1: Well we want to make ourselves into a working, well oiled fighting machine with mission based assignments. This is because some people just don't want to go out and slaughter Shinigami, perhaps they'd prefer a bit of talking things out with desert Arrancar and such. We made a post about it earlier, would someone go grab it?
2: Well first of all. I think we should invent our own Aspects of Death. The aspects of death we use for the Espada here aren't designed for us and thus they often don't make a whole lot of sense for certain Espada who just don't show that characteristic to have one of the canon ones.
That's just a start.
3: It's kind of hard to say. We just want to know we have the freedom to build and do things. Not just rely on the crew 24/7. Because we can't. We can't expect you to always be around for us and the other 2 leaders are gone. We've got to get things done ourselves.
4: Tee hee. 6th Espada here. But still, we have all those RPs we did for the little tourney, a failure, but an example of our individual levels of skill none the less. Could you not assign ranks based off that?

1. Being the problem can be a purpose in so many ways. Unfortunately simply being a large rock in the middle of the road is not a big purpose. If all we are is the problem to be solved, then the guild can derail itself already - we're not even an organized group let alone a threatening force for the Shinigami to fear (This isn't just a problem with lackluster fighting as the Shinigami not actually considering Arrancar a threat). Making us an inverted Gotei 13 is one way of giving us purpose - we have organization and continue Aizen's theme of Arrancar being an inversion of the Shinigami.
2. Something that I want that's better than Kubo can deliver? Oh so very easy. Consistency.
3. Case in point - our Opinions of the Las Noches current state (thread name may differ). It was closed because of some foul-language which was intended as a joke (A very common one in Britain actually) and was locked and our explanation dis-believed because one doesn't understand Britain. We wish Arrancar to police Arrancar not a Shinigami (Crew or not).
4. I would believe D. Whiteface's Hollow-progression proves his ability to write an RP solo or otherwise as would others. You need only check and decide or hold some form of test (tournament or RP-sample PMs) to decide who you want to be Espada.
5. I believe we made a case on some things we wish to do around pg 5 or 6 or 7 on this thread that differ from the simple "Go-Kill-Shinigami".
6. 3? well 2 being inactive leaves us at 1. Which is why backup aide should be in place. To assist.

6: On your point 6 Shinemi.
The fact we have three leaders is a result of leaders being inactive.
If we just add more leaders it's going to just make the problem worse.

I must agree with Pad on this, throwing more junk at a mess doesn't change that it's a mess, just makes a bigger one.

Alright for plot Ideas I have a couple.
1. You know of the 'kido cannon.' We should be able to create a hollowfied 'kido cannon.' And threaten shinigami with this, it would make a massive rp. But it maybe hard to get approved.

1. Wait wait wait. You want to just go out and do a bit of talking things out with the desert Arrancar? You can be my guest. I didn't think you needed permission for that. You can make mission based assignments. Just run them through me first. The reason why we haven't been doing a lot of missions are because there usually has to be a reason behind them rather than just recon. Tell me what you want to do and I'll try to help you out, but you guys are just giving me the vague picture that you want more to do. K?
2. I will consider this option. Give me your choice of an aspect of death and I'll decide whether to give it to you or not.
3. This is hard for me to solve and you must know this because there's a gray area in which what exactly you want to do. Our decisions affect the guild as a whole, so to build around our own desires without consent from the crew can be dangerous in the long run. I prefer it if all things you guys do be monitored by either me or a reliable crew member. Can't have crazy ideas come out of nowhere just because someone decided to become "creative".
4. Bring me your RPs in a PM and I'll decide upon your place on the espada if you meet the requirements. Just show me your best RP from the tourney if you want to use one of those.
5. Restate what you want to do. I've already gotten a request for an R&D and that matter is being taken into consideration, but no actions will be taken until word from Jes is heard or I get confirmation from crew if she doesn't return.
6. SOLVED. Too much leaders.

1: Well that's just an example. I know there are some people who would actually rather like to try their hand at just talking and forming alliances.
I think we're not seeing the big picture. In our war on Shinigami. There's more to it than just blowing them up.
Basically. The jist of it is that. We want to fight different parts of this war. Not just the physical war on the battlefield.
4:Heh heh.
Am I allowed to use that even after I kill my character off?
It's from a different character so I don't think it's really fair.

1. I personally don't like alliances with others. It's just my take on it. We are the baddest of the bad. To request help from another is simply not in our nature. If anything they should request help from us and even then we can't have any other relations with them other than business and that business should only be with one request at a time. We should always remain neutral to everyone except shinigami most of the time, that way we still leave that sense of fear in even those that we help out. Like we could stab them in the back at any second. That is who we are.

Didn't think so.
That is a bit underhanded.
Also alliances don't have to be permanant.
I like the direction you're thinking in. It's the right one for Las Noches.
We'd just like to become dangerous really. We don't feel dangerous I think. I don't feel dangerous at least.

I believe that self confidence in yourself in thinking you're dangerous is key to being an espada. Temor for example does little talking, but when he shows up it should instill a sense of panic. His rare appearances are what set the tone for people to know that what's taking place is important. Then his actions while there should further that panic into fear or atleast that's the purpose I go for when he shows up. A feeling that if you make a move it could be your last and that's when the opponent starts questioning their own abilities. But that's just an example of the psychology behind Temor. Even if no one has literally felt these things I like to think Temor is still badass in the way he attempts to do this.

Pad, Temor is right. If you want to be dangerous, then be dangerous. (Listen to this it really gets me jacked). You say you don't want to fight the shinigami, but at the same time, you want to be dangerous. There is a serious confusion between what you want and what you are saying. First, you make Sigeric, who is a huge dude with insane physical powers. Now you are talking about killing him off, is this because you feel that he isn't strong enough to make the impact you want him to?

Meh, fair enough. I was bored with Bikou only being a copy-cat, so I found an epic way to change him, as well as boost activity. ^_^

Thing is Mirouni.
There are ways to be threatening other than fighting. If you instil fear even in your allies then you're doing something right.
What I'd like to see is the Arrancar, as a whole, become a serious threat, something that make the Shinigami s**t their pants about.
Yes, physical impact is important. But I'd like it if we had a technological wing and high walls. Just to show everyone that we mean business.
I'm confused myself now. I probably just have ridiculous double standards. But while I feel we should be a threat, we are the villains of course, we should find more ways to do this than FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT. If this is how we present ourselves then how are we going to be a threat in other regards?
Yes, I agree. We are simply here to fight the Shinigami. But to be a real threat, to make them scared to even come near Las Noches. That would be the ideal.
