Not really. But then again I listen to just about everything short of hippie jam bands, american pop idol music, and.. I dont' think there is a third.
EDIT: So... Miss Ai Leen had told me this place was dead...
One of the first things I noticed is I don't see any sort of official character profile stuff up here. Do I need to go to specific branches for it or just make up something roughly servicible?
Also... who would I see about trying to come up with some Plot-ness?

hehe, I didn't exactly mean 'dead'...just...almost deadish xd We're coming up from the holiday rush RL, so people are starting to trickle back in from that.
There is an IC profile sticky up there, where you can post your profile. Since the GA and the ASDF were some of the oldest militaries on Gaia, backgrounds tend to be Gaia Mainstream, or something that can fit within that. New backgrounds are then read through, and criticized (usually constructively sweatdrop ), while the player is given a chance to revise.
Plot-ness usually involves me and/or Saoszuc, and the guild leader is Tanasha.
I've been toying with the idea of setting up a bio system, though what we've done in the past is set up a recruitment thread and judge based on quality of RP if the RPer would fit in with our merry band. This style of evaluation though may not work for us anymore. I tried it recently, and it only ended up taking RP away from the guild while putting it in the recruitment thread. (Though we got some cool people from that! * 3nodding 's to Kupo King! and Talon22*) ...it also taxed Saoszuc and me a bit I think.
Post rate may not be what you're used to either Mr. Highwind. sweatdrop Our rate tends to be once-a-day during our active times. We like it though, because it gives us time to play on Gaia while still working with our terribly convoluted RL schedules xd

Ai leen, I got one friend to apply for entry into the guild. Heartless Angel 911, I believe. SHe seemed somewhat interested in joining the RP

What makes you think I'm not use to once a day? wink Cut my RPing teeth back in Yahoo clubs with about one post per day from everyone.
Well then, gues it's time for me to whip up some profileness. Won't be using Ikari because, well, he's not suited for a Gaian military. sweatdrop As you might guess.
Really wanted a Marine or Grunt, but it seems the Navy and Army are not only dead, but massively dead for a long time now. Kinda irritating because I know Mister Decker from elsewhere where he's active. And Owle. I'll see if I can't drag her a** back here.

Also... is the GN dead? I know its leader is still online. I see him RPing in different places, but it looks like he hasn't shown in a long time.

For the most part...ASDF members are the most active, the other branches are pretty much abandoned just like TORAMA stare , I'm the only bloody member in there that is active...more or less. Anyways, I shall inspect this character and hope its not also an elf hater too... gonk

The last one wasn't an elf hater per se. But someone who just weeks before was dropped out of a rift from WWII Japan into Gaia. Thus had never seen an elf. Or power armor. Or little dolls that move on their own, etc. wink
