Night focused his chakra on his Right hand and it created a spherical formation of chakra on his hand that was sucking the nearby wind inside it. each second that passes by the spherical formation of chakra expands making the ball bigger and bigger as the size of a Human head.
Night threw the ball towards the sky at full speed then the wind from inside that ball leaked making a cool gentle wind breeze

Night laughed and tried to explain the technique to Ito without realizing that Ito was already gone.
Ok, since you are my team mate ill explain to you how this technique works, when i focus my chakra into my hand it creates a some formation of chakra on my palms, then when i use my wind affinity with it, it sucks wind and delivers the wind from inside my chakra making something like a balloon. my problem is my chakra expands as wind is getting sucked it.
its an incomplete technique and it only blows the air that has been sucked. you see when I let go of it the air just leaks out just like what happened when I threw the ball earlier.

Night then did the technique again, he focused his chakra on the Right hand making a formation of chakra on his Right palm and started to suck wind in it then Night put his left hand on top of the jutsu and manipulated it's shape so that it wont expand more even though the wind were still being sucked in inside of it the ball didnt even expanded one bit.
Night found it hard to control because there were so many things going on to the technique
even though Night learned how to manipulate chakra, he doesnt mastered it yet, making it almost impossible for him to hold the form of the ball of chakra while tons of tons of air was getting sucked in, the pressure of the wind generating inside is just too great for Nights level of chakra manipulation to control, it just ended up pushing his hand back and continued itself to expand that released the pressure inside the ball making it a useless imperfect technique.
Night looked out and noticed that Ito was already gone. he did not even noticed him leaving because he was so pre occupied to show off this technique that he thought would already work since he got his hands on chakra manipulation.
Night then grinned to himself and said
"Another challange for me"
Night sat down and focused his chakra trying to gain more control on his chakra manipulation skills to control the technique.
after a few more training to increase his chakra manipulation abilities Night tried his shot again to get him master the technique.
Night raised up his Right arm and focused his chakra onto it, a ball of chakra formed on his right palm then he infused it with his wind nature.
after that Night placed his left arm on top of the jutsu and tried to manipulate the shape so the ball would not get any bigger and be able to compress more air making more pressure inside.
he believed that the smaller the ball and the amount of wind thats going to be compressed will be the basis of the power of jutsu, if he could hold the technique for much more longer the effect will be more devastating than the regular. but there will be a risk. if the pressure inside the ball is to great the user might not be able to handle to control his chakra to hold the wind inside and it might backfire at him by the jutsu exploding on his bare hands.
" I need to watch out and be really careful with this technique since its really dangerous and would be able to kill me in an instant."
after a few seconds oh holding the technique Night threw the ball away seeing the air inside it just flowing away but at the same time a small amount of pressure was generated inside the ball and made a very small wind explosion.
Night saw that he was in the right direction on learning the technique but since he just finished learning the flying swallow he was almost out of strength to continue and do his training he then decided to go to the towns to get some rest and food.
Night went and took the water that Ito gave him and then he started to walk towards the town.

Because of the kazekage’s special task for Night, he became restless thinking about how would he be able to manage to build a hospital that’s capable to hold 75 people the least, give working space for medical nin’s and an office for the top medical ninja officers.
Night thought that his wind affinity could barely help him construct anything.
Night told himself. “Only if I had Earth nature then I would be able to do this project with ease, also I would not be able to ask for help with anything about this project to anyone. If no one could help me then ill help myself.”

So in order to do my plan for construction I would need to dig up about twenty to thirty feet below the ground to create the buildings foundation so it would not be easily be blown away by the wind of the sand storm. I would need a lot of wood to start the project, cement or clay would be OK too. I guess my wind affinity could help me dig since I could just blow the sand on the location away to dig a whole for a lot less of time, but Ill still have some problems about building it.
With me alone it would probably take me a month just to lay down the foundation. Another month or two to for me to finish installing the walls and probably 5 months to do the rooms inside it and put cement then add the final touches.
Chances for me to fail this task is just too great, And my success rate is very poor.
Also it would be hard for me to even carry those gigantic wooden logs, to be honest it is quite impossible for me just to carry it and put into place.
I must have angered the Kazekage too great for him to do this to me, but I still won’t question his authority.
Only if I could split my body into two or three, then that would already be a good help for me.

Then night thought about something out of desperation.
The shadow clone technique. The technique that allows the user to create another form of him and be able to do physical things unlike the normal cloning technique that only makes illusion clones. This technique will greatly aid me on my task!
But how would I possibly learn that? I don’t even know how that technique works. Any hand seals, chakra shape manipulation? I need to find info about that technique if I couldn’t find any single info I guess I have to figure it out myself ill try and try until I succeed, the shadow clone technique is the only thing that I could think about now. This is my only hope, my last resort to finish the task that I was given.

If I am not mistaken I could remember that I heard someone that used the same technique back then, when I was reading about the “Flying Swallow technique” if I could remember it clearly the user of the technique was Uzumaki Naruto, one of the many famous ninja and hero’s of the leaf.
It was said that he was a popular ninja from the leaf back then, being a bijuu of the nine tails, it says that he used the shadow clone technique to its full potential and used it to create many mind blowing techniques.
Sigh I can not think of anyone who could help me about this technique or even so, the Kazekage might see it as a form of me asking for help and automatically fail me from my task. To be on the safe side I must not communicate with anyone while this task if on going.

