The nobleman's eyes widened when Dadrik gripped on to his sword and slid his hand down his blade. Is this man insane? he thought. As Dadrick gripped on to his hands a slight panic appeared in the man's eyes. What was he doing? He's cutting himself? The Nigel stumbled back and hit the wall. His sword lowed for a moment as did his head. "I didn't say she was the cause of it but she is one of them. My sister and my father's weakness is the down fall of our family. Thought that animal should be put away for good. Her escape was a disgrace to us. As soon as she killed my brother she should have been put down. My sister should have been sold off...she doesn't deserve to have our noble blood. The only reason why my father kept her was because she looked like my mother. She has no value to us." He raised his sword once again. "I'm not going to take your insults any longer." he said and charged at him again. He wasn't going to give up. If he failed in defeating him he might as well be dead. He would be disgracing his own name. "What pisses me off the most is that your kind keeps meddling in our affairs. What gives you the right to come in on our family and decide who lives or dies? What gives you the right for judgement? Powerful...almost like gods and feared as them. I'll cut you down and prove it other wise"

No sleep No sleep until I am done with finding the answer Won't stop Won't stop before I find a cure for this cancer Sometimes I feel I going down and so disconnected Somehow I know that I am haunted to be wanted . Dadrik clenched his teeth, but this time not because of the comment on Beatrix, but what he said about his own sister. He seemed to have no family value whats oh ever. "Sold? Your would disgrace your own blood because she is kind...sell off your own sister to a slave trade.... No matter what selling people as a slave is bad..but to do it to your own family. Your no man, your a cowardice monster." he said as the Gravity started to pulsate, pulling down for a moment then not, then pulling again. His teeth clenched and the electricity around him snapping over and over. "What gives us the right? Same thing that gives you the right to take control of peoples lives...sell them as slaves...kill them...wall all over them for your own gain. The difference is I do it to make a better world. You do it because you think your better then everyone. Because you think you can do whatever you want. Sure I step out of line sometimes, mettle in business that is not mine. But Beatrix is my business now.....as well as your sister. She's found a new family. One that will take care of her. That will watch over her and not use her. Something your pathetic little family could never do." He said shaking his head. " And lastly, what gives us right? If you know the landscape and the legends of my family...Aden happens to be in our kingdoms land. Aden is of our kingdom, Aden is under our protection. And you are a disease that needs to be eradicated." Dadrik then lifted his hand up by the opposite of his head and flames ignited on his hand. He then struck it down infont of him sending the flame at Nigel, but it did not hit him. Instead it hit the wall next to him. The heat from it intense. " We judge based on what people do, how people treat others...and what is over all better for the land. We have no right, but our family cannot stand by watching all the wrong being done. We only step in when it is absolutely necessary, it endangers people, or....you mess with our family." He said walking over to the bed in the room, then turning back to Nigel. Dadrik took his hand and put in on the beds frame. " We may not have any right placed on us by gods...by some sort of ultra being. But we do what is right....we do not always kill those who do wrong...so don't you think that...but when it comes down to it...we do for people like you." He then gripped the frame and ripped his arm upward bringing the bed with his arm. It was ripped from the head board and sent through the air at Nigel. The frame falling apart as the bed itself fell apart as well. It was like it was a scatter shot of ...bed pieces.

Nigel ducked down avoiding most of what was thrown at him but a few pieces collided into his body. He let out a cry of pain and fell to his knees holding his wounds. He pulled out a shard of wood from one of the pieces of the bed from his leg and let out a groan. After a few moments he slowly got back to his feet, trying his best to ignore the pain and continued forward with his weapon again. "Eve with a new family? Hah! If you what that brat than take her. She's no value to me. She's nothing to us." He had enough of this and wanted it to end now. He had other things to do than to sit here and be insulted by him. Every word that Dadrik said just angered the young noble man and his anger started to over come his common sense. He ran forward and thrust his blade towards his stomach. "Enough of this! Die!" He yelled, hatred in his voice.

What a shame we all became, xxxxxxxxsuch fragile broken things, A memory remains, xxxJust a tiny spark, xxxxxxxI give it all my oxygen, XXXXXXXXXto let the flames begin, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOh glory... ~+~Beatrix~+~
Beatrix walked through the darkness of her mind until she found a spot and collapsed. Lush green grass formed just as she fell on to the floor and cushioned her fall. Her mind started to form a calm setting to put her at ease so that she could finally rest. The grass started to grow tall and a tree formed just above her to shade her from the sun that had appeared above her. Too much stress was being put on her mind and it was slowly cracking. The memories from earlier were too much for her to handle at the current state that she was in. For the time being she just wanted to sleep.
