She grinned brightly at the reference, baring baby fangs. She'd kept them filed down from day one for aesthetic purposes, which made them shorter than normal, and much, much sharper.
"My older brother, Lucius. He . . . . he saved us, my brother and I. I don't really remember what happened, and Lucius doesnt like to talk about it, but he saved us from being killed, by giving us a new life."
She sat back in her chair, folding her hands on her stomach,
"A little ironic, innit, a sibling giving life where a mother couldn't."
When the other girl entered, her eyes narrowed immediately, in an almost hostile expression.
"Can I help you with something?"

Heart raised her eye to Bianca's. A mildly
amused expression playing across her
face as she nods the slightest bit. "I was
wondering where around here I might be
able to find a.." She stopped and glanced
around the room, as if the word she was
searching for might jump out at her, "A
mall? Or shopping center?"
She smiled softly, a geniune smile, but
one more of amusement than of anything
else. "Oh!" she exclaimed suddenly, "I
was also wondering when rent is due."

Letting his eyes drift lazily over the new addition to the room, he raised an eyebrow. She was pretty enough, but not what he wanted. Turning his gaze back to Bianca a part of him was instantly aroused at the sheer hostility festering in her eyes, the words "So lovely." forming on his lips.
Looking again to the recent addition he caught her gaze, "Are you new as well, then?"

She grit her teeth at Nikolaus' attention being diverted and clipped, shortly,
"I wouldn't know about the area yet, we've only just arrived from buying out the building today. And as to rent, it'll be worked out once we have a chance to look at the records of past tenants. Can I do anythign else for you?"

Her smile brightened slightly, her obvious
amusement reaching her eyes as she nods
at Bianca, "Thank you, anyway." she said
softly, her voice as overly-sweet and
careful as it always is.
She turned to Nikolaus, her gaze resting
on his as she nods, yet again. "Yes, I am."
She replied gently, shyly, as was her nature.
Unfortunately she never passed up the
chance to amuse herself. And Bianca's
reaction was most certianly amusing her.

He shook his head at this new child's obvious fickleness, but kept his mouth shut. He was impatient to be left alone again with Bianca, but this was amusing in it's own rights. Looking between to the two with a hint of curiosity he finally stood and led the new girl to the main door of the apartments by the elbow. "I believe there was a mall two blocks or so to the east of here, maybe you can scope it out for the rest of us?" Winking at Bianca he wrapped his tail out of the way and opened the door for the young lady.

She didn't catch sight of the wink, outrage at him getting up and WALKING AWAY FROM HER overriding the desire to watch what was happening, and she buried her head in sorting through files that had already been sorted. She kept a fierce pout barely under control as she flipped through the files, barely seeing the names.

Heart followed Nikolaus to the
door, looking up at him before stepping
out and grinning teasingly. "Good luck with
her." she laughed softly. Shifting her
weight onto one foot, she smiled, thanking
him for the direction.
"Jealousy's an amazing thing, don't you
think?" she turned, then, her smaller wings,
having previously been hugged tight
against her back spreading slightly as she
did. Her step stopped mid-turn and she
looked back to Bianca.
"Have a nice day." Another earnest smile
spreading across her lips. "I appologise
for the 'show'." she called softly before
leaving.

ShtrDrNGry Yoshiko's question made Tristian's heart dance, and he nodded to her and moved his arms out, much like a child to his mother. Of course you can hug me! he laughed, cheeks just barely pink, his voice a light laugh.

Lucius smiled, softly, warmly, siting back and watching the scene quitely.
'You can't have him. I won't let you take him if he doesn't want to go . . .'

Tristian blushed deeply and covered his mouth some as he looked to Lucius with wide eyes. He let out a nervous squeek of a giggle and hugged Yoshiko tightly, inwardly bubbling happily. I don't think you really have to worry about that, silly...Tristian said softly after holding tight to Yoshiko a moment.

He beamed at Tristian from behind Yoshiko's back, putting a finger to his lip to quiet him,
'Not now. We'll talk about it later. We need to talk about it later.'

This seemed to make Tristian's bright smile fade, and his expression filled with worry. He wanted to know, and he wanted to know -now- what Lucius was talking about. He still held Yoshiko slightly, but looked as though Lucius had told him his puppy ran away as he stared to his lover.

'For goodness sake, knock that off. I jsut want to discuss your Aunt comign to visit sometime soon.'
