It was quite funny he wanted to take on the leadership the jounin would be put in charge of. "Not to be rude Shinji but...as there is a jounin in the missions, and you aren't at least chuunin, you won't be the leader of the missions. Akira will be in charge of the missions. He will be told the informations your team will need to know and will tell you what he thinks that you need to know in order to accomplish the mission." she said to him. "Yes, two missions at the same time, but only because they involve goals at the same place, Konoha. If the missions involved going to different places you wouldn't be offered to do both missions at the same time." she replied to his question.---------------------------------------------------

 Konaga ShinjiIwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin Shinji took the words of his Tsuchikage as law and immediately bowed as she finished speaking to him, to show his acceptance of her decisions, "Of course Tsuchikage-sama."he said somewhat embarrassingly as he backed away from her and took up a position behind Akira once again..."I would never try to overstep Akira-sensei's authority over the mission, I just wanted to learn the details. I am sure he will explain it all. I apologize for my forcefulness in asking so many questions."
Straightening himself once more, Shinji wore a blank expression in an attempt to hide his disappointment. He was hoping that perhaps he would be allowed to take more charge on the mission, but if it was not the Tsuchikage's will, he would remain behind his sensei and do as he was told. At the very least however, Shinjis' confidence in his own ability and his determination to perform well would have come through in his words and actions. "Let's hope this Kaze is fast... the exams are rapidly approaching. Two missions in one though, this is looking to be a good deal. And with another genin, the time should go faster... in theory."

"While I would be happy to lead two missions at once and lead this other Genin, unless you can provide his exact location now then I must object and simply escort Shinji on the document delivery. While not as efficient, time is of the essence and we don't have time to be scurrying about for this Kaze. Furthermore, by placing the documents and custody of the client in my care at the same time, you are clumping together various risk factors, that makes me uncomfortable when I have a Genin or two in tow. "
Akira moved forward to the desk and took the documents for the original mission and unraveling them, scanned through them and processed the information before moving back to Shinji and handing him the scroll, intending for him to read the information there, judging it not too confidential in nature to be held from his student's eyes.
"Tsuchikage, if you are truly persistent in your plans, then have Kaze come here and accept the escort mission, and have him collect the person and begin the journey to Konohagakure. We will move ahead with our own mission and Kaze can meet with us along the road somewhere, and I will oversee his completion of his mission along with Shinji. However if this strikes you as unsafe then I suggest you abandon your plans and allow us to complete this mission." stated Akira bluntly, not liking the idea of combining mission and groups unless in a dire circumstance. He gave the Kage a tip of his head and a small wave as he exited the room, expecting Shinji to follow him with the scroll. She was a new Kage, recently promoted from a lower position, Akira however, was a long time member of Iwagakure's governing Council, she would just have to trust his word.
Akira moved through the building quickly. exited and started moving towards the Gates of Iwagakure, not waiting to hear the Kage's possible retort or objections.

Konaga ShinjiIwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin Shinji would be wearing a distinct look of shock and awe at the words that flowed so seamlessly from his sensei's mouth. He would never have dared to say such a thing to the Kage, but Akira-sensei spoke with authority, despite his rank and made a practically air-tight case in his defense. Looking up at him with an enamored respect for the man's confidence and experience, Shinji took the scroll that he was offered and read over it carefully. Not understanding a word of the technical jargon it contained, he understood two things about the scroll which would be relevant... it was important information, and it needed to be brought to Konoha.
With a quick but polite bow to the Tsuchikage, Shinji followed after his sensei as a young child would at the coat-tails of his father, rolling up the scroll and placing it inside a holster on the side of his hip, beneath his outer clothing. Walking tall behind his sensei, Shinji immediately felt proud to be a student of his in whatever respect he was, and would do as he said to the letter. Just as Akira did, he also left the office without a word, confident that his sensei would not lead him astray.

Kaze enetered the Tsuchikage's office from the Training Grounds, for he was bored. He forcefully made it into her office, and said,Tsuchikage! I need a mission!" Kaze was...Upset at all the D-rank missions he had been getting. "And not just a D-rank mission!" Kaze was on the grounds of being shot in the throat with a bone bullet. Kaze then moved his hair out of his face...Again, as he was rather upset.

--------------------------------------------------- Kiyoko sighed as the jounin objected to taking Kaze with them and accepting the escort mission. 'Someone needs to learn what respect is.' she thought. Not much time later, Kaze walked in the office, coincidence? Who knows. "Hello." she said but was quickly interrupted by his request. "Alright then." she said and wrote Kaze's and her own name on two missions. The previous escort mission, that was rejected by the jounin, and another one. "We will have to escort a man to Konoha. He has to be taken there without being killed, robbed or whatever may happen to him on the way." she said and then quickly explained the other mission. "Arriving there, at this man's house. He has a document that needs to be brought back. So we will go get it aswell." she told Kaze. The man they will have to escort, claims to be a common shop owner, but he seems to be something else, since he has important documents that the Tsuchikage wants. "Is that good enough?" she asked the angry boy.---------------------------------------------------

Kaze cheered,"Hooray!" For he was happy that he got a mission that wasn't crappy! "Hooray! Hooray! Hooray!" He shouted as he jumped up and down, flailing his arms around. Kaze then quickly calmed down, and moved his hair out of his face. "So when do we leave, Tsuchikage!" Kaze asked...Sorta.

Sora knocked quietly on the door to the Tsuchikage's office before opening the door. Immediately, she could see that the woman was busy, so she didn't say anything. Instead, she slipped inside, closing the door quietly as she did so. Then she went to go stand against the wall without saying a word. Was the Kazekage's office ever this busy? Possibly not, but with all of the new academy students coming in, the situation was probably different.

--------------------------------------------------- "We can leave soon." she answered him and smiled, it looked like he was really happy with those missions. Kiyoko then noticed that someone had entered the room but kept herself quiet while she was talking to Kaze. "How can I help you?" she asked the uknown kunoichi while walking towards her. She wasn't from this village, Kiyoko wondered what it could be.---------------------------------------------------

Sora looked up at the woman coming towards her, the one that she assumed to be the Tsuchikage. The girl bowed slightly, then looked back up at the woman with emotionless eyes.
"My name is Sora Kyuuketsuki, and I am a Chunnin from Sunagakure." She said quietly. "I am here to complete a peace alliance between Iwa and Suna." The girl explained, pulling out a scroll from her bag and handing it to the Tsuchikage.

--------------------------------------------------- "My name is Kiyoko Kaguya, the Tsuchikage." she introduced herself right after the girl said her name and rank. "Complete the alliance? Hm...I was sure it had nothing else to be done already. Alright." she said and took the scroll that was being handed to her. Kiyoko opened the scroll to see what was in it.---------------------------------------------------

'The Kazekage could have asked me to sign on this scroll when I went to Suna before...' she thought and gave the scroll back to the girl.---------------------------------------------------

Sora took the scroll back with a slight bow before pocketing it. "Forgive my intrusion." She said quietly before she began walking out of the office. "Shitsurei shimasu." She said quietly before she left, sprinting for the gates. Now she could finally go home.

-Aihi walks to the Tsuchikage's building with the intent of notifying her that she will be attending the academy.- Furthermore she'd like to meet the leading power of her country. "Man this place is so huge its constructed so well. I think im gonna like the Tsuchikage" -Aihi said with a smile- well here goes nothing. -she knocks on a large door awaiting instructions to come in- "Hello Tsuchikage are you there?"
