Afsana was standing with her hand holding her chin as she thought, and waited for Leonardo to approach, "Well," She dropped her hands and turned to him, "you're a general, and the closest thing we've got to an expert on our hands," she reached over and tugged at the collar of his jacket, "What about it?"
---
For some reason, when the dragon spoke, Afsana came to mind. Patilla laughed aloud though, "Me do something noble? That's rich! But what's the matter your dragon girlfriend got you down? That's why I avoid all of those sentiments and whatever. But if you want advice, and you want it from a noble guy, you can ask the man you're about to meet."
---
"On second thought," Teinama closed the pantry doors before him and turned to exit the kitchen, "I think I'd much prefer some sleep. You should sleep as well."
---
"I just saw Patilla riding on a Dragon's back. I take it not only is all well, but we've a new king and Kurag is finally-" Attorra stopped and remembered who he was talking to, "going to be sat down for a very stern talking to." He coughed a bit to clear his throat and shook his head, "No I'm sure everyone's fine."
---
"As if you're the only one that can be wicked." Maude rolled her eyes as she followed her husband to his seat. She stood before him as he spoke, listening intently, nodding, and growing her own malicious smirks. "You are a twisted b***h." She unfolded her arms and took a seat in her husband's lap, "And as if all of that won't be fun enough I know a perfectly insidious plot of my own. Very close to home in the God-fearing department- there are the three major religions: Parentes, Chiral'kha and the Sorcerers. There's enough tension already to cause conflict- but that wouldn't be beneficial. However, it is possible for the powers of certain sorcerers to surpass those of even Nadia or Teinama. And those sorcerers- with the right persuasion- can be killed. It would be in our beszt interest to abuse their powers in weakening the others and with our fight against the Holy Mother and Father, and we can simply dispose of them when we're done." She glanced up in thought for a moment, tapping her chin as she wondered aloud, "And what brought them to mind? Oh yes. The sorcerers have a faster way to immortality and all of their magic can be bought for the right price."
---
The woman did not look amused, "You're gonna clean that s**t up off my floor or I'm gonna turn you into corned beef and cabbage and feed you to your children."

Leonardo ignored her tugging on his General's coat. "If you are looking to keep a army here you will need a large barrack, a good sized army will normally hold ten thousand at the smallest. You will need trusted men or trusted women, a safe number for a general to control is a couple hundred." Leonardo walked forward and moved a fallen support beam out of the way so Afsana could walk on with out worry of tripping. "I myself am in charge of one thousand or so of Lord Paha's men. A low number yes. But when you take into account we are a island race and have probably less then a one hundred thousand inhabitants on the island, it's not a bad number." ~ ~ ~ ~
Nadia turned to watch Teinama, she wasn't sure if that was a invite to go to bed with him or not. She looked back to the kitchen an frowned as the little bloom wilted and died. A sudden sneeze made her cover her face before she could get a word out. Rubbing her nose she turned back to her husband. "I guess i could go for a nap." ~ ~ ~ ~
Kadra felt her heart stop for a moment. Sure her father was a cruel man, but he was still her father. "I hope every one is ok." She said unintentionally holding onto Attorra's hand. "I mean I know some of them are going to be a little bruised." ~ ~ ~ ~
Abarden patted Telmina on the back, gently this time, as he talked to the other man. "I believe she is now touring the left overs of her palace."
Telmina ignored Abarden and watched as the female dragon flew away. She smiled to herself knowing the dragoness wouldn't be bothering her any time soon. ~ ~ ~ ~
Leonidas smirked "Oh if only I could see where the mess is!" He said dramatically throwing a arm over his wraps where his eyes would have been. He took a step towards the dead goat an kicked it as if he was taking a step, fluid sprayed out from the body "Oh my bad!" ~ ~ ~ ~
Zanna smiled "Yes I do, what is the matter?"