Since Night didn’t had any idea on how the shadow clone works he just started to make some physical exercises to occupy his time. Consisting of push ups, pull ups, curls ups and sit ups to prepare his body on hard working conditions.
Night did some stretching first to warm up his body. After that Night did two hundred push ups followed by two hundred sit ups. After that Night ran towards near the top of the canyon he went towards an edge of the cliff then hanged himself then did two hundred pull ups.
When he finished doing his pull ups night pulled himself up of the cliff the he laid his body down to catch up his breath.
Minutes later Night hanged on the edge of the cliff again using his foot to do the final part of his body exercise which is the curl ups.
Being almost halfway done on finishing the exercise, Nights foot slipped and he started to fall, Night continued to be calm and he started to do a series of hand seals.

Night’s technique immediately made a strong gust of wind that broke his fall. Night landed safely but despite what just happened, soaked in his own sweat Night ran back towards the cliff and finished his curl ups.

A few hours has passed and Night had finished all his physical exercises. Night sat on the ground and reached for his bag taking his water container out and some food he packed.
looks like ill be dining under the stars today. I wont go back to the village until I haven’t gotten a technique that would help me solve the task that the kazekage gave me.
I already did too much today, I better rest for now and continue my training tomorrow.

Night went to take his items and supplies then dragged them near the Canyon walls, Night then rested his back on it then slowly made his rest for the day, but still couldn’t get his mind out of the fact the he is clueless about learning the shadow clone and he was still helpless on building the village hospital..

Night left his back on the canyon containing his food and supplies and went back to kazekage's office to ask for something.

Akira was at the training canyons, having just begun his usual daily training regimen. It was then that he heard Kazuki call to him. He really hadn't seen him much since their practice battle.

"Hey Kazuki, I'm right here! What's this about a mission?"

Akira had been planning on doing some training that day. He was set on mastering a new sword style. However, if the kazekage had a mission for them, then of course it was that which took priority.

It was mostly because of Tanto's appearance and all the trouble he stirred up as the new kage, but Akira knew he wasn't forgetting anything tied to that moment for a while. He was curious as to what kind of mission Tanto could have for them.

"Okay, let's get over there then. I'm pretty interested to see what kind of mission he has for us."

Akira was hoping he'd get to test the full extent of his abilities. Even though he wasn't one to hold back, he hadn't ever really gotten a chance to go all out either.

Ito came into the canyon eager to train. "Lets see what could I use as a target?" Ito looks for something to use. "Well there is nothing I can really use as a target so, I have an idea." Ito takes out a kunai and attaches a red band to it, finds a rock to stick it in. "Alright my goal is to knock that kunai off with the shuriken I pull back." Ito makes sure he is on the opposite side of the rock then the kunai, Ito rigs the shuriken with the translucent string. "Ok here we go," Ito throws the suriken and then yanked the string, causing the shuriken to come flying back toward Ito, "Oh CRAP!" Ito yells as the shuriken are coming at him, but they fall short of connecting by about 2 feet. "Ok note to self, do not pull that hard on the strings." Ito then reset himself, pulled the shuriken back and threw them again. This time making a slightly weaker tug, the shuriken went in the direction of the rock but missed completely. "Ok I have the direction almost down, and I need to work on the pull back. If I am going to use this in battle I need perfect aim and skill with this." Ito pulls the shuriken back again, and throws it again. As the shuriken are in the air Ito pulls on the string lightly, the shuriken do not come down as fast as before. This time they still miss completely, but they missed for exact opposite reason as the last time. The shuriken fell way short. "I need to find a balance between to strong and to soft. That is the only way this move will be effective." Ito tries the move again. First Ito pulled the shuriken back, threw them again. As they were in the air, Ito waited and then tugged on the string harder then the last time, but softer than the time before that. So the shuriken came around and they landed on the rock, but did not hit the kunai marker. "Ok now I have the right amount of force on the strings, I just need to work on the timing of which I pull the string." Ito then pulls the shuriken back to him, he throws them again, waits for a few seconds then pulls with the right amount of force, when they hit the rock they land below the kunai marker. "To soon to pull. Oh how I love process of elimination. So it has to be longer then 4 seconds." Ito once again pulls the shuriken back to him, throws and then counts. "One...two...three...four...five...six... seven... EIGHT!" Ito pulls the string and the shuriken land above the kunai. "Ok longer than 4 sorter than eight. That leaves only a few seconds for me to work with, by process of elimination I will have it." Ito pulls once again the shuriken back to him. He throws the shuriken and he counts to five, and the shuriken land short. Ito resets and this time counts t seven, to late. "Ok so six is the magic number." Ito resets, throws, and counts to six. The shuriken knock the kunai out of and off of the rock. "Bingo"

Kazu arrived moments after Isamu got here as well. He saw the man's scarf dragging against the ground and leaving tracks. He looked at his own long cape like structure. It came from his back but was about a foot off the ground, so no tracks for him. Sighing, he pulled down his mask, revealing his mouth. He pulled out a canteen of water as he found himself getting thirsty. He never really pulled his short mask off unless it was to drink or eat. Putting the lid back on and pulling his back up, he went to greet his sensei. "Isamu..." he greeted.