Her ears twitched as she heard foot steps in the soft grass around her approaching her. She knew who it was and didn't look up at them. Instead she closed her eyes and let out a soft sigh. A hand reached down and gently stroked her hair. "Don't worry, rest..I'll take care of things for you for the time being. I'll make sure you won't feel pain anymore.." Beatrix shook her head. "No...you'll just cause trouble..I don't want you hurting anyone. I want you to stay away."
A groan could be heard followed by a heavy sigh. "You're no fun. It's been a while since I came out and played. I wont' hurt your little friends...or you that Dadrik fellow you like so much. Be sides...if you stay control for much longer you'll crack...Let me play." Beatrix's ears lowered. "Fine...you better not mess things up for me." The voice laughed and ruffled her hair. "I won't Trixie."
~~~~~
Beatrix's eyes opened slowly and but they did not reveal the normal vibrant hue that they once were. They were dull and dark. They looked around and at the black flame that held her so protectively. "Looks like Casanova really wants to keep you save. What a pity he's not any where around here. I wouldn't mind taking a shot at him" There was a slight change in her voice. It was a bit lower and softer than before. The there was sharp pain in her head making her let out a soft growl. "Fine. I was just kidding.."
Her white flame enveloped her body and then spread out releasing her from the safety of the cocoon. They they dispersed before they could cause any real damage but her own body heat was way above normal. She stood up but stumbled a bit. "Its been too long" She muttered. Beatrix brushed the dirt off of herself then reached back to touch the wound on her back only to find it completely healed. "Hmmm at least hes good for something..." she mumbled. Trix opened the door to her prison and stepped out in to the hall way. "Mmm doesn't this place bring back some pleasant memories." She let out a laugh and started down the hall. Trix reached out, running her finger tips along the walls mealing the bricks texture were she touched leaving indents trailing behind.
Beatrix made her way up the stairs onto the main floor then towards the front of the house. She stopped for moment right before she reached the door way to the room where Sel and Maarick were. She peeked inside for a moment, only a moment before she turned away to find another route. She walked past the wounded guards, even stepping on some, not really caring whether they were breathing or not. Trix found her way into another room with a large bay window looking out at the garden. She pressed her hand against the glass and her white flame sprouted from her hand eating away the glass. Trix jumped up on the window seat then jumped out on to the grass. She glanced back at housed and snickered quietly to herself. She found this all rather funny. Beatrix started walking once again through the garden towards the wall and if there wasn't and exit she was going to make one.
No sleep No sleep until I am done with finding the answer Won't stop Won't stop before I find a cure for this cancer Sometimes I feel I going down and so disconnected Somehow I know that I am haunted to be wanted .   Dadrik's eyes focused on the Nigel. Dadrik had gotten to him, but this wasn't all that was to come for this man. He snickered at the Nigel as he shouted and came toward him. But just as he started to thrust, Dadrik's eyes shifted as if he noticed something. Quickly he looked back at Nigel and widened his eyes. At his point of view it would look like he was surprised by the attack. Dadrik did this for two reasons. Because he wanted to make Nigel have some kind of hope....then tear it down...and two. The flame was broken around Beatrix, but from the inside. And he sensed something different. Dadrik's eyes did not change. Infact, he stepped inward but made it look like he was making a failed attempt to dodge. The sword made a cutting sound of fabric then the sound of metal entering flesh. How Dadrik stepped into it, the sword went right through till it exited his back about two inches. He let out a breath of air and had his head fall. For a few seconds, he was still almost...dead it would seem. But then his body started to shake. He was laughing.