Eversor turned his head around to snap at Patilla with a growl, missing his head by a few inches. "She isn't my mate... Or at least not yet." he said as he faced forward again, his growl dimishing yet thoughts wandering on Telmina again. "I don't understand females. Lets just get you where you need to be..." the dragon said with a tinge of give in his voice. He was raised understanding that to sacrifice one's self was the noblest and selfless thing to do. The best way to die, if there was one.
Nexus started off toward the wrecked palace, then did a double-take. "She?" he said a little unbelievably. He nodded then started off again. "That narrows it down. Thanks." He then thread his way through half-together/hald-wrecked walls and rooms toward a couple of life forms that seemed to be conversing not far from him, which he could sense. He glanced around at the charred parts that had collapsed a section he passed and shivered. Maybe he would think twice about taking on a dragon... He finally reached the two as Leo was explaining army sizes. "That's very interesting, General, but please excuse my interruption." he said as politely as he could muster with a bow. He knew that Leo was present when he took Kadra and kept his hands out from his sides to show he wasn't going to grab a weapon or anything. Just so he didn't get the wrong idea. Nexus then turned his attention to Afsana and looked her up and down incidently. "I'll assume that with this one's talk of military that you would be the new king, miss? Ah, forgive my wandering eyes." he said then wiped his face over briefly to regain attention to her face. "I was a man of incredible sin before, and I come before you now a changed man. At least hear me out..."
Karn nodded at his wife's words. "Of course, dear. Do whatever you deem neccessary. Just as long as it doesn't interfere with what I have planned in any kind of negative way possible. If all goes well, we'll have our own perfect world to create and rule without question" he said with another grin, accompanied by a hearty chuckle. Then he stopped and gave Maude a quizzical look with a slight pause. "Did I ever introduce you to Godith? I thought I did, but I can't remember at the moment."
Floradail looked down with a bright pink on her cheeks. "I'm just curious as to what's normal about what's going on with me..." she said shyly. She waited for Zanna to speak again, as the Flora Dragon felt a little uncomfortable about the subject and was looking for any kind of thing that would prolong her explaining her changes.

Patilla gave Eversor a small pat, "There there, big guy. Don't let bitches get you down. They're all kinds of trouble." He frowned and squinted at the horizon, "That's it right? Must be, I can see that b*****d's big-a** ego from here. Careful you don't frighten any of the little goats down there, usually dragons only show up to eat them."
---
On a cliff within close proximity to the Horned Merino tribes, a small girl gathered into her arms all of the flowers that she had spent the day picking and began trudging her way back toward the village. She was small, with large, brilliant brown eyes and long, twisted blonde locks. On either side of her head were two small nubs, the beginning of what would eventually be horns. "Aki! Aki!" She called at the door of a small cabin in the center of the village, "Aki! Open the door!"
After a few moments of the girl's pleading, a man opened the door. He was tall, with a powerful frame and a mean look on his face. His hair was an easy chestnut brown, short, accent by his powerful fully grown horns, large off-white twists above his ears. His one visible eye was brown, and the other was covered completely by a solid black eye patch. His face was sharp and powerful, unquestionably male, and he wore a small patch of hair at the chin. His thick eyebrows furrowed as he looked down at the small girl, "Oh dinner, thank you." He reached down and plucked one of the small yellow weeds from her arms.
"No Aki no!" The small girl screeched, "Get me a cup! They're for my boyfriend."
The man in the doorway laughed, "I think you've got it backwards, little one." He stepped out of the way so she could enter, and as sh had her back turned, he tossed the small weed into his mouth and swallowed it before he started toward the cabinets. He reached in and grabbed the girl a cup for her "flowers." "You're so backwards, little one."
"I saw a dragon." The little girl stated, rather blatantly in comparison to the man's opposing reaction.
He quickly stood upright and his eyes widened, "A dragon? Stay inside, I'm going to warn the others." He quickly dashed out, leaving the small girl to her chore with her weeds.
Running toward the door, the man grabbed a small, bronze colored telescope hanging by the door frame and ran outside with it. He skidded to a halt and threw the telescope up to view the sky through it. It took a moment of searching before he finally spotted what was in the sky. He prepared to shout before he was able to focus on what he was seeing a bit better. He lowered the telescope and spoke, "Patilla. Hide the women and the bi-curious men." He decided to make himself welcoming committee and he could not wrap his mind around what the little wretch could want. Besides money or sex- but he certainly wasn't going to be the one to give him that.
---
"Understandable, so it'll take a bit of baby-kissing and propaganda before our numbers are actually great but it's not something unachievable." Afsana stopped as another man entered. She listened as he spoke and gave Leo a small sideways glance. "My first audience, how riveting." Her eyes quickly moved back to Nexus, "You may speak."
---
Sitting up in the bed, Teinama certainly was not sleeping. He was sitting up and a small mist was formed before him as he watched a scene playing out over and over again. "The oracle of Nonstrato's vision." he answered before Nadia could ask, "There is a man I know to be dead in it. That is never a good sign."
---
Attorra stepped over the threshold of the palace and spotted first a scrawny demon conversing with a dragon, "Hm. Looks alright in here to me."
---
"Of course I would never be a burden, Shnookums."Maude laughed before she even got a reaction out of her husband, "You're cute when you're angry. And no. I don't think I've had the pleasure of meeting this Godith yet."
---
"Knock it off, shithead. I know you can at least smell all of that s**t. You can sleep outside in the thorns until it's all cleaned off of the floor."

