Bone shrugged. "They went wherever they wanted: away from me. Now if you guys want to help sumer, I think we should hurry up and get moving... The longer he stays like that, the more likely his body is going to get accustomed to it, and the cybernetics I'm sure he used to bring down the ship, can't be much help to our cause either, so let's hurry up.. Do you guys wanna try and walk or ride on my back one by one?"

Bone turned his back to them and spread his wings. "Grab on and hold on tight..."

The Doctor and Kat stepped back. " Just giving you room!" said the Doctor to reasure Bone and the others. Kat still wasn't sure about Bone but she would deal. She kept looking around thinking Sumer would pop out.

Kat looked about. " You see this would be a good time to give the girl a weapon! Can I have Sumer's sword back?!" The Doctor got her behind him. " Hey I don't have a weapon and I'm fine!"

"unfortunately, no" Jim answered.
"well... theirs one thing it can compress and store." Adam said.
"eco. but A, thats probably not why you were asking. and B, theres only one place you could get it, and its on the other side of the universe."

Bone sighed. "Well, we may need some mint later, it's a dragon's catnip.. So you might do well to find a way to hold on to some..." He flew up and into the sky, but was instantly knocked down by a rusty-colored steak. He and sumer struggled in midair, biting and clawing at one another. As Bone's teeth sunk into Sumer's neck, he screamed and blood and metal poured into Bone's mouth (Sumer's body had been slowly regenerating and rejecting the cybernetics) Then a huge shock travelled through bone's body, knocking him unconscious. Sumer weakly flew back to his cave, cursing under his breath. These cybernetics were at odds with his body, making him weaker. They would have to go.


A few hours and a few monsters later, Desmond sighed. "Either BOne betrayed us, or something happened I don't wanna think about.. We should get moving, we're sitting ducks here.." A huge black cat slunk out of the bushes behind him. He whirled around before it could attack and placed his hand on its head. The cat growled low. "I know this is your territory... And I don't really think you've been doing a very good job guarding it, we were attacked by 3 ROUS's, an invisible SOMETHING, and a few weeping angels!" The cat roared in his face and he stayed perfectly calm. "Look, we're just passing through, we'll be out of your way soon.." His expression darkened. "Or would you rather go against a forest guardian?" The tiger roared again. "I accept your challenge. Doctor, Kat, you really should stand back.. This might get hairy.."

Desmond and the cat circled one another. "This a duel for the title of 'forest guardian'.. To the death?" the cat nodded. "Have it your way.." The cat leaped forward and, faster than the eye could see, desmond jumped onto its back and sunk his fangs into its neck. He took a long steady drink of its blood before jumping off. the cat fell onto the ground, greatly weakened. "Give up.. I didn't want this to be a fight to the death.." The tiger growled. "I don't care about your honor. You have obviously lost." he turned towards the doctor and Kat, but the cat growled again and sounded like it was laughing. Desmond froze. It had obviously struck a nerve. "The guardians are supposed to protect the things inside the forest.. not to kill whatever comes in.. Not killing is a strength, not a weakness.." He walked up to the doctor and kat. "It's time we left."