Dadrik would not put this out there for Nigel knew, but what just happened hurt. But at this point, he could not let that on. He slowly lifted his head up and stared at Nigel with a vicious look. " Your a pathetic idiot. You really think you can accomplish killing me?" Dadrik then reached up and grabbed the hilt and Nigels hand once again. But instead of pushing this time, he pulled forward as he stepped, embedding the sword farther into his stomach. This motion actually did not pull Nigel, it forced him to the wall with a bit of force. " You are the one that is nothing. Dadrik lifted his hand off the hilt and brought it to Nigel's throat. "Someone like you couldn't kill me...your a dumbass for trying.." He then lifted Nigel up slowly. " I'm going to make your life hell.....Yes, I'm not going to kill you.....But your life will be wrecked. I'm going to make it where you want to die, but it won't come to you....It will drive you to the pinnacle of sanity....You will go insane with the urge to die." He gave Nigel a devilish smile. " And I promise I'll come to release you, but not after you get to the point you wait for me...you want me to come, and every moment I have not arrived....will drive you crazy. It will leave you waiting but never being fulfilled till I want it to be." Dadrik let go letting Nigel fall just as he would most likely be out of air. The sword that was in Dadrik still was embedded in his stomach. Dadrik reached down, grabbing it and pulling it out. He then lifted it up and shoved it through Nigel's left thigh. What Nigel would not know, is that Dadrik's blood mixed with his would be his downfall. Dadrik had this planned. What kept Dadrik Alive would keep Nigel's body alive, but it would not heal it completely. It would leave horrid scars and the pain would never go away from his wounds from this point on. Everything that caused him pain, would rack up over time...but he would not be able to take it away...which he would learn eventually..the hard way. There was just one more thing in the situation to do. Get Maarick to link Nigel's body and soul together so it could not be broken. Even if he did die....he would not be able to pass. His body would slowly rot as he moved but never completely deteriorate. Infact if he died, his body would come back to life but the pain would be retained.
Dadrik then turned and started to walk out the door. " Don't try to hide, We will find you...I have one more thing to do to you, so you'll be seeing my brother and I very soon." He said as his body flickered from sight. Dadrik body showed up infront of a garden....infront of someone. The problem is, this someone was Beatrix but there was something very very off about her to Dadrik. His eyes focused on her, his arms to the side and his head slightly turned as he looked at Beatrix. " I knew it, it was the same feeling as before. Who are you?" He said slightly cold to....Beatrix?
What a shame we all became, xxxxxxxxsuch fragile broken things, A memory remains, xxxJust a tiny spark, xxxxxxxI give it all my oxygen, XXXXXXXXXto let the flames begin, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOh glory...  ~+~Beatrix~+~  Nigel a smirk formed on to his lips but it quickly faded when he realized that his attack didn't do what he wanted it to do. The man wa still alive and it didn't seem to even hurt him. His eyes widened with panic as Dadrik pushed himself further on to his blade. Nigel then was pushed against the wall and started to struggle to get away from him but it didn't seem to work. He listened the Dadrik's words which brought on more panic. After Dadrik had pulled out his sword then stabbed his with it he let out a cry of pain. The noble man felt his pain only increase even after he removed his weapon. It still burned. He had to get out of here while he still could before he came back. He forced himself on to his feet and limped as fast as he could, looking for a an exit out of the house.
Beatrix stopped and stared that the man for a moment. Her ears lowered and irritation appeared in her features. Her tail whipped back forth and she bit down on the side of her cheek. She then snapped her fingers as if something came to her. "Thats right your him. That one fellow that she likes so much." A grin worked across her lips and she let out a soft laugh. "Who am I? Well I don't really believe that's any of your business. I'm a friend of Trixie's" Beatrix then walked past him."Now don't be so annoying go back to where ever you came from. Isn't there someplace else you need to be? I don't know, Your the type that seems to want to save to save to the world. Go find a cat to save from a tree or something. " She shook her head.
When she made it to the wall she walked along it. Her fingers ran against the stone leaving indents where her fingers had melted way the material. She looked ahead at the gates and titled her head to the side. It would be easier to use those than to melt her way through the wall. Thats how she'll get out of this place and he hoped that the man will just leave her be for the time being. "I don't see why you are so interested in him." she muttered to herself.
