Gregar828 MageTech Adding, "Can only be taught to another Hatake member by Ray Hatake" That ok? since he developed the jutsu and all. I would say no. This is a clan specific jutsu, so It would probably be known to all hatake mambers that they COULD learn it. Yes but it also says that Ray Hatake made it. "Ray Hataka discovered the true power of white chakra" Could I have Ray create a scroll that would be held in the Hatake compound and people have to go there to get it? I made it so Hatake people could use it but not the second I made it. But its up to you since your created the bloodline.

well i think that sounds reasonable at least >.> I mean iv made mokuton jutsu and i can make it where my mokuton jutsus cant be learned by other mokuton people but im not doing that since i want more mokuton users ^^ But having his rpc make a scroll with all the details would be better instead of jsut having it to where everyone can automaticaly know about the jutsu... *flees before rage starts*

The thing is, this is a pretty major jutsu. If your going to say your character discovered "The true potential" of the White Chakra, then you would have to be a Jounin or a Saanin. Thats like saying that you surpass Kakashi and Sakumo as a genin. So I would say this is a style that you CAN learn, but be creator as a genin? Sorry, but no.

Jutsu's Element Storm
Description The Kamehameha is formed when cupped hands are drawn to the user's side and the Chakra is concentrated into a single point between the cupped hands (and the hands must be really close), The hands are then thrust forward to shoot out a streaming, powerful beam of energy. The blast can also be used with just one arm. In most variants, the user utters the word "Ka-me-ha-me-HA!!!" as he/she charges and releases the attack. The beam moves like lightning but bends like water, and explodes with great amount of energy on impact.
What it looks like:Kamehameha
Variations:
* Original Kamehameha:
The first Kamehameha used in the series and the original technique developed and honed by Master Roshi, it involves wide sweeping arm movements before cupping the hands together.
* Maximum Power Kamehameha:
The Kamehameha Wave released at full-blast by Master Roshi in his MAX Power state.
* Jet Kamehameha:
This is usually a Kamehameha fired at the ground, propelling the user through the air in a jet-like manner in the opposite-direction. The technique is mainly used as a way to change directions quickly (in order to counter or to set-up an attack), remain airborne longer (for non-fliers), or to fly through the air quickly (again non-fliers). It is used by Goku mostly during the early Tenkaichi Budokai (mainly as a way to stay airborne due to his inability to fly and various other battles during his youth; most notably the final battle with King Piccolo). Goten also uses a modified version in the form of hand-stand during his Junior Division Finals match with Trunks.
* Feet Kamehameha:
Simply a Kamehameha fired from the feet, so the user is able to attack with his hands. During the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, Goku uses this attack against Piccolo Junior.
* Super Kamehameha:
A more powerful variation of the Kamehameha.
* True Kamehameha:
An even more powerful variation of the Super Kamehameha; it is Super Saiyan 3 Goku's Ultimate Blast in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast.
* Dodohameha:
Used by Tiencha in Budokai 2. It is a mix of the Kamehameha and Dodon Ray.
* Scatter Kamehameha:
A Kamehameha Wave that disperses from a single stream into numerous blasts, scattering the ground.
* Kaio-ken Kamehameha:
This is a Kamehameha supplemented by the Kaio-ken, making it more powerful. Its power is multiplied based on the level of Kaio-ken being used, from two to twentyfold.
* Multiple Kamehameha:
This is when two or more fighters fire multiple Kamehamehas (one per fighter) simultaneously at a single point (usually an enemy), this usually causes their separate Kamehamehas to merge into one giant Kamehameha Wave blast. It is seen mainly in the Dragon Ball Z Movies and in Dragon Ball GT. It is used in Bio-Broly by Goten, Trunks, and Krillin to defeat Bio-Broly. (Note: This attack has several variations.)
* Master-Student Kamehameha:
This is a "Multiple Kamehameha" attack performed by Master Roshi together with (former) pupils, Goku and Krillin. Only featured once in the feature movie "The World's Strongest".
* Double Kamehameha:
A Kamehameha released simultaneously from both hands.
* Feint Kamehameha:
A Kamehameha in two energy spheres, allowing guidance by user's arm movements. Goku uses this attack against Frieza.
* Continuous Kamehameha:
The Kamehameha Wave fired in rapid succession.
* Angry Kamehameha:
A "Kamehameha" attack in name alone; Super Saiyan Goku's Ultimate Blast. Draws inspiration from the finishing blow Goku dealt to Frieza. Goku uses only one hand for the attack.
* Flying Kamehameha:
This is when the user performs the Kamehameha while flying through the air. Used by Full-Power Super Saiyan Goku during the battle with Perfect Cell.
* Instant Kamehameha:
A Super Kamehameha Wave released at point-blank range, after using Shunkan Idô--Instant Transmission as a feint before closing the gap between them, During the Other World Tournament, Goku used this technique on Pikkon. Also known as Warp Kamehameha or Instant Transmission Kamehameha.
