Gah, what!?! O-Kay maybe they where being overly paranoid thanks to what happened on the last trip and all the trouble that had happened on this one. Good thing shed already apologized. Still this would be interesting story to tell the other passengers when they got off. Mandy wondered if any of them had encountered reindeer as well.
Eh. Whatever, now if only dinner would come. Or more precisely desert. All this jumping had made her start craving sugar. Mmmmmm sugar.
"Names Mandy." she said to the reindeer after a beat, mind still stuck on sweet sugary goodness. Caaaaandy.

The entire car shifted left as the reindeer leaned over and looked at the photo Alwine was showing. "Dear Jack, do I really look like that? I clearly need to sleep and exercise more, look at the poor toning on my bones." It then realised that in its excitement, it had stood back up again. "Oh my bad." Whomph.
Upon Jacks' comment, it looked up at a piece of jewelry that was still lodged in its antlers. "Huh, well you did. Did you want it back?" Apparently playing a game was more important than being attacked, or anything else that had happened. Some students were still gawking at it. "Oh right I forgot to sign up with a name, that's why you guys are staring at me. I promise I wont make mistakes like that again, you can call me Dasher."

"Uh oh," Rain whispered under her breath. This game was starting off better than the last. "You landed a HIT Alwine!" She was not prepared for the loss of life this early in the round. Bits of pirate ninjas were flying off in all directions. "Barth, this puts so much pressure on you. The boat could be facing all sorts of directions!"
Rain wrote Dasher down on the list though it felt.. really.. weird in doing so. Maybe it could be trusted?

For a minute, Colette had thought she was horribly mistaken thanks to being asleep; but Alwine's explanation only made her more sure of herself. It was a lot to take in that her first train ride, a school summoned ride, could be dangerous due to some unknown thing lurking; but the reindeer needed to be dealt with. "So we're just assuming that this poor reindeer hurt other people and attacking it? How does that make any sense? It's cruel! How do we know gnomes just aren't scared of skeletal reindeer?" She didn't know this ghoul, and so far she found her quite nice, but Colette couldn't help but get a little annoyed. Being rude was something she really didn't want to do though. Her grip tightened on her swords as she proudly stated, "And I won't use my swords on something like this!"
She was about to turn to Rain and shoot off a random choice in her fluster, but she was stunned as the reindeer spoke. "Oh.. oh my.." She was just embarrassed as Rain tossed her to the back of the list, "That's fine.."
Colette sat in the nearest seat and placed her swords on her back. Rubbing her temples, she sighed and took a moment to herself. "Oh, and my name's Colette. Nice to have you join us, Dasher." She was glad to be right, but she wasn't one to boast.

"C8 is a Miss! Alessa, you're up next!" That was close. The sweat off the pirate ninjas was glistening even more in the sunlight. Perhaps this was because it was the sweat of tiny scared men. Maybe that's where the salty water came from as well. Would that mean they drown in their own sweat? Ewwwwwwww.

Simone blinked at the reindeer's sudden keen interest on playing battleship with them. That was the last thing she had expected. Huh. She hoped the chain to her belt hadn't gone far. She was rather fond of her outfit as a whole. "Nice to meet you...Dasher. I'm Simone. Welcome to the game." She shook her head, brows slightly raised with a little grin playing at her features. This was turning out to be an interesting train ride if there ever was one.
"Rain, tack me on the end of the list, please? I'd like to play too."

It talked. And had a name. And wanted to play battleship. Oh boil. Alessa rubbed the back of her neck as she went back to her original seat near the strange creature feeling rather guilty. Okay, he wasn't that scary. He had startled her, though, so it wasn't as if the kick had been terribly malicious but...still. She had been rather violent and she didn't like it. She was going to have to tone down her lessons if they were making her naturally agrivated.
Sitting back in her seat she told the reindeer sheepishly, "Sorry about that. You scared me for a second." She tried to go back to focusing on battleship, which had apparently started up again. Er, how many turns had she missed, if any? She wasn't sure. Napping really didn't help with being active. She wasn't sure where they were anymore or what had been called.
"Uhh...B7?"

"Oh no, this is a tragedy! Oh no no no!" Rain nearly jumped up from her game, she was so upset. "You just HIT the ship but that's where Captain Jackie Chan Sparrow was. You just killed the Captain! But.. but the ship is still afloat. There's still hope. Tsetsiliya, it's your turn."
Poor Captain Jackie Chan Sparrow. He had lived a long, prosperous life until he was blown up.

Barth was admittedly not very good at Battleship.
He made a mental note not to take up piracy, privateering, or any sort of seamanship, especially a kind that involved getting sunk. It looked like a lot of swimming (or drowning), and he coudn't fathom any amount of peppermint points that would make him sign up for that sort of hassle.

Alwine looked back at Colette, then back to Dasher, then to Rain, then looked up at the ceiling (for a lack of other places to look after all that). Lots of things had been happening. The tragic death of Captain Jackie Chan Sparrow, Colette's speech, the deer adding his name to the list...
"Well, it's nice it turned out like this... I'm so sorry for ever assuming otherwise... believe me, I'm really, really sorry..."
