Apparently not because the YJ Freeze was in an astro type suit, he was even wearing the head framing hood thing.
An Edna would be interesting, but how would you introduce her, Lilith looking for a costume maybe?

I dunno, in Batman Beyond freeze's suit is pretty bulky too.

I kinda forgot about the YJ Freeze.... It was a pretty brief fight. But that reminds me, why does Freeze still have a glass dome? Batman has cracked it so many times, you'd think he'd have thought to replace it with plastic by now. He's a scientist, after all.
I have reservations about Edna, though.... Mostly that it feels like a gag or something.

Yeah... Edna would not fit the tone of DC 73 at all. Maybe YJ, but I doubt it.
Anyway, any more answers? We're almost done, I just need to know how many floors the Clocktower should have. Stray thinks ten is enough since that's how many things we have. List is on last page.

Which is why I wanted to make a new character. That, and so there'd be a Legion tie-in, since he'd be from the future.
I'm gonna hold off on it. If it happens that we should both need an excellent fashion designing character and an excuse to reference the Legion, and that we have enough villains that the addition of another hero would be acceptable.... then I shall make that character. But not until.

I didn't want to put it in one of the central floors and have a bunch of stored crap in the way while we're traveling through the building and the bottom was already filled up, so I left it at the top. Where should I move it to?

I think it would be wise to make their crap less accessible from the ground, should someone on the ground level happen to get in. If they could get to the weapons and crap right away they could... wreck up the place! Also: heeeeeeere's Psyche! >_> I only just realized I forgot the mask.... crying Well, how is the rest of it anyway?

XD I know! I realized that like...a week after I made her. Originally she was a villain, but she's turning into a really fun hero character to play.
