The small lizard quickly shook its head spoke once more, "No...no...fol...low!" Aoiro slowly got it's bearings and jumped from Shiso's shoulder to only start walking the opposite direction. "Al...read...y...saw...rai...ka...ge!" It looked like Shiso would be postponed once again, and she would be taken to the exams almost immediately."Are...you...read...y? Get...your...gear...meet...back...here!" The lizard seemed to have a small smile on his face, usually once lizards got bigger than their owner's hand they would not be used anymore, so his excitement to be useful at this age was poorly contained in his larger body.

Protect everyone... ♫ Yukai Okaeshi ♫ hawks..i hate you hawk, why did you tell me hawk? ******** you hawk ******** YOU! Yukai was not a happy bunny SHE DID NOT WANT TO BE A CHUNIN! she just wanted to stay as a genin, she was bitchy, self centered, annoying, hyper little Yukai, not chunin material AT ALL! and to top it off? THE LOCATION IS A ******** SECRET! her mind was SCREAMING! it was fuming! IT WAS PISSED!
oh life... why do you tease me so?
while she was wallowing in her pit of despond she failed to notice the wall in front of her...

Protect everyone... ♫ Yukai Okaeshi ♫ it was quicker to run through the district then all the way round.
RUN! FASTER THEN THE WIND! FASTER THEN THE SPEED OF LIGHT! RUN THROUGH ANY WALLS! JUST RUUUUUNN~!!she almost sang to herself, it was the only thing to do to keep her from going insane!
as she was running she saw what looked like shiso from the corner of her eye...
woah woah woah! rewind! she walked back, and sure enough it was shiso.
thank god your here! i thought i was the only one left! have you got any more hints? we only have a day to do it... And look cool doing it...

The lizard turned it's head quickly to see the hyper blonde girl that he had only seen a couple times, she was part of Shiso's team and... "Do...you...need...to...go...to...the...exams?" Aoiro gave something that can only be described as a reptilian smile as he shook his body that still held two letters, one for the Raikage and one unmarked. "Do...you...know...Hiyo...san?"

Kazuki Habaragi Kazuki walked around the housing district but saw no one he knew until he heard a very familiar loud voice. He turned and sure enough there was the hyper blonde girl he had met a while back. What was her name again?......Yukai. That's right!, he thought as he walked over to her. "Hey Yukai! Are you looking for chunin exam clues too?"

yeah i do...god knows how i'm gonna do it in a day like, but gotta try i guess... she gave a nervous laugh.
she cocked her eyebrow at the question abiut hiyo.
yeah i do...well did anyway. me and him didnt EXACTLY get on... why do you want to know? she asked with a puzzeld look on her face.

Kazuki Habaragi Kazuki smiled and raised his hands in a gesture to settle down.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! I didn't say anything about the clues you've found so far so calm down. I just wanted to say hi first." Kazuki didn't think there would be any more genin in the Cloud, being so close to the deadline now. This made him think that the Cloud may be nothing near the exams now. Great ran all the way here for nothing. Might as well ask what Yukai knows though."But what have you found out so far?"

The lizard just looked at the girl before grabbing the note that lacked an address with his map and presented it to her. Inside she would find a map as well as a note from a certain cloud ninja. "You take this!" The lizard's speech seemed to be improving as he interacted with the ninja, quite a smart little thing.

stress it getting to me, so i doubt i'm gonna 'calm down' anytime soon... she sighed again.
and as for clues...not much... i only just knew today about it all, short of it, i'm screwed. she facepalmed, then clenched her fists.
man i really wanna punch something right now...
she looked at the lizard who gave her a...map? and a note from...Tatsuya? ey? she had never heard of him, but when she saw that he was apart of the Miyaki clan... must have been the mini hiyo clone she saw before...
... crap i can't tell anyone? thats mean!
i have a hunch... she said while walking in the direction of the gates, tucking the map in her pockets. And look cool doing it...