Before the man could get fully in the room Leonardo had his sword drawn and held up in place. He stood in front of Afsana, a low warning rumbled from deep within his powerful chest. "I know you need no weapons to be a threat." His eyes never left Nexus "If you have some thing to say spit it out now before I spill your blood." ~ ~ ~ ~
Nadia walked over to the side of the bed and sat down. "I am a little confused, the oracle of Nonstrato's, in his vision, the man you say you know is dead. Is he not supposed to be dead?" Nadia sat up a little straighter to look into the mist. "Is this some thing to really be concerned over?" He eyes watched the scene play over and over again. ~ ~ ~ ~
Kadra's eyes found her father laying on the floor, blood leaked from his side slowly. With out realizing she did it she tightened her hold on his hand as a small gasp slipped out of her. Letting go of his hand all together she began to go to her father.
Abarden looked over in enough time to see the young, once, princess heading their way. "Telmina watch Kurag." He headed off to her. "My lady please." Abarden lightly grabbed her upper arms and twisted her around abruptly so she was facing the way she had just come. "I know seeing your father like this is a little bit of a shocker. But you must please remember your senses."
Kadra nodded her head and let Abarden push her back to Attorra.
"Ok well if you both will excuse me, I think I will fine My own lord, Paha seems to be taking a rather long time." Abarden bowed, looked over his shoulder at Telmina again and walked off. ~ ~ ~ ~
Avery stood next to the lord Paha as they dug some more rope out from under a collapsed second floor. "I really can't understand your reasoning." She said bluntly.
"Well you don't have to understand it. I am a king, there for you smile and follow orders." Paha grunted and tugged out another wore and frayed piece of rope. ~ ~ ~ ~
Leonidas snorted and dropped to the floor, where he promptly began to roll around. The goat juice mopped off the kitchen floor and onto his own body. Laying on his back he tilted his head in the direction back towards her. "That better?" ~ ~ ~ ~
Nissa looked up "What's going on?"
Zanna smiled "She is talking about female changes. I am I right sweet heart?"

Eversor shrugged at Patilla's remark about females, then looked down at the village that he was approaching. "Looks like one of them. Hope we find this man on the first try.", he said passively as Patilla said something about goats. Then Eversor wiped his head around to look at him with a small bit of excitement in his eyes. "You said goats? Of coarse, the majority live here. How could I ever forget." he said as he looked forward again. The black dragon waited until he was right above the village, then tucked his wings to his sides and dove straight down toward the ground. His streamline shape would keep Patilla from being buffeted by any amount of wind, so he didn't worry about him as he very quickly sliced through the air like it was made for him. Just before impact with the ground, Eversor snapped his wings open like great leathery parachutes, which slowed them dramaticly before he landed heavily on all fours on the ground with a heavy thud that made the ground vibrate the earth briefly in the village center. There he roared loudly to announce his presence to the insignificant mammals. "You said he was noble, so he wouldn't run from a dragon, correct?"
Nexus gave Leonardo a dangerous look, a habit of his when someone got in his way. "Right you are, little kitty." he said to him in a habitually threatening manner. Then looked back at Afsana as if what he said had never transpired. "I wish to offer my services to the new... King... Or should I say Queen? It all confuses me when people say things like that... Anywho, if you'll have me, for a time at least. I have other matters that will eventually need tending to if I'm to make up for my sins." the necromancer pulled his staff, as if from nowhere, from his robes, then held it out to Afsana. "I will give you my staff. Forged from the Fires of Hell, or Underworld, itself. It will serve you well as it did me in my sinful past life."
Karn had to restrain himself from gritting his teeth at the word Shnookums. "Cute when angered, hm? Sure. If I still had Nexus, I could've sent him to do your bidding for you." he said, then frowned. "I seem to have forgotten to grant him back his memory. Should I? I'm sure he's better off not remembering. It was quite the pain and a half for one man." Karn pondered, looking distant for a moment, then returning to the present. "Godith is quite the masterpiece. My finest, by far. A true work of art formed from gut instinct, pure darkness and destruction, as well as the full power of the infernos of the place we live, the Underworld." he said with a grin. "Some humans above know him in some religions as Xoxus, the World Maker. In others he is Deathwing, the Last Shadow, but he is originally Godith."
Floradail's cheeks grew ever pinker. "Yes, ma'am..." she said shyly fro where she lay on the floor before the other females. She shifted uncomfortably and looked away, her beautiful leaf-like wings fanning a gentle breeze through the air.

