, but ...nah, to much work talking to a brainless serenitian who only knew how to do good! "..Hmm? " Trinity just..stared at him blankly. "Ahaha..I think we both know how strong you are, sleepy one! " She would never let that go, his swift defeat by Ephraim would forever remain in Trinitys mind." I hardly have to prove anything to you, it's already been done as I, the last one standing, and the only one to REALLY injure him. Besides, I wouldn't listen to your silly request anyway.I don't run away from fights! "

Turning her head to look at Rose now, Trinity gave her a slightly annoyed look. "What I did was smart, it didn't have to be fair. Those who believe in alerting their enemies before attacking are completely idiotic! Why warn when you intend to kill, right? I'm not giving him a chance to counter or dodge, I just wanted him dead. Besides, if you are that worried, Just give me that boost of yours, and i'll make quick work of them! Both! At the same time! It'll be great! " She seemed to really think highly of that power if she was this confidant.

It was the tower of horrors, any human would say, if they dared to go anywhere near it much less inside. But somewhere inside the lovely demonic tower, was one particular room that once was the only source of entertainment. It was also the only area in the entirely gloomy tower with....color. Lots and lots of color. Even the old tattered crimson drape of the stage area was much more vivid in color, as if it was nicely cleaned! There were some very strange things there, like the massive soft pink bean bag Trinity was sprawled out in, it was so big it was basically her choice of a bed, by the looks of things. There were cutesy soft colored plush animals through out the area, including ones on her squishy bed with her she so obviously cuddled with. She wasn't ashamed of her childishness, clearly! It looked like a five year old lived here with all the soft pastels everywhere! Below the bean bag bed, was a even softer plush pink shaggy rug.

She seemed to be dead in her soft bed, and so, so lady like with the bit of drool falling from the corner of her mouth as she slept. How in the world someone could be so comfortable as she was here, she really was the most...crazy and strangest living thing in this entire building!

And then, suddenly....she was flying! ....Wait, was she still dreaming? .No, the feel of falling as to real to be a dream, and by the time she opened her eyes her body smacked the ground below the stage area, yep, that hurt! ".......!??!? " She was quick to spring herself right back up, her furious eyes came to rest on her new enemy! ...Her younger green-haired screw up sister, Midori, who was now laying comfortably on the bean bag looking at her, snickering with an evil smile planted on her face! "Yooouu......! How dare you touch my bean bag! Get your kooties off my bed!! I...WILL...DESTROY YOU!" Of course she wouldn't really hurt her! But she did enjoy scaring her when she deserved it! "What the frek..How did you even get in here?! Ugh..I THOUGHT I had NO ENTRANCE at the door! You ignored it! I really will hurt you!" Midori just seemed to laugh at her even more, getting all that much more cozy in the soft squishy bean-bag bed.

Midori's mischievous grin only widened, raising her rod slowly, the fiery red orb glowing and flaring to life! "Destroy, you said?! I'll destroy this thing you call a bed! Heehehehe.." Midori's big sister was such a bad influence on her, wasn't she? She was such a innocent little thing who failed every spell! .....And that was what made her so scary.
"EH? Wait....No! ....Stop! Don't destroy my precious! Ohmygod, I'll do anything! Just..don't ....!! " Trinity dropped to her knees, into a begging position and looking rather pathetic to her little sister! "Don't...!" "..Hehe! " Midori fell into a sudden burst of laughter, laughing so much....that she dropped her magic rod! The moment it came in contact with the ground, a flare of flame exploded around the surrounding area, unfortunately, Trinity's 'precious' was now taken into that flame, along with her beloved few plushies. Midori jumped away the moment it exploded, so she was nice and safe! ...Though the fire wasn't exactly getting smaller. "EEK! I'm sorry!!! I didn't mean it! It ...just...dropped!! AHH! " The flames were starting to catch onto the drapery of the stage.

And this was why Midori was the worlds biggest terror. Anything and everything she did, lead into ruin and destruction! "It's getting bigger!!"

Poor Trinity's luck was about to get a whole lot worse, as large shards of pure ice suddenly began to form rapidly, enclosing around each and every flame at a much more intense level, Rydia's Blizzara was no joke! It was well enough to put the flames out, but that save came a little to late. She lost her cozy bed and a few stuffed animals, a true terror for her! "What exactly happened here?? " She looked at Trinity, then for the other wonderful daughter of hers. .. ... . Wait, she WAS there a second ago. Well, that was a show of intense guilt. For once, it wasn't Trinity getting in trouble...It was the innocent Midori! ...Poor Rydia, how was she ever able to handle this family? She must of been quite the amazing mom in the future!
"...I see! Goodness, you girls...I will---" Her pause came suddenly, when Trinity dramatically grabbed what was left of one of her once soft cute kitty plushies, no longer pure white with cute blue crystal eyes, but black and charred, and half burnt away. Tears filling her eyes. "....."

