I know when a senshi dies, they de-henshin (barring Tartaros, where they fall into deeper sleep and all that), but what happens if items are dropped from a dead senshi? Say, if they loose/take off their tiara before dying does it disappear?
What happens if the senshi doesn't die, but simply just henshin's down? If a piece of clothing/tiara/jewelry fell off (or was taken) before powering down would it stick around after?
And if it does continue to exist after power down, what happens to the object when they power back up? I know Obsidian has Nerissa's nose chain, and it never showed up again; is this the case for every object that is taken?
Cuter: After discussing this with Shaz, we both agreed that small accessories (like the kind that can be removed from a senshi uniform without the whole uniform reconstructing - a glove versus a bodice) can be removed and stick around after a dehenshin/death. More significant objects (say like, Chronos' tiara, since she uses it in an attack) are attuned with magical senshi starseed mojo and once the uniform goes, they go with it. Sorry Negaverse agents, no princess tiara stealing today!

Why is Queen Nehelenia called Sailor Selene and Princess Chronos just Sailor Chronos? (ie. Why the name change?) rosemilk: One might ask why Sailor Moon's Princess name was Serenity! Each of the Parallel Moon senshi also have their own private 'birth' name -- Ares was Eirene, for example. Queen Nehelenia is to Sailor Selene. Usagi/Chibiusa is to Sailor Chibimoon. Nehelenia is Selene's real name.
One can only assume that Chronos' mother named her "Chronos" -- presumably a tradition. Also, I'm a bit confused about this: Demy-Stardust The characters that fall into a deeper sleep, do they still dream? Like they can't participate in Tartaros itself, but would they still be having nightmares that they could reflect on upon waking up? codalion: Totally, the deeper sleep functions essentially as their own personal dreamworld. From Stage One of Wonderland: "She [Europa] has sunk into a deeper sleep and her REM functions no longer display her as dreaming." rosemilk: Admin miscommunication! We're still just discussing what exactly happens to those who 'die' in Tartaros. For now, however, I'll note that Europa's REM change was only temporary.Thank-you Rose. (: I think I get the naming thing now. c:

You knew this question would be coming the moment Iris went Eternal cool
Is it possible for a senshi to rip off the butt-bow-wings from their eternal uniform, or are the wings essentially there to stay?
rosemilk: There to stay.

Is it possible for Senshi and/or Negaversers to "switch sides"/turncoat or at least quit? Such as... If siblings who really cared about each other were on opposite sides and found out about it and didn't want to do what they do anymore? Or would they just endanger themselves by suggesting anything to their superiors? I mean... there are corrupted Senshi... Can there be "reformed" Negaversers? XD; IE — Nephrite
Random questions are random...
Cuter: Senshi can be corrupted (see our fabulous crew of corrupted senshi on the front page of the shop thread!) but a Nega going good isn't as easy. Kunzite is a special situation, as he (or rather she, apologies to Miriam) was reborn after having died under the command of Queen Beryl. The tricky thing about a Negaverser being purified is that for the moment 1) there's no way to purify a corrupted star seed 2) Queen Beryl knows all of her officers' civilian identities. So even if an officer, despite their corrupted star seed, chose to turncoat...well, let's just say Queen Beryl nor General-King Charonite would be very approving of the situation. And since they know your identity, they know where you live, who your family is, where you go to school....you see where I'm going with this.
But who knows! Things work in mysterious ways, sometimes ninja
Thank you!!

Do RPs featuring the family members of characters, but not the characters themselves (in an active role, at least) count towards growth?
Shazari: Let me confer with my fellow amazing admins on this one. <3

Do Negaversers heal better than normal humans, or would they still have the same scaring from the magical attacks from senshi? I'm thinking that after a while, the fights would start to show on a seasoned Nega.
Cuter: Negaversers heal slightly quicker than a 'normal' human would, just like they have the ability to jump and run faster than a 'normal' human is capable of. Scarring, I imagine, is completely possible and it's reasonable to assume that the Negaverse officers who are in the rougher battles may come out with marks they'll keep with them.
Secondly, Is Beryl currently holding Ursula's body in control permanently for the time being?
Cuter: Yes indeedy she is!