Tell them all to never fear Tell them what they want to hear Tell them all the blissfull lies Watch them leave with hopeful eyes...  Eric Halen Your Fortune awaits --------------------------- Eric smiled. "Sure thing. I'll help get the people out." Eric continued smiling and ran off to go find people. He searched around many rooms, finding nothing but nurning objects, and hot cinders. He kept looking as much as he could, running around through different rooms in search of servants in need. Eventually, he came to a room, where a fallen beam had trapped a few servants. A young woman, to be excact. How was he going to do get her out. She was trapped. he ran up to the beam to try and move it, but it wouldn't move. It was too hot to keep a good grip on it. In fact, Eric couldn't even be near it for more than a few seconds. He would have to move the beam from a distance. He thought about what to do, and as he tried to figure it out, he heard the woman start to cry. "Calm down." He said. "I'll get you out of there somehow." He needed a way to get her out. Maybe, if he used the crystal ball, his telekinesis would be strong enough to move the beam. He decided that it was the only way to do it. He pulled out the crystal ball, and held onto it tightly. He focuses on the beam as much as he could, focuses on getting it to move so that the woman could be freed. He concentrated with all his power, and then the beam started to move. It budged only a bit at first, but then it began to lift, and move away. The beam dropped to the ground once it was out of the way. Eric felt very tired suddenly. He knew why. The crystal ball had increased his psychic output way to much for him to handle. He dropped to his knees. Looking up to the woman, he gave a weak grin, and began to relay directions for a safe path out of the house. The woman smiled and ran off, leaving Eric behind.
Standing up was a struggle, but somehow, Eric pulled it off. Finally back on his feet, Eric began to make his way through the house again, looking around for servants. each step was difficult, and the halls seemed like they stretched on forever. He stumbled through, still searching for more servants. It seemed that everyone was out except him. He cpntinued to look around, just in case he was wrong. "If you're in here..." Eric breathed heavily. The smoke was getting into his lungs, and he was exhauted. "Please, call out." There was nothing. He kept searching. Over and over, he looked through rooms, and searched through halls. He peeked under beds and looked into closets. No one seemed to be left. Eric laughed. "Well, I guess I'm out of here." He was happy that he had gotten people out. But his happiness was shortlived. He felt dizzy all of the sudden. He couldn't stand up, and ended up falling. "Damn. I shouldn't have used that ball so much. I think I might be stuck here." Eric's smile faded from his face. ...Let them waste their wealth on you though you say what isn't true Go and live to your delight The fortune teller strikes tonight
Dadrik let Beatrix passed and only watched as she walked along the wall. She had been melting parts of the wall which took alot. This wasn't Beatrix...it was her body but the mindset was not. It seemed to be....something of Manifest. He let out a sigh. He couldn't do anything toward this....thing. It was using Beatrix as a meat puppet. But if it was infact a part of her mind, he could possibly lock it away...maybe even getting rid of it. But it may cause her own mind problems... Was this really worth it. "So this is what we released as well as Beatrix's flame....Does....this mean." He thought for a moment. " Her power....somehow. Are you her flame?" He asked turning toward her hoping she would stop. "No, your not just that...but everything else...everything she's been forced to hold back." He said with a bit of a concerned look. He took a few steps toward her and stopped. Despite what this thing said, Trix was his business as far as far as he was concerned.
Well, if it's not real You can't hold it in your hands You can't feel it with your heart And I won't believe it
Eveline Valdigraph  After a bit more of coxing she got the rest of the children out of the small room. guided them out the door to where other servant were so that they could follow them. Eve then ran into the other room so the house and checked to make sure that nobody else was trapped or in trouble but she found no one else. This gave Eve some relief and she started to look for the man who had told her that he was going to help her. Perhaps he had left after he was finished. Eveline wanted to make sure he got out of the house as well. She didn't know if anything else would come down on them. Especially with the two in the other room.
She found him on the floor and quickly ran over to him. "Are you alright sir?" she asked. She knelt down beside him and took his hand. "Come, Let me get you out of here.." she said as she placed it around her shoulders then she gently tried to lift him from the floor. "Did you harm yourself?" she asked. Her voice held concern for the man. Her eyes studied him for a moment. looking for any wounds but she didn't find any. Was the smoke getting to him? He did decide to help her after all. she was rather grateful to him. Eve started to cough from the smoke she was breathing in. "We both need air." she managed to say as she started to head for the back exit bringing him along with. She supported most of his weight on her so that he didn't hurt himself.
