Kitty waved as she opened the door and left the room. As she was shutting the door, she caught how Riddle stared at the beads. She figured that they would show the presence of a wandering soul or something... Like the girl that Riddle was waiting for to come back to the world of the living.
She sighed, closing the door all the way. She slowly began to walk down the stairs, being as quiet as a mouse. When she neared the bottom of the flight, she saw Takato and Autumn on the couch. She was surprised at what she saw.

((Umm...whaddya mean by "surprised at what she saw"?))
Riddle sighed, they hadn't picked up any spirits yet, much less the one he was waiting for. He had suspected that she wouldn't come back that way...but he should wait for her. Then the beads rose, tracked a spirit, then fell again. Riddle glanced at relic. It was glowing yellow. He shook his head, that wasn't the one.

Suddenly a gust of wind burst through the room and it felt cold for a moment, cold and biting as if nothing would ever feel the warmth of the sun ever again. There felt like a wavering form somewhere, some nearly visible object circulating the room and then cowering in the corner where frost started to grow.

The thread of beads had already located it and was pointing directly at it. Riddle looked over in the corner, then glanced back at the relic. It was blinking red. He turned back to the frost covered corner and started towards it.

The invisble being began to quiver making the frost scatter a little. It was as if whatever it was was insanely frightened. But I guess if it was what he hoped it was, it definately had a right to be that way.

Riddle would've used the beads but he knew they'd only frighten the spirit more. He crept closer, trying to figure out who or what the spirit belonged to.

((Beads are the only thing non-possessable. It's in Riddle's room. Ashley wouldn't like it if you possessed her, but he's got a computer, bed, dresser, shelving unit, bookcase, a lot of gems and crafting tools, a TV, and a Gamecube. That'd be about it.))

((Gems will work... too bad nothing plushyish... oh by the way, when this RP is over you'll need to crack the gem and free her soul. >.<))
The thing darted to the worktable and everything seemed to freeze over except one gem which glowed purple a moment and then a light glowed around it, it seemed to be making the gem possess ears and three tails.

Riddle was right. He walked over to the gem and picked it up. "Hello?"

It pulsated in a morse code that if translated said a scratchy version of: Hi.

'Soul.' It blinked in the code. It seemed passive but happier in this gem.

"Only a soul? Poor you..." He frowned, the soul seemed to be having just as bad of a time, if not worse, than he was.

'You. Seem familar.' Souls had no memories, no feelings, nothing really. They just held the being of the former body they had once stayed in.