* Standing Kamehameha:
This is when the user, instead of using the hand movements, just stands powering up for the attack and then launches it. It was used by Super Saiyan 2 Gohan during his battle with Perfect Cell.
* Solar Kamehameha:
The strongest Kamehameha Cell mustered and said to have the power to destroy the enitre solar system. Countered by Gohan's Father-Son Kamehameha.
* Father-Son Kamehameha:
This is where someone who is dead assists someone alive with a Kamehameha. Goku helps out Gohan against Cell, and he also helps out Gohan and Goten against Broly in Broly: The Second Coming.
* Brothers Kamehameha (兄弟かめはめ波, Kyōdai Kamehameha; Literally meaning "Brothers' Turtle Destructive Wave"): Gohan and Goten combine their Kamehameha attacks into one large Kamehameha blast. The attack appeared briefly in Broly: Second Coming before being replaced by the Family Kamehameha (due to Goku returning back to life to help his sons in the Kamehameha duel against Broly).
* Family Kamehameha:
This is a Multiple Kamehameha that is used against Broly in Broly: Second Coming by Goku, Gohan, and Goten (though it's possible Goku's help may have been an illusion created by the Dragon Balls).
* True Family Kamehameha:
This is a fan-made name for the attack used in Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai - Another Road by Goku, Gohan, Bardock, Goten, and Future Gohan to defeat Kid Buu at the end of the game.
* Kamekameha (literally "Turtle Turtle Wave")
- A mispronounced version of the attack. The attack is successful in creating a ki blast (when released it also creates a sphere around the user), but it goes anywhere because Goten was unable to control it since he hadn't yet learned how to direct an energy blast. Accidentally "invented" by Goten in battle against Trunks in the Tenkaichi Budokai's Junior Division Finals.
* Flashing Kamehameha:
The user fires a Kamehameha that flashes a golden color. It was used by Gohan in his Super Saiyan 2 form to try and destroy Majin Buu's egg, to no effect.
* Super Flashing Kamehameha:
A more powerful version of the Flashing Kamehameha. Gohan used it to try and destroy Majin Buu's egg again, to still no effect.
* Ultimate Kamehameha:
The user fires a Kamehameha so powerful that it changes to a golden-yellow color. It was used by Ultimate Gohan during his battle against Super Buu.
* Final Kamehameha:
A combination of Vegeta's Final Flash and Goku's Super Kamehameha, but its enormous power exceeds them both. Super Vegito uses it as an ultimate attack along with "Spirit Sword". In the video, it combines the style of Final Flash and shooting style of Super Kamehameha. In the anime, Vegito fires a powerful ball of energy that creates a large explosion upon hitting its target. Name origin: Final Flash and Super Kamehameha.
* 10x Kamehameha
(十倍かめはめ波, Jûbei Kamehameha; Literally meaning "10x Turtle Destruction Wave"): The name given to the amplified, red-colored Super Kamehameha used by Goku while in his Super Saiyan 4 form. Along with its astounding destructive power, the attack has a delayed effect if the initial blast should fail, wherein the target will be blasted by residual effects left over by the beam. While not as overwhelming as the initial blast, the after-effect can catch foes off guard.
* Grandfather-Granddaughter Kamehameha: Goku and Pan combine their Kamehameha attacks into a giant Kamehameha wave. They used the attack to kill Haze Shenron.
* Bluff Kamehameha:
In this variation, the user fires confetti and streamers instead of an energy blast. It is used by Gogeta in his Super Saiyan 4 transformation against Omega Shenron.
* Big Bang Kamehameha:
A combination of Vegeta's Big Bang Attack and Goku's Super Kamehameha. Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta used it to try and finish off Omega Shenron in Dragon Ball GT. Name origin: "Big Bang Attack" and "Super Kamehameha".
* 100x Big Bang Kamehameha.
The full-powered version of the Big Bang Kamehameha introduced in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 and the Budokai Tenkaichi series as Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta's ultimate attack.
* Evolution Kamehameha:
This technique is taken from the movie Dragonball Evolution. It is quite similar to the Kamehameha used in the anime and manga, however with very few differences depending on the user: Roshi has to channel ki from his chest to his arms before he releases it through his hands while Goku has to channel ki outside of him forming an aura as he crosses his arms in an X shape while the rest of the technique is simlar to how Goku usually uses it. Also, unlike the anime, it has more uses than the typical Kamehameha, it can light torches as well as be used as a defribrilator (the latter demonstrated by Roshi saving Goku from near death after Mai shoots him.) Roshi also states that it is the fifth and most advanced level of airbending. Along with saying that the more concentration put into it will make the Kamehameha stronger (such as when Goku contrated his normal form with Oozaru form into the attack and formed the Kamehameha into a traditional beam rather than a small flow of energy.)

