Sasuke was annoyed to feel his cheeks warm, and nodded, not trusting his voice right away. He took a breath, then murmured, "Be careful. We should... arrange somewhere to meet, as well."

"I'll find you." Itachi chuckled, "I'll always find you." Putting the necklace back on, Itachi then slipped past him, damp bare skin brushing over Sauske. "I'll get dressed then go with you to the station," he said in a louder voice, letting Naruto hear him as well.

Sasuke nodded a little, shivering. Really needed to get dressed. He turned and followed Itachi out of the bathroom, turning to head into the living room.

Naruto asked the cheif to hold on, then held the phone out to Sasuke, "Cheif, you talk," he got pressed the reciever into the younger UChiha's hand and went to make another cup of coffee... notn even his prescious caffine and asprin seemed capable of saving him today.

Following the hallway to the door, Itachi grabbed a discarded pair of jeans he found on the floor then opened a dresser drawer, looking for a clean shirt. He hoped Sasuke wouldn't be to mad at him for stealing his clothes.

Sasuke took the phone, answering and speaking for a few moments, then hanging up and following Naruto. "Dobe, you shouldn't have assumed so much. Itachi and I didn't do anything. Jeez, he's my brother, you pervert."

"He spends the night, the couch obviously hasn't been slept on, and he takes a shower. Then you suddenly start sticking up for him," Naruto stared sourly into his coffee, "What am I supposed to think?"

Sasuke sighed. "We just talked. Besides, since when are you and I exclusive? I mean, if you want that, the least you could do is talk to me about it."

Pulling the pants on quickly, Itachi snatched a shirt out of the drawer. His stomach lurched, reminding him that he had drank, and had eaten very little recently. He promised his stomach food if it shut up, hobbling to the window.
Movement caught his eye, blue of the officer's uniform clashing against the green shrub. They already had Sasuke's home surrounded, and he was about to flee the scene. That wouldn't exactly look well for him. Sighing, Itachi put out the cigarette on the dresser then walked quietly down the hallway. He'd just have to take his chances with Sasuke and his dumb a**.

Naruto set his coffee down, and rubbed his temples, "It's not that you're sleeping with other people, and it's not even that he's your brother, it's that..." Naruto finished his coffee, then threw the cup at Sasuke's head, "HE'S THE CRIMINAL THAT KILLED YOUR ENITRE FAMILY AND LEFT YOU TO THE SNAKE... that gets me."

Sasuke winced, not able to block the cup in time, then winced again as it shattered on the floor. "Goddamnit, Naruto, that HURT!" If he stepped on a single piece... ugh.

Sasuke started in surprise and looked back at Itachi. What he wanted to say was, "What the hell are you still doing here, STUPID?!" but he couldn't exactly imply in front of Naruto that he had been expecting Itachi to escape. "Ah... Naruto threw a cup at me. ...The a*****e. He's overreacting over nothing."

Naruto looked down, "So maybe your family had a heavy hand in the Yakuza, and I'll even go out on a limb and say maybe some of the adults deserved what they got. But what about the CHILDREN Sasuke?!" He flung his arm out, pointing an accusing finger at Itachi, "You watched him kill everyone! Your little cousins! Children younger than you! He gunned them down in cold blood for no ******** reason! And now you're ready to forgive and forget, and SLEEP with him?!"

Itachi didn't really have a comment to make toward that. What he did was what he did; there wasn't a reason to regret it, nor would he appologize for it. Sasuke, on the other hand, would probably have more to say to that.
