Roy swooped into the opening and started to bear down on Draka. Murcle kept at his rampage and tried to knock the wall down completely. Brianna wasn't sure what Draka was up to, but she knew he wasn't going to be beat this easily. she just couldn't figure out what he was going to do.

Damn, Draka had hoped for the beast to come at him first but she was forcing his hand which was a smart move in battle. So with the built up energy within him he pushed it out in a solid black mass that seemed to be a moving shadow though it had enough power to push all the air in front of it back along with any physical being. He stopped the mass just as it would hit the beast and as it did it shimmered and became invisible though it was still there and much stronger now.

The black smoky shadow confused Murcle. He tried clawing at it, but it did nothing. It angered him even more when it started to before transparent, charged with energy. He went crazy, beating , clawing, anything he could do to be rid of his obstacle. Roy bounced around a bit, but managed not to be pushed too far away. "Back here you psychopath." He spoke.

Draka sat chuckling at the attempts they were making, "Necromancy has alot to do with deceit Brianna. Try and trick me to get a better foothold or upper hand in the battle. I am much more powerful then you but with the proper amount of cunning you could outsmart me." Draka knew he had thousand years of experience on her but he had outsmarted his mentor once too and he was commended for it but then severely beaten for doing harm to him. Draka pushed the memory away as he was proud of it but at the time he was so ashamed for accomplishing that. He wanted her to harm him she just had to learn that unlike her barrier he was using moon magic to create his making it ten times as strong as a simple energy barrier, but moon magic was weak against magic that produced light and their were plenty of necromantic spells that produced light.

Murcel howled and head butted the barrier. And Brianna tried to figure out how she could best him. She could feel the power of her pendant in her pocket but had no way to use it, and frankly didn't want to at the moment. "Deceit is easier said then done sometimes."

Draka chuckled at her remark and he spoke to her in a very normal tone as if nothing at all were happening, "Think opposites then. Opposites tend to hurt each other but can also negate each others effects Brianna. The magic I am using is not simple energy it is moon magic and has a very profound weakness. I am sure you have something in your arsenal that can weaken it." He gave her a confident smile, maybe it would help her to relax and think things through a little better if she knew he was confident in her ability to overcome this challenge. Any sort of magic that produced light would work however light based from that of the sun would be of greatest effect against the magic.

Brianna listened and smiled, a little evilly, when the answered clicked. She closed her eyes and did a few quick movements as she spoke, "Glaoch mé amach an cumhacht ag an réalta is gile. An liathróid mighty na tine a brightens ár tailte agus a fhásann barra a chur. Chun an ghrian ag glaoch orm as do chúnamh." Soon light filled the room, energizing her creatures and diminishing his walls. Murcle started to advance, shredding the barrier between him and the little dark man. "Conas a d'fhoghlaim go tapa?" Brianna said with a smile, not realizing she was still speaking in gaelic.

Draka had no idea what she had said nor did he care at the moment. The beast was advancing on him and his protection was gone. He smiled at her and began clapping. In his head however he was preparing his second defense. A layer of invisible energy began to act as a second skin and cover his body, steadily building in strength as he spoke, "Very well done Brianna but the battle isn't over yet. You must never hesitate the moment your opponents defenses are down you must calculate the odds and attack if plausible." He gave her the teacher like tone so that she would know that he was serious.
The energy he was building up in the layer just on his body would be easily redirected to the point of contact of wherever the first blow was. At that point and time the hit would act as a catalyst and explode outward towards the beast. This was Draka's own personal energy and had a very difficult weakness however the sudden burst of energy would be enough to stun a very strong opponent but the sudden loss of this energy would have Draka stand weak for a moment. He had great control over his body but even his muscles would shake slightly if the energy was suddenly gone. It would leave him vulnerable for a few seconds before the energy began to run through his body at a normal pace again.

A snake like creature slithered out from behind Murcle and attacked, fangs out and slicked with venom. As its body made contact with his near invisible wall with flew back from the blast, a burning a harsh black. Brianna was a bit surprised, she hadn't seen his defenses go back up, but she set Murcle on him quickly before her snake turned to ash and faded. Murcle slashed his claws and bared down on him.

Incredible, Draka thought t himself, When did she gain such strategy?! Draka was weak from the defense however the creature was now slashing at him. He still had a few seconds left before the entirety of his strength returned but he didn't know if what he had was enough. His unnatural strength would have been enough to block the blows and throw the creature away his only hope would be to lessen the strike and take it no matter how hard it hurt since his legs felt like jelly.
He clapped his hands together, "Luna servo mihi!" The spell wasn't a very strong moon spell but it would be enough to lessen the damage and then maybe Draka could take the hit. The spell began to gather but the creature's claws came down before it even reached half strength. It shattered through the protection maybe cutting the strength of it down by about fifteen percent and when it hit Draka he was sent flying into a nearby wall. He bounced off of it and landed face first on the ground.
His muscles were still shaky and he began to lift himself off the ground. He stood and he realized that the secondary defense had taken more out of him and then what he had regained was taken up in the moon spell he had used. He stood legs wobbly and his vision blurry. How had he made such a careless mistake? Then his vision was gone and he fell back to the ground.

With a wave of her hands her creatures disappeared and she ran to her teachers side. "Draka!" She went to her knees next to him and rolled him to his back. She was worried but could feel his life force and new he would be alright soon enough. She wasn't sure when to do though, so she had Murcle pick him up and set him on her bed. She thought of putting her necklace to his skin but thought better of it.

Draka was out for only an hour. He dreamed about the horrid day when his teacher made him what he is now and he awoke with a start. It had been the first time he had actually slept in a few centuries and when he did wake up he flew up onto his feet ready for a fight. It was natural for him considering he had no idea where he was until he say Brianna. "Oh! Did I take a nap in the middle of your training?" He smiled as his voice and body language took it's usual laid back tone.

Brianna looked up from her book as he sprang up. "A small one. How do you feel?" She wasn't exactly surprised at the length of his sleep or the fact that he looked about the same. She closed her book, 'The Bell Jar', and gave him her full attention.

Draka's energy had returned to a very normal state he wasn't full yet but he had enough to continue his training with her but he was growing quite bored with it and she was doing very well, "Let us break from training, perhaps you have questions or maybe you would like to leave this room of yours and go and interact with someone that wasn't me?" He looked at her as he spoke, "Or perhaps you would like to accompany me to see who is about the mansion as I am curious as to what we may have missed with the other residence since we have been in here for so long."

"I'm used to being left alone by others really, but I guess is couldn't hurt to go out." Brianna rose from her chair and went to her book shelf putting her book back. "Where did you have in mind?" She figured he just needed a break after their last session or was getting bored with her. She was going for the former.