"Snowie...!! She killed you! ...Precious! You were so soft....so comfy! My only true love! " She was now talking about her bed, her bean bag of a bed! "I will...I will get my revenge! " Trinity really needed some sort of straight jacket.
"...That's...a little much?? Will it make you feel better if you get a new ...one of those beds? I can possibly find a new 'Snowie'.." It was amusing, Trinity was the older one of her daughters, and Midori the youngest, yet she, Trinity, acted so much younger, she felt as though she were talking to a small child. Trinity was certainly a handful! Spoiling her was probably the safer rout, considering her...tendencies. She was very unpredictable at times, a lot of those times put a lot of worry on Rydia's mind. "Really?! ...Yay! Can you bring my new precious back as a even larger one?! Oh, and same color. It must be pink! You're the best, mommy!" Trinity gave her the biggest smile, god,she was good at getting what she wanted. A little crying, a little drama and finished with a bit of irresistible cuteness, and boom, her gullible mother would bring her nice things! "...Um..Okay, I will go out for a little while and find your replacements..Please don't fight with your little sister, I WILL talk to her! " If she could ever find her...

So, that was fun. Rydia quickly made her exit from Trinity's claimed room.
Only to realize...she forgot her bearings again. Which way did she come from?! She had been in many places before, many strange places, but nothing was more confusing then this tower. It was SO massive, there were so many rooms, so many hidden rooms, paths, it was near impossible to remember everything, as much as she tried to remember this one path to Trinity's room! But now, oh the luck. Sighing heavily, she decided to follow where her feeling told her to go. .....
The only bonus here would be if she found Midori's hiding spot, but that was hardly likely with how bad her luck was in this place! If she didn't run into another stray roaming demon, life would be good. Sure, they didn't attack her, but walking directly INTO one was hardly the fun experience for Rydia, especially when the lot of them were filthy and..just plan gross!

Rydia suddenly would feel a hand around her mouth, before feeling herself pulled to the side, pushed against a wall as the hand remained over her mouth. Facing her would be quite the familiar sight--Jin's twin brother. "I think it's about time you and I had a little chat." And in the next moment, the two of them would suddenly warp away to another part of the tower. Desmond's teleportation abilities weren't quite as refined as Jin's, but they worked well enough for him.
Appearing at the apex of the tower, Rydia would feel the cool air rush past her as the two showed up. Desmond let go of her then, turning away from her and beginning to walk around. "You're the last person I expected to see here." He said, turning to face her now. "Here I thought you gave a damn about my brother's life, but you're helping him, so that couldn't be it. But then I realized... you don't know a damn thing, do you?" He stopped walking now, turning to face her fully. "You have any idea why you're here? Jin's trying to open a portal to the Demon World. Using this tower he can reclaim our father's power--the power of Sparda. But the thing about that is that Sparda was a demon--a full demon. The strongest one alive in his time. Jin and I, we're not full. We're half-demons. Jin can't contain that kind of power. He thinks he can, but he can't. If he finishes the ritual the best case-scenario is that he'll lose his humanity and become a full demon. That's the BEST case-scenario. More likely the power would just tear his body apart and kill him on the spot." He raised his hand, pointing at her. "That happens, his blood's on your hands." He lowered his arm, his tone and features a very rare serious. "I lost my brother once, two-thousand years ago. I don't intend to lose him a second time." He drew his pistols, spinning them on his index finger, but keeping them lowered. "You're not going to stand in my way. If you try, I'm not going to hold back. You have the information now. You can't pretend to be ignorant. If you keep trying to help Jin, you're just trying to help him into his grave." Of course, Desmond couldn't be 100% certain that this WOULD kill Jin. Jin believed he could handle the power, Desmond didn't. It was impossible to say which would be right unless Jin managed to undo Sparda's spell and open the way to the Demon World. But Desmond had no interest in allowing that to happen.

Well, Rydia did indeed run into another demon. Only this wasn't the demon she expected to find here! It was the much more pleasant face of Jin's twin brother, Desmond. Better to see him then a walking corpse of a demon any day, even if it was quite the awkward request of conversation.

As the cool air hit her, her attention immediately went to Desmond as they arrived at the top of the tower. She didn't feel completely threatened by him, but she did remain cautious as she listened to what he had to say. "You are wrong to assume such a thing. I am helping him because I care about him. More then you know. I am aware of the risks, we have had this discussion together. If when he does succeed..If it becomes to great of power that it threatens him in anyway, I will be there at his side and do all that I can to help him stay as himself. As long as I am with him, I believe strongly he can overcome anything...I..I would not let him lose himself.." Of course, she had those small worries, what if she couldn't help him in anyway? What if all that Desmond said were true? She tried not to think of the worst case, to be as positive as she could, she loved Jin with all her heart and truly wanted to believe in him as much as he seemed to believe in himself. "His intentions are good, rather you believe it or not..Whatever happens, I plan to stay with him during it all.I will never fall back on the promise I made to him, and no matter what path we take, we will take it together. I am prepared for anything and anyone who may try to interfere in his path. " That meant Desmond, as well. "No. I will be helping him achieve what he so strongly believes in, and if you and I are to become enemies...then so be it. I will do anything to support him, even if it means I am to make many enemies along the way.." Even her own close friends..It wasn't hard to see just how determined she was, and how loyal to Jin she remained despite how truly worried for his life she really was.

