Description: Also known as LT's heavenly brews, these two beverages are one of the most delicious and amazing drinks known to mankind. Not only are they delicious they are known to have certain properties to allow increases to a human's ability. The coffee beans comes from a secret location that only LT knows about, but his other ingredients he is more open about. The sugar is from the grass country and the creme is from the farms of the plains and cooled in the mist markets, in fact most of these ingredients can be found and bought in the Kiri-market place. The coffees caffeine naturally increases the users heart rate, which inadvertently increase the users body's reaction time, speed, and awareness by only half a rank. While the Dragon Tea is harvested from the lands of fire. In the dark forests. Its special attribute is it increases the mind's reaction time, slight healing properties and may also slow poison. Not by much though, if only by half a rank. In order to use these tech's the user must first find the ingredients either from market place or from the original countries. Then they must brew for one post, and drink for another post. Lasts for 10 posts.
Weakness: (Mandatory) having to go pee? Warning, Hot coffee can cause severe burns. Not responsible for loose fitting lids. Coffee stains can be permanent. Do not drink hot coffee while driving or operating heavy machinery. Decaffeinated coffee may contain small amounts of caffeine.

Description: This is a special type of Clay Akura manufactured by mixing in the sand of the desert along with his Fuuton element chakra as he makes the clay. The two ingredients give the clay a special property that makes them last longer, and explode once something is set a few feet away from it.
Weakness: Raiton Jutsu. If a raiton jutsu is used anywhere near this type of clay it is defused. The range of this clay is seven feet, and a raiton jutsu set off 5 feet away from the bombs will defuse them.
Technology Name: Chakra Scope
Technology Power Rank: B rank
Description: This scope is similar to that which is used by the sayans in DBZ, Akura has a scope which measures the distance of chakra, as well as where it is. The larger the chakra level the better the signal. With this device the user is able to discern how large the chakra pool of his target is, but a chakra too large will not show up within the radar, and a amount that is too large will cause the Scope to short circuit. Along with finding chakra, the scope can also change the distance from which the user can see, for up to 100ft.
Weakness: Chakra levels of a bijuu's cloak will cause the scope to shot circuit, along with the chakra of a Konaga, and a Ninjutsu Master with Max chakra.
Technology Name: Color Clay
Technology Power Rank: D
Description: This is another thing Akura came up with, thinking on ways to expand value of his clay. By mixing a number of dyes, Akura is able to give his clay color, making them resemble a real creature/thing, making them perfect for infiltration missions and such.
Weakness: A suiton jutsu will make the dye wash off, making the bomb a normal bomb.

@Hikaro: Seems rather nice. But what I want to know is how big are the ants? Just to clarify as Ants can be quite big creatures.
-Also, how about the ants can only be within the body for 1 Post. That seem fair with how you described their abilities?
@The god like and absolutely amazingly gorgeously handsome LordTares xp : Anything that raises a thing by rank level have to be C+ ranking. With what you described the techniques, it seems like they can be about B rank. Everything else checks out but I are all the places you have described already created forums or will you have to create them? Reason being is, it might become a good mission for Genin or Chuunin to retrieve the items for your beverages. =^^=
@iAkura: Hmm... The Exploding Clay seems like your trying to tap into the Chakra Mouth's abilities. Maybe if you change that up, it will be better able to be accepted.
- Chakra Scope: Make a fair building time for this scope and I can go ahead and approve it.
- Color Clay: Same as what was said last time about the clay. Especially with this one as it definitely resembles on of that Bloodlines techniques.

For the most part, yes they have been created, and I have RPed with my character retrieving those items before with those specific brews, with the exception of the grass village since the village is not made yet. To work around that I just said that some of the items may be found in local markets. I know for a fact that they can be found in the Kiri market though.

Yes, that makes total sense, As long as it is understood that they are reusable. I'll also add that they need a two post cooldown, which would be fair since interrogation generally requires question asking anyways.
Also they aren't useable in battle, I might try and make them battle useable later on (by resubmitting of course) but as it is they aren't really designed for it.

@Hikaro: That sounds good to me. Though I'd push the size of the ants to 18-30 mm. long. They remind me of a certain ant that actually exists. That way, they can go ahead an be battle useable if you can think of something for them now. ^^
@Akura: Once your approved that will be good.
And for the scope, 7 Posts seems good. Just makes sure you keep them in good detail. =^-^=

Nah, the fun/evil part is that there is a small swarm rather than just one or two. Plus they need to be able to fit inside a small space for transportation.
If I intended to make them battle useable wouldn't I need to go to custom weapons since they are weapons more than tools?
I don't think I want to do that with these particular bugs anyways, we'll leave it as non-combat use only.

Description: A paralyzation posion that is in a liquid form within a hollow out kunai(atleast three). When the tip of the kunai cuts someone it will immediatly inject the paralyzation posion and within two posts the person will feel numb. After three more posts they will fall completely limp. They will only be able to talk for one more post then all they can do is hear and see. They might drool a bit like at the dentist's office. After one more post they can talk but it requires two more posts to be able to feel pain again and move a little. Unfortunly since it is genin ranked the kunai can only hold two hits of posion. It is ment as either a capture or a escape type of defense / offense.
Weakness: Needs to cut it's victum or touch a cut with the tip. It can paralyze it's owner if he/she is not ammuned to the paralyzation posion. Since it is genin ranked it only takes 7 posts or less for a chunin to be able to move again and feel pain. It takes 5 posts for jounin and 3 for sannin. Kage's take 2 posts, they are immediatly limp but can recover faster. Other genin take the total 7 for the posion and can be stiff afterwards.
I was told to post my custom posion here by lily just incase it needed to be approved :3

On the 5th post, the afflicted is nearly blind. In Stage 2, the poison begins to cut off the transmission between all other nerves, causing the afflicted to go numb in large areas of their body over another period of 4 posts. On the 10th post after first the poison was first inflicted, the afflicted can barely stand, let alone move. In this position, they are sitting ducks for Haruka to take out.
Weakness:
The poison may be delivered only through means of cuts, injection, or inhalation. The poison takes many many posts to actually deliver a useful effect.On top of that, Haruka may also be poisoned by her own weapons. The poison may also be flushed out of the body by spending B-rank chakra.

We don't really have a system for poisons yet, but this is probably more along the lines of a C or even B ranked one. Your weakness of it only working by those specific methods pretty much says it works by existing. The only method you excluded was skin contact. Bring it down to only one effect, and give it a single method of injection. Part of the poison system is most likely going to include a process for making the poisons, so you should also include ingredients, where to get them, and a post count for preparing the poison. Since using the prescribed method of removing the poison would be considered metagaming, you also need to include a time limit before the poison wears off so that an RPC isn't permanently blinded or paralyzed.
