I've been a member for a while, but mostly lurked - I suppose it's about time I introduce myself:
I'm a nice Jewish boy from a nice Jewish neighborhood in NYC. I'm Yeshiva educated and (sometimes lapsed) Modern Orthodox. I'm a photographer, though oddly enough, I find myself most photographing goyish concerts instead of frum simchas. They're a lot more fun, though they certainly don't feed you as well.
My Hebrew name is Yisrael, though in the goyish world I go by Izzy. (I got sick of people pronouncing it Yiz-real, and when I tried to go by Israel, everyone asked me if I was named after the country.)
I occasionally lurk on Gaia when I'm supposed to be working, and post in my friend's various quest and conversation threads.

Wow. Welcome to the guild, Izzy! And Zonko- You do realize that NY has a higher percentage of Jews than any other state in the US? It makes sense that we would have a lot of New Yorkers.

Kiashana Wow. Welcome to the guild, Izzy! And Zonko- You do realize that NY has a higher percentage of Jews than any other state in the US? It makes sense that we would have a lot of New Yorkers. Thank you! NYC has more Jews then any other place in the world, including Yerushalayim and Tel Aviv.

I am not stalking you. stare
I'm just hopelessly in love with you, to the point where I've planned out pretty much the rest of our lives including the wedding, how many kids we're going to have, where we'll live, etc, etc.
So, you have four and a half years to get ready to settle down. xp