"King, actually." Afsana looked the man over as he handed her the staff, "That's so, thoughtful. I thank you." She pushed the staff at Leo, "when Patilla returns with my new general, he'll handle all of the weapons and artillery, for now, you hold onto it. I have a horrible habit of breaking things."
---
"Check out his nobility for yourself." Patilla replied to the dragon before he began his dismount, "Ackitahr!" He slid off of the large dragon's back and nearly lost his footing as he landed on the hard ground of the mountain beneath them, "Aki! How've you been?"
"Patilla Dalaccio." The horned demon spoke in a dark tone, his head lowered slightly as he approached the young bandit, "I can't believe you would show your face here again."
"Relax Tiny, I'm here to talk to you about kingdom related things. They're actually pretty important." Patilla waltzed casually up to the angry figure before him and put a hand on his shoulder. He fell almost a foot short of the demon's enormous stature, but Patilla of course was unfazed. "Now, I'm here becau-"
Patilla was cut off by the colliding of Ackitahr's forehead with his own. He towered over the younger man and watched him grip his forehead, make the noises that humans often made when they were in pain, then stand back up to start again.
"What the ******** style="color: brown">"That was from my cousin. You're a d**k. Now. Why are you here, and why would you bring a dragon?"
"What Cousin?"
"Karota. Why are you here?"
"I remember Karota." Patilla grew a familiar smirk but it fell off of his face when he saw Ackitahr preparing to headbutt him again. "Anyway, I'm here for Afsana, she wants you to be her General."
"Her general? Is this-?"
"Sexual? No. Long story short, this morning the King got his d**k handed to him in a fight with some dragons and demons and us and, well, the place needed a new king and Afsana wanted it. So, she's the new king."
Ackitahr sighed, "I suppose anyone else would need time to think about it. But, leave this place? Where do I sign?"
"Atta goat." Patilla nodded toward Eversor, "Saddle up, let's get back so we can do this whole reunion bit and I can go to bed."
"Give me five minutes, I have to at least let Muro know that he's going to be on his own in protecting this place, and he should probably start training the new recruits I'll be right back."
Patilla walked back to Eversor, ignoring the throbbing pain in the center of his forehead. "That's him." He nodded, "Yep, mountain goats have really hard heads. That's what I learned today. How about you?"
---
"This man." Teinama pointed a finger at the screen of light creating pictures before them. One man in particular, dark skinned, with white hair and blank, white eyes. "He is dead. But in the vision, alive somehow. A sorcerer, if nothing else, unless I'm interpreting it wrong."
---
"Why don't we go find somewhere to rest for the night?" Attorra took Kadra's hand again so she would not wander this time. He doubted that he would very well remember this place the way he knew it before, then again, he was nearly twenty then, and it had only been sixteen years. He scoffed, only.
---
"I can handle my own bidding, thank you very much." Maude turned a bit to sit back in her husband's lap. "You're so evil sometimes it almost makes up for the rest of you." She reached back to give him a playfully mean pat on the cheek. "And this Godith seems like quite a catch. Lucky he's on our side." She sighed, "But when you let him wreak his havoc on the humans and demons of the world, do me a favor and have him spare the new king of G'reth. I like her too much to let anyone else kill her."
---
"Get out." Ariasana said nothing else before she turned and walked into her bedroom, slamming the door shut behind her.

Leonardo grabbed the staff with his free hand. He refused to let go of his sword. He knew what ever danger the man possessed he could get himself out of, but he wasn't sure if the new king would be as so quick. "Stay back." Leonardo growled taking another step forward placing himself between Afsana an the new man. "If you plan to lend help, you can start by taking orders and getting lost. We have to talk about some military business I am not willing to let you over hear." ~ ~ ~ ~
Nadia frowned "I am not so sure." She leaned in over the light show. "Is it possible some one finally found out how to bring back the dead? I know the sorcerers were getting close. Maybe a loved one of him brought him back?" She watched a few more times and sat back to ponder. "Or is he even dead at all?" ~ ~ ~ ~
Telmina towered over Kurag her sharp teeth gleaming as she grinned. "I should make you into a Popsicle for all the little kiddies of you land.
"Go to hell scale bag." Kurag said looking off to his daughter. ~ ~ ~ ~
Kadra nodded her head. "Yeah a place to rest." She sighed and let Attorra lead her away. "I wonder if my old room is still intact." Kadra had been living in the palace most of her life and she knew her way around. Even if the place was a little beat up. "If it is still clear enough to get in we can sleep there." her head felt like it was beginning to clear. "This way." Kadra turned down a hall where its wall had caved in and were leaning on each other. ~ ~ ~ ~
Zanna smiled softly. "Its ok sweety. Most of where here for Telmina."
Shaylee nodded her head. "You wouldn't be the first young dragon to be raised around here." ~ ~ ~ ~
Leonidas smiled to himself. Well it wasn't a bed. But she had a small fire going in the fire place. Getting up he grabbed the goat and brought it over to the fire. Ripping a hind leg off he huddled into the fire and held the leg over the flames. The heat stopped him from getting too close and burning himself.

