The red head had made it to the dojo a little later than everyone else but that did not matter much. She had to get in as much training as possible before the Raikage came. Making her way inside, she found the three scrolls she was looking for. Then she walked over to the dojo side so she could start practicing taijutsu and bukijutsu.

The first on her list to learn would be Shigure Soen. As per tradition she had to look at the technique once and then mimic it perfectly in one try. it would be hard but Suzume was confident she could learn it. First technique, Shajiku No Ame [ Axle Of Rain], it seemed simple enough but the red head studied it intently. Then when she was read, she picked up the training bokken available and found a training dummy not being used.

Move left to right, feint going this way and that until finally sprinting forward and attacking with a powerful thrust. Suzume already had it playing out in her mind and was ready. Without hesitation, she moved, left to right, going at an angle that brought her closer and closer to the training dummy. Finally, she sprinted forward and delivered a powerful thrust right to the target. It hit dead on and Suzume smiled slightly, glad to have gotten the technique on the first try.

[post 1/5]

Now that she had learned it on the first try, Suzume knew that she had to practice it a couple times more before she officially learned the technique. It would be easy enough and Suzume set to work using the technique a second time and successfully striking the training dummy once more.

[post 2/5]

Suzume was practicing the technique a third time, feinting from left to right as described in the scroll. This might not of been the traditional way to learn the style but it worked for her. After feinting left to right enough times, Suzume rushed forward and delivered a forward thrust from the bokken in her hands. Another successful attack.

[post 3/5]

Training could be repetitive to some but Suzume found it fun. She was doing something and in this case, this technique would help her be a better swordsman. Once more, moving left to right, going this way and then that, back and forth. Then when it was the right timing, she rushed forward and hit the dummy once more with a forward thrust.

[post 4/5]

Last time to practice, Suzume was quite comfortable with using the technique now. No hesitation, she ran left to right, moving closer to attack the training dummy. One last time, she rushed forward and attacked the training dummy with the training bokken borrowed from the dojo. With a forward thrust, she hit the dummy with her weapon and she was finished with this technique for now.

Now it was time for the second part of the first stage of Shigure Soen. Now that she was warmed up, it would be easier to learn and use this next technique. Opening the scroll again, she stared intently at the next technique. It was defensive and it would be good for distraction or evasion, Sakamaku No Ame [ Rolling Rain ]. Basically, she would have to focus her chakra and make a wave of energy that would shield her from the opponent.

Setting the scroll aside on the bench, she got back onto the training mat. Facing away from everyone, she held her sword at the ready. This would be harder than the last one since she had to focus her elemental chakra to make the wave. Suzume stood still as she focused, focusing that her elemental chakra would blend with the bokken. Her first choice was wind of course since she felt that was her signature element.

Slowly but surely, wind chakra started to blend with her bokken. When it was finally done, Suzume was ready to try and launch off a wave of energy. Slowly she lowered the bokken, not wanting the elemental chakra to dissipate as she got ready to strike. Then with a quickly, upward strike with the wood weapon in her hand. A wave of chakra was set off and it signaled that the technique was successful.

[post 1/3]

Now that she had succeeded in learning the technique on the first try, Suzume set to work practicing the technique. Now that she understood what basically went into the technique, it would be easier to practice. The second time around it was still hard but Suzume managed to launch the wave a little faster this time around. The only thing that took her a little while was focusing her chakra to blend with the bokken so she could launch the wave.

[post 2/3]

This would be the last time she would practice and then she would master the technique. Suzume was able to focus her chakra to make it blend faster with the weapon in her hand. It was a little faster now and launched the wave faster than previously. Her chakra blended with the bokken and with a quick movement she launched the wave. More practice and she would be able to launch it faster and faster with little problem. Now on to the second stage of Shigure Soen.

Kein nodded and said," You have just graduated from the academy and now are on the verge of being recognized as a full fledged Uchiha. But first you must learn to master this move." He quickly made three handsigns and said," Goukakyuu no Jutsu." Kein brought his fingers to his lips and blew as the burst of fire tore across the room before he ended the flow of chakra and turned to Sin and said," Its not that hard just learn the handsigns and remember to slowly exhale and use your fingers to direct the flow of chakra." He took three steps back to allow his cousin some room.

