Akira sighed. "I know, but..if you ever see her...tell me...Just, look for signs or something! Please! She is somewhere... I can feel her...She is in pain..and it kills me to not be able to do anything about it!" He clentched his fists.

Ao-sagi the geisha silently slipped into the bar after leaving her geta outside. She had decided to wear a multilayered kimono in muted pastel spring colors for the occasion. Her obi showed her namesake, a blue heron, standing in a lake covered with water-lilies. Soft white and pink silken hair ornaments completed her outfit, gently swaying with every tiny step she took. "Konban-wa, minna-san!", she announced her presence in her soft alto voice, bowing low to the assembly while gauging the reaction of the patrons from beneath her lashes, seemingly keeping her gaze modestly downcast. She had come here to make her small okiya more well known to the public and wanted to leave a good impression, if possible.

She nodded softly and looked over to see Ao-Sagi come in. With a joyous step, Iyasu called out, "Ao-San?"

Ao-sagi smiled at seeing her fellow geisha here. She took a few floating, pigeon-toed steps foreward and bowed deeply to both Iyasu and the patron she was entertaining at the moment. "Konban-wa, Iyasu-san! I am happy to see you here." Trained to understand and react to every small nuance in a patron's behaviour, the geisha immediately picked up on the emotional turmoil the man standing beside her colleague was in, jaw muscles working and fists clenched and shaking. While she waited to be introduced, eyes modestly downcast, the fingers of her right hand wandered to the handle of the reinforced fan tucked into her obi, her thumb stroking the rim in a seemingly random gesture only a fellow geisha would understand. Problems? Need help?, she signalled silently.

Akira suddenly moved toward the newcomer and reached out and grabbed the geisha's hand. It was a gentle touch, not meant to harm or scare. "Your name is?" He asked softly. He knew that it was rude, but he had no cruel intentions. It was just the way he was. He looked to her and smiled down at her. "Your friend here was just keeping me company! Shall I leave the two of you be?" He chuckled and moved closer to the girl to keep from applying more pressure to her wrist. With his other hand, he forced her to look up at him. "Like Iyasu-sama here, I expect you to look at me. It is rude to exert eyes from someone." Another grin crossed his face.

Iyasu bowed to Ao-Sagi and smiled to her, "Konban-wa, Ao-san! It has been a long time since I've seen you. This is Akira-san, apparently he knew my father!" She caught the gesture while in her bow and nodded softly to Ao-Sagi.

"Like Iyasu-sama here, I expect you to look at me. It is rude to exert eyes from someone." Another grin crossed his face. This man has no manners whatsoever, Ao-sagi thought as Akira just reached out and touched her without even waiting to be introduced and suppressed a flinch when he grasped her chin. But a patron always deserved to be treated with respect and kindness, so she merely smiled at him with a soft expression on her face. "My name is Ao-sagi. I am a geisha of the Kanenokikyou okiya." She reached for her fan, unfolded it and fanned herself flirtatiously, secretly readying herself to strike his temple with the reinforced edge should he become even more brazen and manhandle her. "Oh, I beg your pardon Akira-san... if you want, I will not take my eyes off you all evening long!", she said, batting her eyelashes once in a coquettish manner, then meeting the gaze of his only visible eye steadily with her own gray orbs, unwavering. She let him keep her hand, knowing that she could slip out of the grasp with a swift twist of the wrist and a tug, if needed.

"Well hello there! If you wish, make yourself at home! I am sure these lovely young ladies would like your company as well as I!" He let go of the one he was holding, feeling some hostility from her, and turned towards the new lady. He bowed and offered her a seat.

((OOC: @Evil Lexi: Maids are not supposed to be working outside their okiya without express permission from the okiya-mother. Your posts do not count here or anywhere else in the pagoda or in the geisha towns. Please wait patiently until you are sorted, and then start over again in your okiya please. Thank you))

He let go of the one he was holding, feeling some hostility from her, and turned towards the new lady. He bowed and offered her a seat. Ao-sagi heaved a silent sigh of relief as the man finally stopped his unwanted advances and turned his attention to the maid who had just come in. She looked at Iyasu with one slightly raised eyebrow, then gave an almost imperceptible shrug. "So, how are you this fine evening?", she asked the fellow geisha. "It must be exiting to meet an acquaintance of your father, and here in all places..." ((OOC: I think cluttering up the threads with oneliners such as "Walks gracefuly by" is not how you are supposed to get your 20 posts.... Alright, but what do I know....))

((OOC: I agree with Cin on this, I've seen Evil_Lexi's posts in more than one thread in this forum. For one liners: it is all right in cases of writer's block or if there just really isn't anything to say. If a maid posts outside the okiya it must be for an errand. As Cinerea has pointed out, Evil_Lexi's post do not count until she is sorted into an okiya. Just hang tight Lexi, you'll be sorted soon ^_^))
Iyasu bowed slightly and nodded, "Hai . . . I am fine. It is exciting to run into someone who knew my father. If all of you will please excuse me, I'm terribly late for another engagement! Thank you for having me entertain you, Akira-san and it was a pleasure seeing you again, Ao-san." The geisha made a deep bow to the patron and other geisha before leaving them.

Akira nodded and bowed. "Of course. Take care of yourself and dont get into any trouble now!" He smiled. "Some people can be jerks if you know what I mean?" He winked with his seen eye.