Eversor licked the edges of his jaws as the person Patilla had come for. He was tall, lean, muscular, tasty looking. It would take even Eversor a couple bites to eat him up if he decided to. As Eversor watched Patilla and Ackitahr converse, quickly becoming tempted to look for one of the goats to eat until Patilla got headbutted by Ackitahr. The black dragon couldn't help but chuckle at the ignorant child's pain. Eversor was a bit surprised when Patilla addressed him. "I figured that was him. And I suppose I learned to day not to expect a certain reaction from one that you make a kind act for." he said flatly, almost coldly. The black dragon's eyes fixed on Patilla like daggers. "Do you know what I did that made her so furious?"
Nexus nodded to Afsana, then looked back at Leonardo with a calm expression. "Why such antagonism? Are you looking for a fight? Problems back at home? Even if I'm looking for a path of holiness, I won't hesitate do defend myself if you continue this behavior." Nexus said as he placed his hand into a fold of his cloak. He was trying to play words to make Leo seem to be antagonizing him in hope of winning Afsana over onto his side of the arguement, to make Leo seem like the bad guy. A large hilt to an even larger greatsword appeared in his hand, completely hidden within his dark cloak. "Besides, I didn't say that I would serve you or listen to you. I believe I only spoke such to the king." the necromancer stated confidently, then looked to Afsana. "What say you, my liege? Will you have me go? Send me on an errand? Perhaps let me stay enough to see if I may be of assistance with your armyi business?"
Karn furrowed his brow at his wife's request to spare the new king of G'reth. "I can't make any promises with Godith. He may know his place with me as his master, but he is still a lose cannon. Target recognition isn't accustomed to him. Very unpredictable. I'll do my best, though." he said as the God of the Underworld snapped his fingers, resulting in his armor turning to dust and whirling away in random directions. This left him in a simple, black robe. "You wanted to meet him? I will warn you, though, he is extremely large. And even 'extremely large' is an understatement." Karn said as he put his great hands on either side of Maude's waist and lifted her so he could stand, then proceeded to maneuver one of his hands so he was holding his wife bridal style with no difficulty in the slightest. "Then perhaps we'll take it to our bed?" he stated more than asked as he raised a brow at his wife.
Floradail looked back at the females she was speaking with. "Actually, I don't live here. I live elsewhere on Karmae. I only came to see Telmina or Paha about my... changes. I know them. More-so Telmina than Paha. It's why I came looking for her. Speaking of which... Do you think it's safe to go to the mainland? I noticed that a few of the higher ranked demons here are off somewhere and I assumed they were all there..."

Afsana took a step forward, and spoke, hesitant at first, but she assumed control from somewhere, "I-if the man wishes to accompany us, General, I- we do not mind. There is nothing confidential in our conversation about barracks, sir." She nodded toward Nexus, "I assure you there will be no excitement here, but you are welcome to join us."
---
Patilla looked up at the dragon with a raised brow, "Who?" It took him a short moment before he shook his head, "Oh right, your dragon lady. I told you, women are crazy. But that whole self-sacrifice thing, maybe she's not into that. I mean, how're you two supposed to enjoy each other if one of you is dead? Am I right?"
"Selfless as always, Dalaccio." Ackitahr was returning to the scene, this time with boots on, and a small bag slung over his right shoulder, "I can see I'm in good company, as always. One of you wants to eat me, and the other likely wants to ******** me. I'll give you three guesses as to the latter, you bantam bandit." Ackitahr shoved his bag at Patilla as he finished and turned to the dragon, "Just so you know, I'm really not as tasty as I look- that goes double for you, Dalaccio."
Patilla scoffed, "Like you're even my type," As he slung the bag over his own shoulder and climbed up Eversor's back, "Let's get back to the castle, big boy, we have a whole lot of wrongs to right and I'm gonna have all kinds of diplomatic immunity out of this!" He looked down, "Oh yeah, Eversor, that's Ackitahr, everything he says is a lie and also don't sleep with his cousins, he'll hit you with his big, fat, hard-a** head. Ackitahr, That's Eversor, he does girlie things to get women's attention."
"So polite. I nearly forgot who I was dealing with." Ackitahr gave the dragon a short look and nodded toward his back, "I'm getting on now, don't kill me or anything. I hear women don't like that sort of thing."
---
"He's definitely dead." Teinama sighed and waved a hand over the misty screen before them and it vanished into the air around them, "Maybe it will be the sorcerers, or even- no. They wouldn't." He fell back onto the bed and sighed, "Just sleep. I'm sure it's no big deal."
---
"Sure, if you can find it in all of this mess." Attorra scanned the rubble around them to check for anything that may be loose. The last thing he needed was for the roof to cave in on them.
---
"I didn't know we were speaking in euphemisms now, Karn. Or did you actually mean meet Godith?" Maude chuckled and wrapped an arm around her husband's neck, leaning in closer, "You're so evil, you'll make an amazing king of everything. And you'll have such a gorgeous wife at your side, you lucky b*****d."
---
After a few moments of silence in the cabin, Ariasana stuck her head out of her bedroom and shouted at the lion, "I'm not ******** kidding, clean it up or get out!" She slammed the door again and began undressing for bed, mumbling something about ungrateful little cats.