Sin noted the hand signs and formed them, he took a breath and blew, his finger just below his mouth. He let out a smaller size fireball then Kein, he had not taken care to how much he breathed in verses how powerful the fire was.
Sin formed hand seals and breathed in again, this time breathing in more air, he put his finger to his lips and throwing his weight forward he blew out a fireball almost twice the size of the weak fireball he'd made before, although he still felt like he could do better.

She had spotted the two Uchiha out of the corner of her eye but it was not important at the moment. What was important was learning these techniques. Taking out the scroll once more, she went on to studying stage two of Shigure Soen. This next technique sounded interesting and it would certainly be helpful to get the drop on the opponent. It was called Yarazu No Ame [ Last Minute Rain ], basically she would drop her katana and at the last moment kick it so that the blade would fly a the opponent and stab them. It might of been good to start off with a sword style with more finesse and basics like Shunkan no Hagane. Yet Shigure Soen was just so... legendary. Suzume was certain she would be just fine.

Walking back over to the training dummy she had been practicing on before, she readied herself to nail the technique on the first try. It would be simple, just drop the bokken and then kick it just right before it hit the ground. This would certainly be harder than the last offensive technique. Suzume imagined how it would go, body becoming tense as she thought about the kick she had to pull off. Taking a deep breath, she slowly loosened her grip until she let the bokken begin to fall to the ground. Just before it hit the ground, her leg kicked out to sent it flying to the training dummy.

Success, she had hit the bokken's handle just right and it was sent flying towards the training dummy. The point hit it in the torso and that meant the attack was successful. Good, now she would just have to practice this a couple more times to really get it down.

[post 1/4]

The second time around, it as still hard but Suzume had managed to pull it off. It was all a matter of timing and kicking the handle of the bokken just right. She let the wood sword drop and with the right timing, she kicked out and once more sent it flying towards the training dummy. It was not spot on but it did hit the torso and it was considered a success. She just needed to keep training so she could hit where she wanted on the torso.

[post 2/4]

Still practicing, it was becoming a little bit easier the more she practiced. Suzume was dropping the bokken and then kicking it toward the training dummy to stab it. Even though the technique was hard it would not discourage her, Suzume was determined to have proper control over it. When she did, it would be a good surprise attack against an opponent. If she got even better, then she could sent it stabbing to any part of the opponents head if she had the right angle.

[post 3/4]

One more time and she would be finished training for now. So far it had been easy to hit the torso but now she wanted to try a harder target. Suzume studied her position to see how far away she was from the training dummy. Sure that she had plenty of room, she let the bokken drop and before it hit the ground, she kicked it at the training dummy. Instead of hitting the torso though, the bokken flew straight and hit the training dummy in the head. Not bad but that would be a hard trick to use on a moving opponent... it would be more for an opponent standing still when they were confident they had the upper hand.

Now this next technique would be quite useful but the only problem was that Suzume would need a training partner. It couldn't be a clone either since that would be against the point of learning this technique. It was called Gofuu Juu [ May Wind, October Rain ] and basically, she would notice the flow in battle and synchronize her breathing with her opponents. If she knew the flow of her opponent's movements then she would be able to more easily evade their attacks. Looking around, she called out to a random Cloud Shinobi that was also training in the dojo. Explaining what she wished to do, the male agreed to spar with her.

They both got ready and they began to spar. Suzume's eye was training on him, watching him move and attack. She could see the flow of battle before her and the red head began to adjust. Suzume was breathing in the same way as her sparring partner. It wasn't easy but she was getting the hang of it. Soon she was evading his attacks, doing so easily the longer the sparring match went on. The red head was excited to learn such a technique. She was easily evading him and creating openings to counter attack. When Suzume was sure she had it down, she called for a break. Another Shigure Soen technique down.