 But if it's true You can see it with your eyes Even in the dark And that's where I want to be What a shame we all became, xxxxxxxxsuch fragile broken things, A memory remains, xxxJust a tiny spark, xxxxxxxI give it all my oxygen, XXXXXXXXXto let the flames begin, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOh glory...  ~+~Beatrix~+~
As soon as Dadrik took a step toward her, her gaze fell back on him. There was hatred and anger in her eyes and white flame burst from the spot between them making sure that he stayed back from her making a rather clear statement that she didn't want him anywhere near her. "As I said. It's none of your business who I am. Trixie's well being is my only concern.Your a danger to her and I won't allow it." The flame spread and rose higher off the ground. "You'll be like the rest. I won't let anymore pain come near her..break her. Your come near me I'll treat you like I treated the rest. As long as I'm in control, I don't want you any where near me." she said and slightly bared her teeth like she would with an enemy. She turned away gain and started walking towards the gates again leaving the flame between them.
No sleep No sleep until I am done with finding the answer Won't stop Won't stop before I find a cure for this cancer Sometimes I feel I going down and so disconnected Somehow I know that I am haunted to be wanted .   Dadrik paused for a moment as the flame appeared infront of him. It prevented him from going any further, well for now to say. "She is my business..." he said lightly, looking away. He didn't want to face this. He didn't want to see her like this. But he could not abandon her now, not like this. " A danger!!!" He shouted back. " I've done nothing but protect her...I've put myself in danger without hesitation. I would die for her if I could... My life compared to hers is nothing to me." He said stepping into the flames. His body started to be singed. Gritting his teeth he continued, even though the pain. He would put up with it if he had to, he would never back away when it came to Beatrix. " Aura!" He shouted as he stepped out the other side of the flame. His jacket nearly gone. " How can you say I will turn out like the rest..." His eyes showed the clear hurt he was in. But not by the fire. Any physical wounds he could handle for the most part. But this ...Aura as he calls it, hit a nerve. "Your sadly mistaken." His body flickered and he was infront of her in an instant. " There is no way I could stay away from her....even if your in her place. " He took ahold of her before she could react and his body flickered.
Once again they showed up in the field by The Da'vion's castle. The place where he started to train Beatrix. Before she could retaliate, his body flickered again and he was a good distance away from her. He shook his head. " Aura, you can Threaten me but that will not waver my decisions." he said looking at her with concern. This was part of Beatrix, so he had to accept it. "She is part of my life and I will not abandon her. I'd gladly put myself in dangers way for her...even if...that means facing a part of her mind..." He said looking away from her, his will to fight forfeit.
Tell them all to never fear Tell them what they want to hear Tell them all the blissfull lies Watch them leave with hopeful eyes...  Eric Halen Your Fortune awaits --------------------------- The swirling of the environment around him started to die down. He heard a voice. It belonged to the noble girl. As she picked him up, he let out a small, weak chuckle. "I'm... Fine, thank you." He tried his best to walk with her, and lessen the amount of work she would have to do. He coughed a bit, as more smoke filled his lungs. He held his crystal ball in one hand, though did not use it at all. He just couldn't store it in his cloak at the moment. "I'm not hurt." He said quietly. "Just a little tired." He continued to struggle through, despite how he felt. Slowly, scenery, or the lack there of began tpo become more clear, and less blurry. He could now see the woman. He mentally noted her beauty. Eric decided that life was good right then.
A memory: It was dinner time. Eric was sad. Despite the crystal chandelier, and beautiful table. Despite the wonderful meal in front of him, Eric could not smile. He slowly picked at his food, rolling round, green peas, and poking at meat. "What's wrong, honey?" His mother asked from down the table. Slowly, a tear rolled down his cheek. "Oh, it's okay. It's not your fault he died." "You don't understand! I knew it would happen. I knew!" Eric's mother looked shocked to hear this. "You knew? You saw that it would happen before it did?" "Yes, mother. I saw it in a dream." "Really? Try to look into the future. What else do you see?"
Eric came back from his little dream. No, not a dream. A flashback. Even though he never fell asleep, he dreamed of that day. It haunted him. Another thing he tried to bury deep in his mind so that he would never have to feel so guilty about it again. That memory was the only reason lives were so important to him. He didn't want to feel that way again. ...Let them waste their wealth on you though you say what isn't true Go and live to your delight The fortune teller strikes tonight
Well, if it's not real You can't hold it in your hands You can't feel it with your heart And I won't believe it
Eveline Valdigraph  Eveline tried to give him a small smile but she was still concerned for the man. She wasn't quite sure what had happened to him but it left him weak. He seemed just fine earlier. She helped the man out of the building and set him down in the soft grass under the willow tree far from the house. Though they were in the desert, her father had made sure that grounds surrounding the house looked as though it was in in the western region. Even though the plants died faster than they normally would he spent a lot of money on the grounds.
