Oh, I see.. apparently in photoshop there's an animation panel under the "windows" drop-down menu where you can make animations.. or at least that's what a tutorial I saw showed. I don't know how true this is because I don't have that option on my version of photoshop, but... *shrug* apparently it's there.
:3 anyway, thanks for the info, I'll have to play around with that

I used Photoshop Elements 4, so I'm sure whatever version you have can do it, too, lol
You just have to elect to save it as a GIF and check the little box that says "layers as frames." Then a window pops up where you can edit the frame speed and stuff.
