Psy watched as the Hokage left the office, ignoring him and leaving things to his adviser. He had no interest in talking to the adviser. The Hokage had already handed out the headband so Psy was going to take that as an excuse to say he had gained access to train at the academy. He turned around and left the office, leaving the headband on the desk. On his way out he noticed the Hokage re-entering the building, he ignored him and walked on silently.

Fuji looked over her shoulder at her shinobi and smiled at him. "No please, you must be very warm in that armor. I'm sure the Hokage would not mind you in here." she said with a smile. She than went ahead and lite her pipe. She inhaled the smoke and than exhaled it and she began to relax. "Now Lord Hokage, I believe we should talk about the terms of our treaty. I got the drift from the Chuunin you sent, but I can not help feel you want something more..." she stated as she motioned that she would stand rather than sit. She was already in a good and energetic mood. She felt sitting would make her to relaxed and a bit too mellow.

Zhou smiled and said," No I have no problem with him being here." He let his eyes meet with Fuji's and said," The preservation and growth of my village and those of my allies is the only thing I care about. I requested this treaty because I find that it would be advantageous for the both of our villages. Your village is known for its medical prowess, weather or not this is true is irrelevant. The Leaf Village is a military power we are geared more for war and offense that healing and defense. Together our villages will be stronger than either one could ever hope to be separate. That I what I propose to you here and now. A way to protect both of our villages from threats unknown. "

Fuji looked the Hokage in the eyes and seemed to completely understand what he was saying. "I understand that for many reasons there have been rumors going around, but those are just rumors..." she said as she inhaled smoke and than exhaled it. "Well I really have no protest at this time about anything that was stated..." Fuji said as she than smiled at the Hokage. "Now that we got that out of the way, how about we have our little spar..." she said. "I have brought two Chuunin and two Genin, they are very skilled and I trusted them with my life on the way here." she paused to exhale some smoke. "So they are capable..." she stated.
Fuji now waited for the Hokage to reply, she also wanted to hear if Shigeru had anything to say to his. He always seemed worried about Ayaki. She would be sparring too so she wanted to know his input if he had any. Because if he said nothing now, than she would not listen later.

  The door to office slowly opened as Shori stepped into the room. Upon entering Shori noticed that the Hokage seemed to be entertaining two guess. She hadn't seen either of them before, but it wasn't as if she was a social person anyway. She slowly closed the door in behind her and stood silently, moving the corner. As usual she didn't speak, she would just simply waited.

Zhou nodded and said," Sounds good, Although if I may, Would you not rather wait a day or so to allow your shinobi to recover? It is not exactly a small walk between our villages, and I would endeavor for both parties to be at their best for this exhibition." He smiled as he saw Shori step into the office. He nodded to her and said," Lady Fuji this is my soon-to -be apprentice Shori Ketseuki. Shori this is Lady Fuji the Yukikage and soon to be ally."

Fuji sighed and could only agree with the Hokage. "That you are correct..." she said as she decided she would wait a few days before doing any type of spar. Fuji than noticed someone walk in and she said nothing. The Hokage than made her presents and status known to the shinobi and Fuji herself looked over her should and nodded. "It is an honor to meet you, you can call me Madame Fuji if you wish..." she said to leaf shinobi.

Shori quickly turned to the woman and bowed as a sign of respect. She didn't know who the woman was, but it was soon apparent to her that she wasn't an average ninja and the words 'our shinobi' gave her the impression that the woman in front of her was a kage. As he introduced her she realized she was the kage of the snow village. This seemed to be the second kage that she had met and this one as well seemed rather humbled; saying it was an honor to met her, but she was no more then a genin.

Fuji simply simply smiled and she saw the that Genin bowed to her and she smiled. "Well I would much rather stay where it is cool." she said as she than thought for a moment. "Do you happen to have river or lake around here?" she asked with a smile on her face to the Hokage. She wanted to take a dip in a place such as that rather than the hot springs. Fuji was always awkward in one way or another.

Shori was listening to the conversation between the conversation before it was interrupted by young man who stood in at the other side of the room. As he cleared his throat, her eyes quickly shifted; he wanted to comment one the small sparring match between the village and she would have only assumed that he would be taking part in this match-up. His reason for intervening? A request to battle Jae Ketsueki. She seemed unfazed by his request as he glared back at her. Jae was none of her concern she hadn't spoken to anyone but the hokage since entering the village and her past with her own clan was tangled with lies, deceit, and pain.