Fine set it up how ever you like. Really Dose not matter to me anymore as long as I can learn it. If there were Jounin or Sannin auto-rank positions available I would of applied for one. But since I have to start as a low rank, I'm a low rank. I could of waited till I was jounin or Sannin to release this but I felt it would be better if i started training on it early since I have nothing to do in the village at the moment. With the amount of training involved just to be able to master it, a academy student being able to discover "The true potential" of the White Chakra wouldn't be to insane. Its not like he has mastered it or anything like that, he has simply come across something that involves White Chakra and will take a very long time to master. But like I said, set it up how ever you like. I was simply wanting to give the Hatake a edge and give my rpc credit for something instead on just being a random Hatake member who's like everyone else.

This jutsu uses a scroll, and requires the blood of the user and the target, as well as all but 1 chakra point of the target (given willfully by the target). The scroll has 2 spots for blood, and only the person with blood in the "user" spot will be able to use the jutsu. The user then applies chakra to the scroll, which wraps around a target and puts them in a stasis web. The user can then enter the mind of the target, and "reprogram" that person with an alternate identity. That person may have all or none of his/her original memories [reliant on the user's preference], and can have false memories implanted by the user. Once the jutsu is complete, the target will become the new identity, and will wake up 1 day after this jutsu is used as the new identity. They will still have control over all types of jutsu learned by them [unless specifically deleted by the user], and will never suspect they have been tampered with IF the user does a great job. However, there is a catch: Every 100 posts made by the target after the jutsu is done, the user will remember a random memory from the past. [These memories will be any post other than the one where they were reprogrammed.] Each memory will be from a post made sometime before the reprogram, and will appear in the target's dreams. After 500 posts since the jutsu was used, the target will regain a memory that fills in all the blanks, and the jutsu will become undone. The target will then remember everything from the past and present identity. The general idea is that the target will either learn from their mistakes and be good after experiencing a different lifestyle, or the target can have the jutsu used over and over again on them to keep them from truly remembering the past. Rp Sample After a long fight at the gates with an akasuki member, the Tsuchiage and his sannin were in the ANBU base with the akasuki member. Deep under ground, the akasuki member was facing a type of trial. "Well, you've got two choices as far as we are concerned." "I'll do the jutsu, so long as I get to live." The kage nodded, and guestured to the medic sannin to proceed. She went forward, and pulled a scroll from her pouch. She cut the man's bound finger, and let the blood drip on the "target" circle. She then bit her thumb, and wiped it on the "programmer" circle. "Release as much chakra as you can." Said the sannin, and the prisoner complied. He poured his chakra into the scroll, and stopped just as he was about to pass out. The sannin then stepped back, and laid the scroll on the ground. She then slapped it, and applied an S rank of chakra to the scroll. The scroll jumped into the air, and wrapped itself tightly around the prisoner. The prisoner muffled a little in surprise, and then went silent. The