[post 1/4]

The reason she wished to take a break was not only to catch her breath but to calm down. With enough of a break, Suzume would have to learn to focus more quickly and see the flow in battle more quickly. When the break was over, they sparred once more and Suzume was able to more easily see the flow in battle. Although this was bound to be because of familiarity. After easily evading his attacks, the sparring match was over and she let him get back to his own training.

[post 2/4]

Looking around, she called over another Cloud shinobi and then started another sparring match. This one was a tricky opponent yet Suzume was still able to find the flow of battle. Third time around it was easier and the red head was evading attacks more earlier in the sparring match. This was pretty good practice and Suzume felt she was becoming more and more adept at this technique. She called for a break so she could calm down before the last sparring match.

[post 3/4]

After the break, Suzume was ready for the last sparring match with the Cloud shinobi. The match started off just fine and soon Suzume was matching her opponent's breathing and evading attacks. Not bad but she needed to go up against more opponents of all kinds to really become adept. This was good enough for now though and Suzume had a good grasp on the technique. Finishing the sparring match, the swordsman thanked the other shinobi for his time. Time for the next technique...

Now she was at the third stage, becoming more adept at the sword style. Suzume felt it was to be expected though, her father was a swordsman and that had to pass on to her. With this third stage, she could be considered a practitioner of this style now. Perhaps she was taking on too much too quickly but she was so far behind. Sighing, she took out the scroll and looked over the next technique, Samidare [ Summer Rain ]. After taking a good look, she put it away and went back over to the training dummy. This attack would be both tricky and dangerous to try but Suzume felt confident she would get it.

While she would slash with her right hand, her left hand would have to toss the sword up so that it came falling down to strike. It would be difficult and it would need plenty of accuracy. Suzume carefully weighed the bokken in her hand, getting an idea of how hard to throw and how. This would be difficult but Suzume knew she had to do this right in just one try. After carefully taking in the situation, Suzume began the attack. With quick movements, she made a slashing movement with her hand. At the same time her bokken had been thrown up into the air. Then it came back down to her hand and she created the real attack. Not bad, she had been paying attention and with luck she had caught the handle of the bokken. It was a hard technique but Suzume just needed to practice it more to really get the hang of it.

[post 1/5]

Needless to say this attack would take plenty of speed for the opponent not to notice what was really happening. Suzume's right hand would be holding the blade, when moving to slice, the blade would no longer be in her right hand and it would instead be thrown into the air. While her hand went all the way through the fake slice, her left hand would be ready to catch the blade and go through with the real slice. Just as she had the second time she practiced the technique.

[post 2/5]

Speed and sleight of hand were key, Suzume was getting more and more used to it though. A tough technique like this would require practice and Suzume would take her time with it. Of course she did not know how much time she would have exactly to practice the technique. Tossing the blade up into the air once more, she went through with the fake slash and then followed up with the real slash. A dummy was alright practice but she would get better if she used it on a real person.

[post 3/5]

Deciding to spar with another person, she called out to another nameless shinobi. They agreed to spar but she did not tell the person what attack she would be using. Success would count on taking her opponent completely by surprise. Getting ready, they began to spar and Suzume waited to use Samidare. When she found the right opportunity, she faked a slash with her right hand. The other shinobi fell for it and by the time they realized, the bokken had returned to her hand and Suzume performed a real slash. She had pulled it off on a real person and that of course made Suzume happy.

[post 4/5]

Now it was time to try the attack when the person knew she knew the attack. They sparred once more, attacking and parrying as Suzume waited for the right opportunity to attack. Soon the opportunity arrived and she faked a slash with her left hand this time. It was just to change it up so that people didn't always expect the attack from her right. The shinobi fell for the feint slash as the bokken fell down to her right hand. Then she performed the real attack with her right hand. Satisfied that she had learned the technique, Suzume thanked the other shinobi for sparring with her.

This next technique would be a little hard to pull off as well. There was more elemental chakra to focus if she wanted to correctly use Shibuki Ame [ Splashing Rain ]. Basically, she would hold her bokken to the side, point facing away from her and to the side. Blending her chakra with the bokken, she would perform a counter clock-wise spin and create a whirl wind of chakra. It would surround her and create a good defense against attacks. It would be hard to focus just the right amount of chakra and then maintain it as she spun around to create her defense. Yet this far in the style, she had a good grasp of how to use her chakra so the red head was confident.