She knelt down next to him and ripped off some of the material from her dress. She reached up and tried to whip some of the dirt off of his cheek that the smoke had left behind from it's contact. "I can't thank you enough for helping me get the others out." she said in a soft voice. Eve looked back at the house and shook her head. There was still things that needed to be taken out but for the moment, it wasn't worth going back in. She wasn't sure what the two in that room were going to do. She glanced down at his crystal ball and titled her head to the side. "Oh? what's that?" she asked curiously.
 But if it's true You can see it with your eyes Even in the dark And that's where I want to be What a shame we all became, xxxxxxxxsuch fragile broken things, A memory remains, xxxJust a tiny spark, xxxxxxxI give it all my oxygen, XXXXXXXXXto let the flames begin, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOh glory...  ~+~Beatrix~+~
She ignored his words and continued walking but when he flashed in front of her and grabbed her she didn't have any time to act. Next thing she knew she was in the field that Beatrix was in earlier and he was far from her. Aura? She didn't argue with the name. She was completely different than Beatrix so she accepted the name for now. It separates her from the other.
Her flame sprouted from the ground rushing directly at him. "Your words mean nothing. Empty promises. Today you'll protect her and care for her then tomorrow you'll leave her behind when something or someone else proves more interesting. You can't be trusted. You and your family." She snarled. Her flame sprouted from around her, burning away at the grass in the meadow. "You, of high class would actually stick around?" she laughed. "You'll eventually get tired of her and the baggage that she carries. She holds no true name, she isn't of the pure, she has no control" Aura grabbed the gloves and pulled them off revealing the scars that run up her arms. "These are only a portion of scars on her body. You still would take her in?" She shook her head. "You'll just be like the rest. As soon as she proves way too much you'll cast her out. Your words mean nothing..nothing! All are lies." She spat. Her words full of venom. All the while there were sharp pains aching in the back of her head but Aura only ignored them.
. Somewhere weakness is our strength, And I'll die searching for it, I can't let myself regret, such selfishness, My pain I know the trouble caused, no matter how long, I believe that there's hope,
buried beneath it all..
No sleep No sleep until I am done with finding the answer Won't stop Won't stop before I find a cure for this cancer Sometimes I feel I going down and so disconnected Somehow I know that I am haunted to be wanted .   Dadrik face crumpled a little as she spit out her words. He wondered if this was how she truly felt. Somewhere in there it was her and all this was part of her emotions. Aura just may be saying what she things. As the flame came at him he put his hand up infront of him in a X form and took the flame. It did burn but it wasn't anything he couldn't take. He held it back, his jacket even worse off then before. He then pushed forward with his own flame exploding from his body, pushing it outward. Pushing the flame back the flame dissipated from around him. Weather she would attack again, it was a fact. She seemed even more stubborn then Beatrix. "You know nothing of me....Higher class. We may have a royal bloodline but you think I'm proud of that. My father was no saint. He was a tyrant.... He killed the only good part of our blood line..." He said shaking his head...."You think for one moment I am proud of what I am, You are wrong. I accept it, that is it. She may carry baggage, you being one of them, but I will not judge her for that....and I will not condemn her. As long as she wants me around I will be here." He Stood quiet for a moment looking at her scared hand. " Scars, physical or not, I would not look the other way from her just because she had them...yes, I'd take her in...and always will. Everyone has scars.....its not right to hate them for it...to treat them differently." He said taking another step forward. But by this time, his body was getting worn out. He had been stabbed a few times, but that wasn't exactly what it was. The flame was the biggest reason why he was being worn out. IT's just been a long day for his body. " She isn't of pure? You think that matters to me." He said shaking his head. " I do not lie..if I have to show you by actions then I will...But don't think for one moment because I have...so called 'high class' doesn't mean I'm any more pure then her." He told her as he tensed his body. "My baggage is all in what I am...what I've done... I'm no better then you..no better then any killer...." He said lifting his hands palm up infront of him. "You wanna see what I really am... I'll show you my conviction. Twenty percent." He said, acknowledging his percentages. Electricity started to flow around him as gravity increased exponentially. All that was left of the foliage around him was pressed down to the ground as if they were set under a book. His head thrusted upward, his mouth gaping. His K-9 teeth started to elongate to about an inch. On them some sort of writing on the side of them. The writing was more of a Glyph then a engraving. Slowly he looked down at her, his skin from his forehead down fading to a slight gray and his hair started to curve upward a bit. Lastly, just as he was done changing, a force of energy pushed out of his body and forced outward in all directions. Enough to push Beatrix back.