Leonardo didn't like it. She was being too trusting. If they discussed where the soldiers would be sleeping exactly, and how many men. This might be minor information but it was still some thing he didn't wish to share. "Yes, just talking thing through." ~ ~ ~ ~
Nadia sighed, and for once, decided to trust her husband's judgment. "Maybe it's just some misunderstanding." She said softly, leaning in an laying down to snuggle in along his side. "Mix ups are possible." ~ ~ ~ ~
Kadra glanced up at the barely standing walls and hurried it along. She had no wish to get crushed. Down the hallway she found what was left of her door. Some bricks had slipped from a wall and crushed the door and door frame leaving her room open. Slipping in she lightly pulled on Attorra's hand. It look, well alright." One of the walls had fallen back and into another room, but the large bed was still intact. ~ ~ ~ ~
Leonidas ignored the women as he took the meat off the fire. It was a little cooked, and just the way he liked it. Chowing down, nothing was left of the leg. His strong teeth and jaws helped to chomp even the bones into bit sized pieces. Leaving the rest of the goat near the fire he stood and walked for the kitchen, where he was sure to find a rag to wipe up the floor. He did his best to clean the floor. But he was sure some small mess was left but he couldn't see it. Feeling brave Leonidas poked his head into her bedroom. "Cleaned it up." ~ ~ ~ ~
"Well if you don't feel comfortable to talk to us them you can wait till they get back." Zanna said still with her genital smile. ~ ~ ~ ~
Abarden smiled at the demon king. "Lord Paha is every thing alright?" He asked walking up on Avery and Paha.
Paha turned to look over his shoulder. He knew who was there even before Abarden spoke. "Yes we're fine." He waved a hand dismissively. "You worry too much."
Avery smiled "Oh good, another strong man to help dig out some rope that isn't tore up."
"Of course my lady!" Abarden hurried over the pile of debris and down to slid into place between the two people. With the added help of Abarden's stronger then human strength they managed to dig some suitable rope out and begin to return to tie up the former king.

Eversor shook his great head from side to side in protest. "I was hatched into the belief that pride and honor were to be held abov all else, to live a long and strong life, as well as look forward to a glorious death. A death like a selfless act of self-sacrifice for whom you care about. But, I don't know... Perhaps I was a little too eager for that kind of death..." the black dragon explained as Ackitahr approached. He chuckled when the goat said that Eversor wanted to et him and thought Patilla would mate with him. "That's preposterous. Why would we want to do that to the new king's general?" Eversor then turned his head sideways to look at Patilla with the coner of his eye, who had just climbed onto his back. "I'm not sure of that, Patilla. He seems to be the more honest one at the moment. And-" the dragon said with a growl. "- I don't do girlie things to get the attention of a female. Our culture is different from yours, human, and I'd say it's overall better than yours." Eversor stated. He then layed down on the ground and stuck his left-hind leg out as a sort of ramp to board him as he turned to look at Ackitahr. "I won't kill you, at last. That would put much bad blood between G'reth and Karmae."
Nexus smiled and bowed respectfully to Afsana, internally celebrating his small victory over the Lion Demon. "I thank you, my Lord. I will give you any sort of advice on the matter that I can." the necromancer said as he rose from his bow, briefly smirking at Leonardo. Now that he had gotten a closer look at Afsana, she seemed strangely familiar... Was she at the Demon Lord's palace when he took the princess away? He hoped not, for it may lead to conflict. Although, she was human. Perhaps an explaination from his point of view on the subject would give him enough of an excuse to escape critisism. Nexus also had a feeling that this Lion Demon was going to be an issue. Maybe if he proved he was more useful than the Demon, he could replace him as general. "Well, if we're talking of barracks, go ahead. I will correct either of you if anything goes astray." Honestly, Nexus didn't know much about armies. He was a lone wolf in his profession, but he figured he would try his best to stay away from common sense. "Although, I would say that if you got ito another conflict with Karmae-" he started and kicked over a rather large piece of rubble that had been scorched all over. - to make your palace fire-proof. Looks as if a dragon's been through here."
Karn grinned and leaned in to kiss his wife. "I ment it literally, if you really want to see the crown jewel of my creatures. he said, then paused to let the offer linger. Or would you rather go straight to the good stuff, hunnie bunnie?" he asked, then kissed Maude again, this time more passionately.
Adurnafor lumbered into his seaside cave, his exhaustion seeping through to his bones and laziness settling in. He took his place at the back of his cave. The soothing sounds of sea seemed to amplify in the very spot where he coiled into a tight circle and drifted off to sleep as the sun seeped into dusk.
Infernara glided down to Adurnafor cave at the sea, landing quietly and gracefully at the entrance. "Ooohhh, Adurnafooor." she said playfully as she crouched low to the ground and stalked up to the sleeping Water Dragon, as if to pounce on him. When there was no response from him, the dragoness grinned and stalked right up to him. She layed down closely next to him and wound her tail with his saucily, then nipped at the back of his neck playfully.
Adurnafor twitched when he felt something sharp and pointy bothering his neck. He rose his head to find himself snout-to-snout with Infernara, much to his surprise. "Uhm... Can I help you, Infernara?
Floradail nodded. "Thank you, but I think that I should look for them. It would be quicker and I'm sure if Leo, Paha, Tellie, and a few of the other dragons are on the mainland that they've established some kind of peace. Though... I could be wrong..."