After having studied the scroll, she now stood on the training mat. Holding her sword so that it was pointing to the right, Suzume started to focus. Slowly her wind element chakra started to combine with the blade part of the bokken in her hand. When it was ready, Suzume maintained focus as she prepared to spin. Moving in a counter clock-wise circle, she spun and allowed her chakra to move, forming the whirlwind of chakra around her as a defense. The whirlwind formed around her and Suzume grinned, glad to have once more learned another technique on the first try.

[post 1/5]

Now that she had learned it on the first try, Suzume was ready to keep practicing until she was better at the technique. Getting back into position, she focused to combine her chakra with the bokken in her hand. Once more once the elemental chakra was combined with the bokken, she went into a counter clock-wise spin. The whirlwind of chakra once more surrounded her and created a good defense.

[post 2/5]

Things were progressing quite well and Suzume was sure that in no time she would reach a plateau in her training. She wouldn't stay there though, she would be sure to advance as soon as she could. That might not happen until she became a chuunin though. Getting into position once more, Suzume focused on combining her chakra with her sword and once more created a whirlwind of chakra.

[post 3/5]

One more stage to learn and then Suzume would be ready to move on to taijutsu techniques. She was aware that she could not always used her sword so she would need to use the rest of her body. Well, not all of her body but that would be made clear later. Once more, Suzume got into position, her sword held out with the tip pointing out. Then in a counter clockwise motion, she spun ad created another whirlwind of energy around herself.

[post 4/5]

This would be the final time to practice and then Suzume would move on to the next stage. So far she had gotten a good grasp of how to execute this technique. The red head set herself up to use the technique one last times. With a final counter clock-wise spin, she executed another whirlwind made of elemental chakra. When she finished, Suzume was ready to move on to the fourth stage of Shigure Soen.

The training had been hard on Suzume but she was nearly done for now. There were only two more techniques to learn before she was done learning the style for now. While she had been training, she noticed that she was becoming more aware, aware of her senses and of how to use her chakra. Finally after so long Suzume felt she was becoming a true swordsman. Now it was time to really speed up with Mujitsu Ame [ Innocent Rain ]. It was a more passive skill, chakra would coat her own feet, causing her movements to look more like brief flashes. Suzume was strong but she was a bit more of a speed type so this would be beneficial to her.

It was time to test this technique out, she would need a bit of help from a fellow shinobi though. Calling upon a random shinobi, she asked him to watch her movements. According to the scroll, this was supposed to be passive so she just had to start moving. Suzume began moving this way and that, feeling sure that chakra was coating her feet. The red head felt faster, her movements were quicker, she was sure of it. The red head continued moving this way and that, feeling as if she were just zipping around this way and that.

When she finished moving and came to a stop, the male told her that she was quite fast and her movements blurred. Grinning, Suzume asked the male to continue watching and then assist her in the next half of her training.

[post 1/3]

A passive technique was a bit hard to train since she could not really activate it at will. Well, when it comes to chakra coating her feet she might be but this technique was to be at work whenever pretty much. So Suzume just kept moving, this way and that, feeling faster and her speed being confirmed by the shinobi watching her movements. With her movements being blurred and her speed increased, she could easily attack those of her level. She might even be as fast as chuunin but that might be a bit of a stretch.

[post 2/3]

This would be the last run through of the technique to make sure Suzume was really in tune and at the level she should be. Once more she darted this way and that, moving left then right, back and forth. Suzume continued on for about a minutes before she stopped. Again, the other shinobi assured her that her movements were a blur. Satisfied that she truly was at stage four, Suzume decided to move on to the last part of her bukijutsu training.

Now this would be a harder passive technique to work with. It was called Ganshiki Ame [ Insight Rain], basically she would have a sixth sense to feel the intent of others. Not to mention she would be able to catch on to something that may of been happening. Obviously developing a sixth sense would be difficult yet Suzume had been training hard. Her father was a swordsman and she herself was a swordsman, she would not fail learning every technique of this style.