sannin then walked forward, and placed her hand on the scroll. She entered the man's mind, and wiped everything she could, except his base motor skills and memory of jutsu. She then spend the next several hours running through a prepared psyche, and fabricated memories of the target's past, including the learning of all the jutsu he had. Now, for all intents and purposes, he is a Rock ANBU. She took her hand off the man, and the scroll disintegrated off of the man. She then unbound the unconscious man, and took him to the hospital to recover from the ordeal.... "Mark" awoke in a cool hospital bed, and sat up quickly. He noticed a nurse in the room, and flashes of the fight with his squad appeared in his mind. He had no remorse though, and he assumed that it was because of the ANBU training he had received. He arose from bed, and found nothing wrong with his body. Hmm, these nurses here sure are something. He left the hospital after checking out, and reported to the Tsuchikage for instruction... [300 posts later] (Mark was running toward the gates, eager to kill...someone. He did not quite know whom. Mountains surrounded him, and he arrived at the break of dawn. He saw guards at the gate, but his was upon them with his assassin speed before they could react. He sliced their throats, and was about to move on right as a heavy blow hit him from the side...)Mark awoke, and grabbed his head. He had been having such dreams for the past few months now, and they were all strangely real to him. He sat there breathing heavily, and contemplated the newest dream's meaning. He looked up to see a strange woman tell him he could either die, or take part in an experimental jutsu. Make sure you make it so, the jutsu is learned in the amount of posts it takes any other Sannin to learn the jutsu. Other than that, I don't see anything wrong with it. Also, make sure that you follow through with the getting the person's permission before you use the jutsu.Actually, I would like to make it so that the jutsu can be performed on any unconscious opponent. Can I change it to that, or only use it as is?

That's not an excuse to deny the jutsu. If you use personal preference as an excuse to deny an application, you will be removed from your customs mod position. JB, you can only have 8 custom techniques MAX, so limit the attack down to 8 variations. Also, make sure you give descriptions on how each one is used, as well as what damage they can do. Keep in mind that the ones that blow up entire planets will not be allowed, because the people in other villages cannot do anything against it once it is fired.

Lance Fulgurant Alright, I'm tired of seeing variations of the eight gates style, I know that I approved Panthers, and Magetech's technique will also be allowed, but I want to put a stop to it right now before everyone and their mother has an eight gates variant of their very own. My thoughts exactly. Although, I have noticed that for the most part, the other versions don't have the same boost at the final level. Katake-gates don't stack with themselces, so max of 4 ranks is achieved, although the user could go 40 posts with their gates open, as apposed to the 24 posts of 8 gates usage. However, after 5 gates the 8 gates style would surpass the hatake 4th gate. So in this way, the two are balanced. However, I think we should make it so that your character can only learn 1 of the 3 gates styles. Don't you? Otherwise, someone that knows all 3 would be unstoppable.

Well two are clan specific, so that shouldnt be TOO much of a problem. But yea, me and Mage can only learn Hatake gates, and Panthers may only learn his gates. Of course deil, doesnt the lothat clan use beer gates, or am I going insane.