Lilith The Celestial wake
They say.... That I must learn to kill before I can feel safe But I I rather kill myself then turn into their slave Sometimes I feel that I should go and play with the thunder Somehow I just don't wanna stay and wait for a wonder
Tell them all to never fear Tell them what they want to hear Tell them all the blissfull lies Watch them leave with hopeful eyes...  Eric Halen Your Fortune awaits --------------------------- The grass was soft. Eric hadn't felt the softness of grass for a long time, if he had ever felt it before. He sighed, and coughed a bit more. He would be tired for a while longer. He needed sleep or something, but right then wasn't the time to sleep. Although getting out of the building tired him even more, he wasn't going to just fall asleep while there was still stuff to do. The feeling of fabric against his face was nice, and he smiled as the woman wiped the dirt off his face. He hadn't been cared for like that in a long time.
"Thank you." He said softly. "Thank you for getting me out of there. I apreciate it quite a bit." He paused, and closed his eyes for a moment. Just a small moment. He let the his problems sink into the back of his mind, out of sight, and just layed there. Then, he realized that he was being asked a question about his crystal ball. He opened his eyes, and began to answer slowly. His voice started quiet. "That? It's my crystal ball. It's pretty cliche for me to have it. Fortune teller, crystal ball? Yeah, very cliche." He paused to breath for a moment, then continued. "It's not just decoration though. It's like a power enhancer, I guess." Another pause. "Problem is, I can't use it too much, or I get really tired." Eric laughed. "It was stupid of me to use it as much as I did in there. I'm sure there were a few places where I could have gone without." Eric just kept smiling. He was alive. He was saved by a noble woman. All his stuff was intact, and he hadn't lost a single ounce of money. Eric was happy. ...Let them waste their wealth on you though you say what isn't true Go and live to your delight The fortune teller strikes tonight
Selael The Pyromancer
"It's the Quiet Ones you have to watch out for..." Selael sighed in annoyance... Not only in his shards not hitting their mark, but in Maarick still babbling on like the idiot he was. Does this guy ever shut up? After standing for a few seconds, he saw the blade being held underneath his neck. He let out yet another irritated sigh, shaking his head.
"It's obvious now that it was a waste of air talking to you. I was sorely mistaken in thinking you'd actually see the bigger picture, but you are too focused on a dot of paint to see the rest of the painting." He knelt down and waddled out of the scythe in a leisurely manner. "Your little friend is right. There are more important things to attend to now. And I'd appreciate it if you and your brothers stop trying to do MY job and leave, otherwise I wouldn't have to take such extreme measures." He walked down the halls of the house, listening to the sounds of a struggle from within... That just might be them. He approached it, his hand held up and ready to go... He wasn't about to be upstaged by those freaks AGAIN. This disaster to the Thieving World would be done courtesy of Selael Shalehem... No one else. Of course, that message getting across was the ideal, however, it wasn't the entire plan... He wouldn't think about the whole plan, since that irritating bumbler Maarick kept finding ways of knowing exactly what was at the forefront of his mind, though this time, he made it a point to only make getting the message across at the front of his mind... The rest of the plan was in the back, and he was making SURE that he wouldn't be interrupted by the green-haired, over-endowed idiot.
He then found Nigel... He seemed to have sustained a serious injury... A perfect time to finish him off. He pulled out a bag of sand, holding out his hand and using the incantation, "Ignus." With that, a spark flew from his fingers and in front of Nigel, the REAL flames bursting in front of him and obscuring his path. With that, Selael reached into his bag of sand and prepared for a finale...
"In the name of the Pact of the Flame, my oath that my house had made with the First King of Old, I render judgment upon you, Thief." He threw the Sand from his bag and used the incantation, this time very loudly, "IGNUS!!!", flames coating the sand and converting it into a jagged, multi-pointed Glass Spike. The flame would then Detonate behind it, propelling the Glass Spike in his direction... And for good measure, Selael started firing his Ignus Spell in other directions, sometimes even AT Nigel to ensure that he was hit...
This was the end for this thief Ringleader... And Selael would make damn sure of it.