With the help of the previous shinobi and another, she would see if she developed a sixth sense. Suzume was sure if she had a real teacher then he would set up something more elaborate. Either way she would make do with what she had for now. Telling them to feel whatever intent they wished, she would wait for them to get in the mood without giving it away through facial expressions.

When they were ready, Suzume casually strolled by and around the two shinobi. Her mind was clear, not thinking of forcing her senses to feel something. After a moment or two of nothing, Suzume felt something. No hostile intent from the first shinobi but the other was creating hostile intent for her to sense. Turning to him, she relayed what she felt and had been proven right. It was not clear nor was it a strong feeling but she had felt their intents none the less. Meaning she was on her way to having a true sixth sense.

[post 1/3]

They would try this once more and Suzume would try to see what their intent was. Giving them a couple of minutes, the red head walked around them once more. With her mind clear, she waited to be struck by a feeling. Suzume was not disappointed since soon she felt hostile intent coming not from just one but both of them. This feeling was stronger now and the red head was glad her sixth sense was getting stronger.

[post 2/3]

One last exercise was seeing if she could quickly become aware of what was happening around her. To feel things happen before she was caught off guard and injured. It was a couple of minutes before they started to move. The second shinobi was just moving but the first was moving for a simple punch to her head. Quickly she evaded the attack before it got too close. It was confirmed, she had developed a sixth sense. Now she was tired and would take a break. Thanking them for their time, Suzume moved over to one of the empty benches. Lying down, she started to relax for a moment, needing to rest before taking on taijutsu training.

Alex went to his normal training spot where he could moniter cloud. he took out scrolls and read one. after he felt comfterble with the what he needed to do.

Sai Sen no Jutsu (Rewire Technique)

Alex gathered chakra and did the hand signs needed. there was suddenly a comical look of confusion on his face when nothing happened. he smiled and readied himself to try again. [1-4]

after rereading the scroll Alex did the hand signs needed and felt the current flow through his body making the air around him hum. he took in the power of it all and for a moment felt like a god. the energy suddenly left cause he aited so long.[2-4.

Alex did the hand signs again and this time asks an acedamy student near him to help him with his practice. after ensuring the kid that no harm would come to him Alex rapidly poked him with the tips of his fingers leaving strings of electricity. [3-4]

Alex had a few minutes of fun controlling the kid against his will untill the protests annoyed him and he released the jutsu. Alex thanked the kid and turned to grab another scroll.[4-4] learned.]

Alex then figured he should learn a simple jutsu just to use in sync with his style. he located the water whip jutsu, read it for a moment then made the hand signs needed. the whip formed perfectly in his hand and he cracked it a few times and then released it putting the water back in his drinking bottle attached to his side where he had gotten it from.[1-1] water whip learned.]

Suiton • Hachi Shokushu (Water Release • Eight Tentacles)

Alex took another scroll out and breathed deeply as he read. he nodded and put it away preparing to do another jutsu. he did hand signs and 4 out of the 8 tentacles formed. he tried to move them and they did some but mostly just moved on there own. he tried again and then they just fell to the ground.he did hand signs again this time focusing better. they formed perfectly and he smiled feeling like a master. [1-1] learned.

Water Release • Tentacle Barrage Fury (Suiton • Shokushu Rendan Kyouran)

Alex once again focused his chakra and did hand seals again. he formed the tentacles of water around a practice dummy. they started to barage it but as they made contact with its material each tentacle fell to the floor in a splash. [1-2]

Alex grew a bit angry but focused to try again. he did the handsigns needed and the tentacles formed around around he dummy again. they started baraging it untill there wasnt much of it left. Alex smiled and jumped into the air. he put the scrolls away and sat resting.[2-2] learned.

Alex stood feeling better about himself now that he felt caught up. now for some practice against a real opponent. Alex walked over to cloud and stood there looking cocky and ready for a fight."hey man long time no see." Alex was in a stance ready to spring. Alex was only 6 or 7 feet away but he thought himself dangerous even up close.