Desmond crossed his arms, letting out a chuckle in response to her first words. "You'll be there at his side, huh?" His voice sounded rather unconvinced, to say the least. "A lot of good that'll do when his body is breaking down from taking in too much power. What are you gonna do? Take the power into yourself? You can't, it's the power of a full demon. The power of Sparda, no less." He shook his head. Needless to say, her words were doing a rather poor job of convincing him. But he didn't seem to be in the mood to be convinced anyway. "Ready for anything, huh? Ready to see him die? Ready to see your kids vanish because you let it happen? You're a more prepared person than I am." He took a step forward, about to speak, when he drew his sword, raising it and blocking a sudden strike. "Hey, kid, adults are talking."
"I don't recall giving you an invitation to this place." Caius said, standing in front of his mother as he appeared there. "I should've expected a coward like you would target the weakest one here. Kill my mother and there's a chance my siblings and I disappear. Was that your aim?"
Desmond leaned his sword on his shoulder, letting out an amused noise. "You sure seem to think you know a lot, kid." Desmond raised one of his pistols, firing a shot towards Caius' skull, which was deflected with Caius' large Cataclysm blade. When the sword was lowered again, Desmond was gone.
"...Hmph." Caius leaned his blade against his shoulder. Desmond knew that shot couldn't get through his demonic armor, so clearly he just used it to leave. He glanced back at his mother, before facing forward again. "Don't let anything he said get to you. Jin is stronger than most. If anyone can handle Sparda's power, it's him." The demonic overlay in his voice that indicated he was in Devil Trigger would have become something his family was used to by now, since he had been in this form for years. "Best to not think about it." Did he know for sure Jin could handle that? No, he didn't. But regardless, he knew his father wouldn't be swayed easily. Or at all, really. His desire for power was not something that could be sated.

"You don't have a lot of confidence in your brother, do you? Sometimes, the more one believes in a person, the stronger they can become. Don't you think as his brother, you could try? " It sounded a little silly, probably very much for a person like Desmond, but that was her view and she believed it one hundred percent. "If there was a way, I would if it meant I could save him. I have...an idea that may help him if I see it is in fact to much for him." An idea she didn't know if it would work, but an idea none the less. Better then nothing. "If you are done, Desmond, I--" Her words were cut short, when a armored figure appeared in front of her suddenly, her demon armor clad son who seemed to be a little on the defensive side! Before Rydia could even get a word in, Desmond left with a parting gift to Caius's head. So, the next time she seen Desmond, they weren't going to just have the most uncomfortable talk anymore! Did she know there was no possible way the bullet would actually strike through the armor? Maybe. Regardless, no one threatened her family and she would certainly make sure he knew to never do that again.

When Caius turned to her, she turned to look at him too, but what he probably didn't expect was for his mother to go, well, motherly on him! Reaching up a hand, she lightly touched the area the bullet was meant to hit, as if inspecting to be sure it didn't really strike him in any way. Mother paranoia was an amusing thing sometimes, even when it was obvious it didn't even come close to hitting, and was blocked by a massive blade, she STILL had to inspect! "Are you okay? ...It didn't hurt you? " Silly Rydia. So worried over children that could literally not be harmed, well, Midori wasn't quite as lucky as Caius and Trinity, she was a lot more fragile then them.

As soon as she was ensured her son was completely fine, she would lower her hand, and step back to give him room. "I know, I believe in your father. He is his fathers son, after all. " If this Sparda was so incredible, then he would surly be able to handle the power, because like Sparda, She believed Jin was just as incredible. "Mm. I only want to keep a positive mind about all this..I would rather not think of the worst outcomes myself." Because she wouldn't let anything happen to any of them, if she could help it.

Doom aside, Ryida glanced off into the horizon. For such a dark place of pure evil, it was strange how peaceful she actually felt here, so close to her family. "Caius.." She turned to him now, motioning for him to sit down next to her as she sat down herself. "Will you sit with me? " She wasn't even sure if he could comfortably sit with all that armor, but if not, she would just stay standing. "We haven't had a real chance to talk, and I would like to know a little more about you. " She smiled at him. "Can you give your mother a few moments to get to know you? " She didn't even ask this of Trinity, Caius was so mysterious, and so distant, she really wanted to close the gap between them, to be close to all her family was all she wanted.
"Is this armor of yours really meant to repel your mother? I feel it might be to keep me from smothering you into hugs. That's it, isn't it?? " But why not start off with a playful teasing joke? She really wanted to lighten the mood! "Mothers will always find a way, my dear son! " She would hug him before they parted ways this day, there was no escape from the terrible fate! "When is your birthday? I feel like a terrible mother not knowing my own sons birthday! " Sure, he was from the future, but did that really matter! She needed to know.
"...So.." What should she ask him now? She probably only had a few moments before he escaped her, so she wanted to think of all the important questions she could think of! "..Do you have anyone close to your heart? " Of course she meant girlfriend. "Maybe a secret crush? You can tell me. I should be the one you come to with any need of advice, don't forget that.." She didn't think Jin wanted to be the one for such a task!
