 I'll tear your mind out, I'll burn your soul...Kichirou just glowered at Ansley as she admitted she was the culprit. He sat down angrily, crossing his arms and muttering in Japanese. He finally turned to the now-appeared Chris, and cocked an eyebrow.
"So what am I doing?" he asked crossly, still upset from Ansley's antics. ... 'Cause I'm a liar, a liar.

((Okay guys. I'm back. I know you all missed me dearly. wink ))
Alex was still in a slight daze from the kiss, ecspecially the ending, so it took him until just the end to notice the look on Ansley's face. Did I do something wrong? I'll ask her about it later. It was then that he noticed her hand in his pants and his eyes went up. Damn. I didn't know I was that good. She moved her hand from his pants and got up. He got up and walked over to Chris with a slight smirk on his face. He picked up the file and flipped through it quickly. "So what ya got for me and Lily the mood killer over there?" He was in a much happier mood after the kissing session, so he threw some bait to see if Chris took it.

James chuckled, looking over at Kelsey. "Well, me and you aren't exactly standard fare. I'm an intelligence officer, and you have got a lot of contacts. Everyone else here can solve specific crimes. Like Lori." he said, looking over at her. "She'll probably be handling anything that has to do with thieves, and thefts." he said, though that part was obvious. But it was something to say at least, and he was bored of just sitting here doing nothing. "All we can do is get the skinny on crime bosses and all that." he added.

 LillianaRose Akari Lily reached over the table to where Alex was sitting. "I wanna see! Let me see!" She sounded all winey and stuff but she really wanted to see.

Alex sighed, but then put a smirk on his face. "Fine. I just hope you're not gonna always be like this Lily, or I might just have to be rough with you like I was with Lori." He was joking, but he wasn't sure if a small part of him was serious. He handed over the file, more to get her to be quiet than to let her see.

Ansley was very observant over everything, obsorbing all the little things as well. One thing she noticed was how it always took Chris so long to reply to anything. It really bugged her. She eyed Alex when he said he might have to get rough with Lilly the way he was with Lori. Although she was rough with Lori as well, she hoped he was kidding. To distract herself, she picked up the file and flipped through the pages. She really hoped her case was colorful and distracting. She also hoped her idiot charge would actually be of help to her. She couldn't help but scowl at Chris when she thought of how stupid Zack was. Chris knew she hated morons and had just enough patience with them to control herself, yet still get ticked off easily.

 ...The Thief...
Lori Had gone back to her seat and put her head down again. She was listening to the conversations going on in the room and sat up and glared at Alex when he mentioned what he had done to her as if it were a joke. Her glare so dark and razor sharp, If she wasn't terrified of going back to jail she would have threatened his life.
"I Wouldn't rub Lill the wrong way Alex. She's a very clever lady."
Lora got up and walked out the door she was hungry and had seen a vending machine on the way in. It was only to halls away and when she got there she sat down on her knees and snaked her arm into the machine just right. The young woman was able to wiggle out two rice-crispy treats before anyone noticed, and then she got up she opened one of the shinny blue wrappers taking a bite. Worth it. She made it back to the room slamming the door behind her and Lora sat down in her seat, placing the unopened package on the table in front of her while she ate the one in her hand.

Alex chuckled at Lori and Lily. He gave Lily a surreptitious glance. "I'm sure she is, but like I've said, I'm not scared of her."

Ansley wasn't sure if she should say, you should be, or if she should say, I don't know why you would be. Shaking her head to herself, she decided she just shouldn't say anything. After that decision was clear to her, she looked through the file some more. "I hope Zack's mind is mateured enough for this..." she said quietly to herself, making Zack sound like a child.

"Alex." James said, looking up at the man. "It's not a case of being afraid of who you're working with, it's a case of controlling your temper." he told him. "We're not going to get ANYWHERE if you end up killing your partner. And they'll be much more apprehensive about helping you if you beat the everloving crap out of them. Oh, and while they may be criminals, you can still be charged with assault." he pointed out.

Krazy Michelle Ranak LillianaRose Akari Lily smiled like a little child as she got a hold of the file. She looked it over quickly before putting it down on the table. "The wife did it of course." She looked back at Chris. "Got anything harder?" She grinned. Really she'd have to look over everything carefully later but she was still pretty sure that the wife had killed the man. She turned to Alex. "Yea...you say that now..." It was more of a mutter to herself but she said it loud enough that he would have been able to hear it too...

Alex glanced over at James. "I know the laws. I AM an FBI agent, and besides, I was just joking around. I'm in complete control." He looked over at Lilly, and rolled his eyes at her last statement. " I can tell this is going to be a very interesting relationship. Well, I'm glad you're so confident. I still want to look over that file." He hadn't even had a chance to see what the case was and she had supposedly solved it? Jeez, talk about cocky.

James chuckled, looking straight at Alex. "Complete control, right?" he said. "So, I take it complete control involves putting your gun in someone's face because they joke around? By the way, you're damn lucky I was slow on the uptake, and that Chris was faster, because unlike yours, my gun was loaded, and I was a second away from drawing it on you." he informed him truthfully. His hand had been on the grip of the gun, ready to take it out.
