Mina loses the smile for a moment, already thinking to herself in regards of where Rachel's latest news might have went, if she is ever going to respond back, at all. "I wonder if one of us should send in some of our parents' birds to go and look for her, Joey?" Mina had to ask, because she was considering sending in doves and sparrows to find Rachel's location, right about now. Joey said wondering what the Hades happened to Rachel's letter. Joey noticed the confused expression before Mary turned to her brother. "So who should explain the matters to her, Joey, should you do it or should i?" Mike spasms and shadows engulf him for a moment. When the shadows dissipate more emblems of Nix have appeared on the shoulders of the armor and a belt with a pouch and a wicked dark looking dagger are on it. "Yes, it was my mother. She gave me a power boost and the ability to shield us from Gaea's influence. Also a special shadow powder to dispel Gaea's magic and a dagger for..absolute necessity. She said I'd know when to use it. Lets just say she doesn't take kindly to Gaea messing with my friends, new or otherwise. Mike grins and takes his locket back out kissing it again for luck.

Recalling all too well just the various combat operations Cross was sent upon from both the U.S and in Britain, alone, where Cross had to fight matters like these, every hour on the hour, Cross goes to admit, "You have a point, and i won't be surprised if with either operation, Gaea and Tartarus may have begun to plot out a trap, as well," as Cross then adds, "Whether or not its intended for either all of us, or to aim at the 7, whoever would be next, or just Mike and myself, i really do not know," as Cross tries to think this out.