What are the schools for younger characters? (Yeah, another Chibi Senshi question.) When more Chibi Senshi are 'released', persay, do they just get civilian outfits on the civilian lines or do they get school uniforms?
Cuter: Undetermined at this time - more information will be provided once the Chibi Senshi details are released <3

What's the tallest building in Destiny City? And how many stories tall is it?
Shazari: Destiny City Municipal Bank Building. 58 stories. Which I decided just now. biggrin Cuter: They have no 13th floor.
What happens if you lose your henshin pen while you're powered up?
Shazari: I don't think you'd be able to, under normal circumstances? Your henshin item, barring unusual cases (i.e. Eridanus?), is assumed in most cases to be automatically stored in your subspace pocket, along with your civilian clothing.

If an already awakened senshi becomes a parallel, they lost their current power sphere. So then does that sphere go back up for grabs since the person really didn't die or anything, just kinda traded spheres?
Shazari: Nope!

Question about Chibi Hypnos: In her senshi form, she is holding a rabbit plushie... Does it have to be one of those temporary weapons that senshi have or can I just say that she happened to pick up a bunny when that uh.. "photo" was taken? (I hope that makes sense.) Could it be an accessory? As in, it's not a weapon but just something that pops up when she henshins? (Like Andeon's bottle? *actually not sure if that bottle is a weapon or not...)

Follow up question, could a senshi survive a 58 story fall? Lmao. I doubt it, but I thought I'd ask.
Shazari: Probably only in the following unlikely scenarios! --
1) The senshi was Sailor Pegasus, who managed to transform into Helios in time, and had access to pegasus form, (which has the power of flight!), and was able to gain lift before smacking into the ground.
2) The senshi was a corrupted senshi with the power of teleportation, and teleported onto a, err, very large trampoline, or something else with a lot of give (i.e. would provide smoother deceleration) to reduce the amount of pressure their body would feel on impact. (Or else teleported early into the fall, before they'd picked up a lot of speed.)
3) Vaarsuvius prepared Feather Fall that morning.
4) The eagle that had swooped in during the Barren Pines dorm fire magically reappears for a second rescue.

I'm interested in doing an mid size RP activity thing. Something much smaller than a shop event, but also larger that a regular ORP, that would involve a fair number of threads. Who do I PM to get the OK to organize something like this?
Cuter: The mule or any of the admin - we'll group together to discuss, one way or the other!

What would happen if an under age kid ( 18 ) was caught by the cops roaming around Destiny City drunk? Shazari: http://www.expertlaw.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=115 Depending on the offense (public intoxication, underage consumption, possession, etc.) the likely penalties differ. Lower-end offenses look like they typically involve paying a fine and having your driving privileges suspended for a period of time. Obviously what happens depends a lot on the circumstances. Just try to be realistic about the consequences. <3

Hello again! I suddenly had a change of idea, but it has led to a bit of a "derp" moment on my part. (Ironically fitting, given the kind of character I'm about to ask about.) So forgive me if these are stupid questions 1) Are RPers still allowed to create guardian cats as characters right now? Is there a limit to how many kitties can be running around? Cuter: There is no set number limit for Guardians running around, but keep in mind that we intend to have the Guardians remain one of the more 'rarer' obtainable options in the shop. Feel free to toss up a quest in the questing subforum, if you have an idea!2) As a new member, could I choose to have a guardian cat as my first character rather than a civilian? Would I possibly still need to go through a flatsale/raffle to do this? Cuter: There's no restriction as to what your first character has to be - Guardians, however, will only be obtainable through auction or special contest. 3) How should I adapt the custom profile form from the Application Quests thread to suit a guardian cat character, if I do decide to play one? Cuter: I could have sworn we had a form - until I can find it, I suggest you model it after ********* "About" post.
