The Kaguya clans jutsu listing is weird. It says Kimimaro does this, or kimimaro does that because of his curse seal.
1. Is the clan open?
2. Do you need a curse seal in order to use the clan jutsu?

It says, at the bottom of the post, that its open. Please read posts fully next time.
And it doesn't specifically say you need a seal. If you really want to know, send a pm to Shinny or Mana.

Does the Maruton count as an element when it says in ninjutsu per element?

Is there a possibility to originate a bloodline, like if you start with a bloodline class and develop your blood line base on your elements and how you specifically use it. Or could there be a way for a genjutsu shinobi to develop a bridge between them and their physical weakness compared to other ninja's not so much as to out right rival them but stand a fair fight against normal close combat types? Like for example could a genjutsu ninja place themselves under s trance that places their bodies in a state where the bodies inhibitor are temporarily released and they can retain fair taijutsu prowess for a short period.
Also can you introduce another summon type if you have information on it from the canon?

First question: If you're talking about making your own bloodline, then no you can't. There are occasionally contests where you can submit a custom bloodline and people vote to put it in or not, but there isn't one going on right now.
If you're talking about making the bloodline more unique to your character, then you can create custom techniques that utilize the bloodline.
Second question: No. Although, you can make an attribute that says something like, "can learn 1 taijutsu style", which is what a lot of people do to bridge the gap. If you don't know what an attribute is, it's explained in the profile skeleton.
Third question: No. There is also a contest for summons, but there isn't one of those going on, either.

I know this seems pretty odd, but there's some inquiry into the Kuchiyose: Raikou Kenka technique. It states one mark per weapon type, but does that mean one must learn it specifically for each mark put on their body?
By weapon type, would one utilize the technique's single mark in conjunction with several swords?

I have a question, I know the 5 Elements and that in a clock wise motion they are superior to the element thats next, But i have a character that creates snow as a materialzation of thier chakra not made of water and wind or anything, would that still be superior to fire or not?

[1] Are Bloodlines restricted to a certain village? For instance, Satetsu would be limited to Sunagakure, Hyouton limited to Kirigakure, Sharingan, Byakugan, Nara, Akimichi, Inuzuka, Yamanaka and Aburame limited to Konohagakure, etc.?
[2] Is Azaeiel a Goron? He always calls everybody "Brother."

@Mana: I don't think so. It's more or less just a seal that stores a weapon. Or weapons.
Sasuke used Raikou Kenka to summon multiple shuriken, so I think it's possible.
@Haji: Snow is actually weak to fire, as it can be melted.
@Shinsei: No to both questions.

As for doujutsu, it's possible for people to submit custom doujutsu clans when we have our bloodline contests. When I first arrived, there was the Hebigan, but it wasn't used by anyone, and was pretty much not alright in general. So... as of this moment, there's no doujutsu to be had.
