 AnuesAnues frowned at the female's response. He'd gotten nowhere at all and now it was no longer a concern. She'd gotten points regardless for not caving in considering her state of mind, at least. "Right, very well then, you know what's best. I apologize for stepping too far." leaving it at that, the male crossed his arms and steadily slid down the rail behind him leaving him sitting on the ground and staring out ahead at the few scarce snowflakes falling before his line of sight. It was as if he had to focus his eyes to acknowledge them, having not bothered to take their existence into consideration beforehand.
With another blink, they were ignored and Anues leaned back against the rail to stare up at Irilyss. She was strange, but it was probably the anxiety. He seemed to daze for a moment before looking away with a sigh. "I have no secrets. I know better than to keep them." The Gardevoir shrugged his shoulders, dismissing the conversation as he shifted again and stood back up. Staying out here would eventually turn into a contest on who can get ill first and he had no plans to do so. Just moving outside would be better than this. "Shall we go then? I'm sure there's more to do in this place."

She looked over at him curiously as he stood, as though she didn't have the faintest idea why he'd be doing so despite the evidence of the chilling bite of the snow as it fell. "Go..." she murmured, tasting the word in her mouth and deciding whether she liked the flavor. "I suppose," she put forth after a pause, exhaling a sigh as she did, "There are other places, other days." It wasn't quite clear what she meant by that, but she was amiable enough to the suggestion. Drawing her cloak about herself Irilyss went on ahead of Anues, leading the way inside and down from the rooftop where the snow continued to swirl about and thickened behind them.

((Not sure if you had anything in mind so I short posted here instead of god knows where else.)) AnuesThe transition went by easier than expected. He expected the other Gardevoir to cut off the meeting with that comment. Or slap him. His eyes began to travel as Irilyss spoke on, half listening and half silently begging to go inside already. It was probably already too late to avoid illness anyway so the Gardevoir merely idled until Iriylss began to go on ahead, taking it as his cue to upright himself and follow. The comment however, was ignored. He didn't understand it and had no intention of solving it.
"Pleasant is one word for it..." The delayed response trailed off on an exhale as he took a final moment moment to glance back behind the two, only to reel his attention forward again. At least the snow was no longer an issue.