"While I cannot speak for you," Ackitahr began with a nod to Eversor, "Patilla, as you may or may not know, is what we in the mountains -well, what anyone- would call a horn dog." He let the dragon scold Patilla for a moment and nodded. "Anyone's world is better than Patilla's."
Patilla scoffed, "I beg to differ."
"Well don't, Dalaccio." Ackitahr began his climb up the side of the dragon and sat down comfortably before he continued, "And yes, Eversor, The gods know they've enough bad blood already." Ackitahr sighed and looked back at his small village in the mountain before he spoke once more, "Let's get going, before someone stops me from leaving. Or my mother finds out."

"I don't thank that Karmae will be a problem, or an enemy at all," Afsana opened the door to the next room and surveyed to ceiling briefly to make sure nothing was going to fall, "But thank you. I plan to involve sorcerers for added protection against anything such as that. Not only that but my army will guaranteed be stronger than any of Kurag's because I, unlike my predecessor do not base my ideas of a strong, united nation off of human supremacy. Quite the contrary I'm putting a demon in command of my army- after myself obviously- and I hope anyone, demon, human, dragon, what have you, will be inclined to return to G'reth and live as they did sixteen years ago, with Nihl and Millin in power. However, I think it's best to avoid the wars altogether, and we will do so, by staying on good terms, and through the wonderful- and effectual- policy of deterrence." Afsana waved for the men to follow her, "You'll see what I mean when my general arrives."
---
"Not for a seer. Sorcerer, human, demon, all of their visions are as important as the other's." Teinama sighed and stared at the ceiling for a long moment, "It'll come to me- the meaning that is- I'll just give it time."
---
Attorra paused for a long moment at the room and finally pulled back on Kadra's hand, "This is your room?" He stepped in past her and let go of her hand to walk toward the closet, "Have you ever found the trap door?" He kicked back a bit of rubble and some things that must have been Kadra's, strewn about the floor. Finally. Attorra dropped down to his hands and knees and began clearing things out of the way to reveal an old, worn tapestry. He lifted it. Sure enough, underneath, was a square cut into the floor and a latch attached to the side. He waved the former princess over, "It goes down the tower, and lets out into a tunnel by the lakes out back. It's how we escaped- the night of the coup. This was the Mystic's room. My father's friend and closest ally. . ." He trailed off, gazing past the trap door and into his own thoughts for a long moment before he was able to shake off the memories, "Anyhow, I thought you might think it was fascinating."

"Ooh." Maude thought about the pet name for a moment, Alright you win, I'll stop with the 'shnookums.'" She smirked and kissed her husband in return.

Ariasana was angry, but that was normal. She assumed, if nothing else, Leonidas would be cleaning up the mess in the living room. He was a chicken s**t, there's no way he wouldn't. Granted, she thought it would take longer, and she was in the middle of changing when Leonidas stuck his head in. "Hey don't jus-" Oh yeah. She remembered, He's blind. "I thought so." She finished slipping out of her dress and tossed it to the side, "Well what do you want then?"

Leonardo cut in "Lord Paha has very little wish to war with allies." Walking still between the two he made his way into another room. "Many of the demon population fled G'reth when Kurag came into power. I know of some that had to leave families behind here. I am sure they will be eager to return." Leonardo was forced to take his hand from his sword finally, so he could reach a hand into his pocket. "It would be beneficial to your image if you closed the demon and non human slave houses Kurag set up for any non humans that were caught in his land." When he removed his hand Leonardo was hold a small piece of parchment with the names and locations of said houses. He held it out for her to take. ~ ~ ~ ~
Nadia nodded her head in agreement. "Then what. I mean if there is a dead man showing up in a vision could it be a memory of his past crossing with a vision?" She asked looking up at him as her head rested on his chest. ~ ~ ~ ~
Kadra watch for a long moment before walking over to kneel next to him. "I wondered about it." She smiled softly. "It's weird you used it to escape my father, and so did I." She slowly stood and looked around the remainder of the room. It never crossed her mind who's room it could have been before her's. "I found it a couple years back, and when my father refused to let me leave my room any more, I used it to run away." ~ ~ ~ ~
Leonidas grinned. He could hear the fabric sliding over her skin and softly landing on the floor. He didn't hear any more noise so he guessed she hadn't gotten dressed yet. Walking fully into the room, he headed in the direction he heard her breathing. "For you to forgive my clumsiness." He said holding a hand slightly out, his finger tips found her skin and before she could get another word in he wrapped both arms around her. Leonidas beamed, he had been right she was as nude as he was. ~ ~ ~ ~
"What ever you wish to do little one." Zanna said