Kazuki Habaragi Kazuki listened and sighed as she said she didn't really know anything. He cocked his head at the little lizard and at the note and what looked like a map. He watched as she read over it and walked toward the gate saying she had a hunch. Curious, Kazuki caught up to her and matched her pace. "What's up? Did you get a hint? Who's lizard was that?"

i'm not cut out to be a chunin i dont even know why the kage even put me up for this crap. she let out a long sigh. And look cool doing it...

Kazuki Habaragi Kazuki sweat dropped and smiled nervously. "Sorry. I guess I'm pretty anxious too. I want to make chunin because last time I messed up in the first round on an easy question so this time I want to make chunin for sure." Seeing her sigh and wonder why she was being put through this made Kazuki slightly annoyed. "Hey now! Hold on!" He grabbed her arm and stopped her. "Even if you don't think your ready for it you should try anyway. Besides, this isn't just something for your village or even your rank. It's for you to show yourself that your strong and that you can rise to the occasion and show everyone you mean business about being a ninja! If you don't try then you'll just stay a measly old genin. You don't want people to say that you could've been something better and not be better. Now come on and get serious!"He felt a bit of nostalgia as he said all this. It reminded him of how he had encouraged Ichi and Kyou on the first Chunin exams. It reminded him of himself back then too. That thought in itself made him feel all that more determined.

get serious ey? how can i get serious? i am serious. don't waste your breath! she said with an almost laugh. i'm not strong, for gods sake my ice wall is like paper to most people! whats the point in trying if your just going to fail? its a waste of life and energy, trying when you know your going to fail, just like i always do... her voice sounded like she was going to cry, she wasnt, but it sounded like it was.
it would be best for you to go on without me to be honest, you and shiso deserve to be chunins, your born leaders, i'm the one to follow in peoples footsteps. she let out a half smile half scowl, looked like she was in pain actually. And look cool doing it...

Shiso Madaraki  "As long as there's music..."
Shiso was surprised when she heard the lizard say that the note was already delivered, but smiled and shook her head sheepishly before replying back, "N-No, I-I'm ready... I've got my kunai pou--" Her elbow blades; she had nearly forgotten about them! She then looked down at the lizard and nodded, "A-Alright. W-Wait here, please? I'll only be a minute..."
So he DID know where the exams were... That was good. She needed to hurry up and get a move on over there before it was too late; she then jogged in the direction of her home before catching sight of a familiar blonde haired girl and gawked; so she WAS alive after all... And with Kazuki-san, too. Well... As much as she wanted to say 'hi', she really needed to get going...
... Before catching what Yukai had said and scowled, her hands shaking as her anger rose and threatened to yell at her hyperactive friend for even having SAID that in vain; she didn't ASK to be a leader, she never WANTED to be a leader either... It was something that was bestowed on her when Hi--When 'he' died. Was that really all that mattered to her?! To be a 'leader'?! Did Hiyo's death mean NOTHING to her?! Did she honestly think she was made to play this part?! Hiyo was the real leader, NOT HER. She didn't even want to be the leading type ever since she earned the genin rank and assigned squad... How could she be so... So...!
"..." Shiso then continued running and began to sprint towards her house as the angry tears flew from her face and left her eyes; she didn't know why it bothered her... But it made her want to scream and punch things the moment she heard a twinge of pain in Yukai's voice. Though she accepted the role of a follower, she was still so blissfully unaware and ungrateful to have that on her person and not have the weight of responsibility and corollary of every decision made that would hurt--Affect everyone.
Where was this coming from? Why the sudden change? She didn't quite know the answers herself; but was very aware that she was thinking more like a grown up rather than a genin fresh out of the academy. Time didn't spare her when it came to her youthful, impish way of thinking, nor waste the effort of having her grow up without the expense of perfection.
She had to figure that out on her own; though her change in perspective may have been unfeigned, her pursuit was still deliberate. She had to keep on dancing, somehow... Even when the music was different from the one she had danced to as a kid...
"... I'll keep on dancing!"