In a small town where word of the new king wouldn't be heard of for a few weeks, a young girl sat restlessly on a wooden bar stool. Her unruly brown hair was pulled back into a messy bun, little trundles of hair escaped and fell into her face to bother her. She brushed it back with an annoyed sigh, her deep green eyes crossed as another piece of hair fell back between her brows. She shot up quickly and paced around the room then back to her stool. She was a little on the thin side, lack of healthy food from the war hadn't aloud her body to fill out properly, making her look younger then her years. Her skin was pale with soft pink undertones, she hadn't worked out doors much so her skin had never browned. Her small frame, witch couldn't be more then a hundred and twenty pounds, was hunched over as she chewed her already short nails. "I don't understand Jamie" her light voice turned fierce and husky. A older man shook his head as he watched her make another lap around the small kitchen. "You look like a angry panther pacing around like that." "I can do what I want!" She shot back glaring at him "Some one said they saw dragons near the harbor a town over. It can't be that hard to find out if that's true or not." She said taking her seat again. The older man gave her a worried look before turning back to the pot he was busy adding tiny pieces of vegetables to. "That town is a few miles away. It could take hours to hear any thing back, and that is if every thing goes well and Tom doesn't run into any problems along the way." She stood once again and yanked her hair lose from it's bun, only to run her hands through it and try to tie it all back up. "My brother is stationed there, I want to know. I have to know, he could be hurt." She grew quite her light pink lower lip got sucked in between her teeth to be chewed on. "I lost my father in this stupid war, I don't want to lose my brother too." The man sighed "I know Maeve, I know." Turning his head to the side he listened for a moment. "Go take care of the customers." He said gently as he could. He felt for the girl she, had grown up in this hellhole of a world that Kurag had created and she knew nothing but suffering. Her father and brother forced into being soldiers, had left her and her mother alone to fend for themselves. Then word of her father's death on a battlefield had all but crushed the girl's hope for a happy future. Maeve stood and held her head up high. She would put on a smiling face and take care of the customers starting to come in for dinner and drinks. She would work till morning light then go home help her mother around the house, and if she was lucky she would be able to get a few hours of sleep. But she didn't count on that. She was fare too worried for her brother to care about sleep. She was, at the moment, the only waitress working. The other girl wouldn't be arriving till later, so all the people's needs fell on Maeve. Darting from table to table she listened to the men talking hoping to over hear words about the town a few miles away. As the bar grew more and more crowded she had to give up and pay full attention to each person's order. No more then an hour into the rush time Maeve was beginning to be run with stress. Buzzed men were hollering back and forth bar wenches giggled loudly as they chattered about witch man they thought would be the best lover. A large table of men had ordered a round of ale, and she had managed to balance all the full mugs onto a try and hefted it onto her shoulder. Walking it out she was careful not to bump into any one, Maeve knew she wasn't steady and the slightest bump would send the drinks to the floor. As she got to the table most of the men cheered, the majority of them had already had more then enough to drink. She smiled at all them and began walking around placing the heavy mugs down. "Thank you sweet heart." An old friend of her father's said with a large grin plastered on his face as he picked up his mug. "No problem Mr.Twesner." Maeve smiled back and placed another mug down. A sudden slap to her a** made her sheriek and spill the remainder of the mugs onto another man's lap. "Oh gods! I'm so sorry!" She said grabbing a towel to help dry him off. "b***h you owe me!" He bellowed standing and snatching her wrist up and into the air forcing her to stand leaning into his body. "You know how much these pants coast me!?" He shook her by the wrist sending her small body rattling. "More then you make here in a year." He hiss leaning down and really looking her over. "But I guess I could forgive you," He leaned in to whisper in her ear. "If you come to bed with me tonight." She was saved from having to answer Twesner stood abruptly, his chair clattering to the floor from his sudden action. "That's enough Len, it's clear it was an accident, and you've had too much to drink." The room seemed to have gotten quite. He looked around and noticed the majority of the bar was staring at him as he practically dangled Maeve from his grasp. He smiled sheepishly and slowly let the girl drop her arm down "Right, too much to drink." Leaning in again he sneered in her ear. "This isn't over." Maeve jerked her hand back and stumbled away. "If you ever lay another hand on me, you'll regret it." She said boldly, and backed away keeping her eyes on him as every one slowly went back to their own conversations. As she made her way back into the back of the kitchen she prayed to the mother and father that the rest of her night would go on with out another problem.
