{{lol!! Yes you did, and very well! biggrin And that was so cute! Even Akira's familiar stood up against the horses for Ever! lol!}}
Ever somewhat agreed with what Akira said about telling their headmistress about Ares showing up. She honestly didn't know what to do. So, she took her own advice and just focused on the class right now. Take it one step at a time.
Ever looked around at the animals and surprisingly, did not feel as upset as she had before at not feeling a connection with one of the animals. It seemed to be the least of her problems right now. And the professor had said that the connection might not show itself for everyone today. They had an entire school year for one to develop.
And the creatures were just so cute! Well, most of them were. How could she be stressed while around them?!
She smiled back at Akira. "They're all so cute!"

drag0ntamer Shintero was startled a bit when a plant suddenly grew out of the water he conjured up and began to speak. He was about to say something but was cut off by Kindra. "I dont know what make you think we are trespassing, but im a student who just transferred here from the mystic fountain high school. My friend Shintero here has been acting as my body guard in a sorts, the reason for that though is quiet a long story. As for the dragon that's behind us, it is actually not a real dragon but one formed from Shintero's spells." She didn't take lightly to being called a trespasser, and had hoped that her explanation had cleared things up. "Well then, Miss, I advise you go up and speak with the headmistress. She'll get you fully acquainted with this school. And please disperse with that dragon. I am not having a good day around them it seems." Miriam sighed and clutched her forehead, the days events seriously taking it's toll on her. For one, today was a damn cloudy day, which meant her body was running low on energy. Two, things seem to be extra stressful for her. Three, she has to deal with a class who watched her get burnt to a crisp and make sure that they don't shun Caroline. But worst of all, her favorite body was destroyed! That'll take weeks to remake, and until then, she's stuck with this green body that clearly marks her for what she is. She shook her head slightly. Now wasn't the time to deal with that. "Anyways, I'm Miriam Rose. I'm one of the professors here, and also the grounds keeper. I apologize for assuming you were trespassers, but when someone arrives on something as large as that, you can't help but be cautious."

"Well its a pleasure to meet you professor rose, and yes I understand you can't be too careful should something unknown appear." She then turned towards Shintero "I should be fine from here on out thanks for the ride." After bidding farewell to Shintero and watching him fly off back to the Mystic Fountain High School, she turned back towards the professor with one question in mind. "May I ask, where is the headmistress's office located?"

((thank you lol and yes, i looooove playing Kilala ^^))
Akira, who had stopped glaring once they had passed the horses' fence, smiled back at Evermore and said excitedly, "No kidding!! And some look seriously strong too! I gotta say, this is my favorite class now!! After all, i have an awesome Two Tailed Cat Demon now!" she beamed, and the feline purred happily, nuzzling her nose against Akira's neck.
A thought suddenly occurred to the Dog Hanyou.
"Hey! Am i suppose to tell the teacher or something?" she asked Evermore, glancing at the Winderbees.

Miriam nodded. "Yes I do. I can..."
It then struck her of her current form. Not something she wanted to go and reveal to the entire school just yet. She looked like a green imp. She really hated this form after seeing humans, and didn't want to go around the school looking like this. "Umm... I can find someone to show you where she is. I can't really enter the school normally. I'm quite rooted to the ground."

Ever considered Akira's question. She looked around and finally saw their professor talking to different girls about different creatures. At least she assumed that's what they were talking about, what with the professor's gestures toward the animals and such.
"Well, she seems pretty busy right now, and you already have your familiar...."
Ever's eyes widened and she turned back to her friend with a smile on her face. "You don't have a class after this, right? You could always talk to her after class, when the other students have left."

Akira blinked, then grinned at the Fury's suggestion.
"Right! I mean she'd does look busy right now and besides, she'd probably wonder why I'd be leaving with an animal anyways!"
The Kitty meowed in agreement once again, then jumped into Akira's arms and curled up, closing her blood red and black cat eyes. The girl giggled softly and held the animal close, smiling warmly.
She glanced up and Evermore and said, "I really am starting to seriously love her. Though it is a little odd that she's a feline and i'm still technically a canine, but heck, i'm not complaining!" she admitted, still trying to come up with a name that would be worthy, beautiful and just right for this Demon.
Another thought occurred to the Dog Hanyou and she grinned a fanged grin and winked at her best friend.
"See? If this wacky combination is possible, for sure you can find a familiar just right for you!! I mean come on, what were the chances of me getting a Demon???"

Ever grinned and laughed softly. "Around here, next to Bai Ching? Not likely, considering we're all about white and neutral magic around here. It was like the cat came here for you."
She smiled down at the cat in Akira's arms and then up at Akira. "I'm happy you two found each other, but you really need to think up a name for her."
She laughed at what she said.

"I know right! So for sure a creature in there is meant for you!" Akira giggled and nodded.
"Uh huh, but it's hard coming up with the perfect name...I bet it'll come to me in my sleep or something!" she added happily before winking.
Also, if i can do that invisible trick again...That'll make it all the easier for us to look for the you know what!!"

Ever smiled appreciatively at Akira. "Let's hope so. If not today, then a different day!"
About 20 minutes later, class was over. Professor Markums dismissed class and went about feeding the creatures. There was no homework for the first day. They would stay in the fenced in area for a few more days.
Ever knew that Akira needed to speak with the professor, so Ever smiled at her and said, "Go ahead. I think I'm going to go to the Headmistress's office to read that book. I'll see you at dinner. And thanks again, Akira, for defending me."
She smiled and then ran toward the school.

As the class ended, Aurora got up. She let Altan down so he could walk with her. He was a very nice cat, she decided, and she quite liked him. He had a rather dry sense of humor and was very clever with his words, so conversation wasn't boring. Well, not yet anyway. She understood that she'd really only known him for the duration of one class which, admittedly, is not very long at all.
Altan also liked Aurora. He found her to be a very kind young lady, but not unintelligent and she most definitely had her head on straight. Some of these girls... they seemed very nice, but perhaps a bit misguided. It could be that he was simply opinionated, however, as he preferred intelligent conversation to a long time of sitting and hearing people talk on how beautiful he was. (He knows he's beautiful. You needn't say it five times in one sentence!)

When she was standing before Headmistress Krause's door, Ever carefully put her hand on it. When there was no shock or other defense mechanism and when the door even opened up for her, she smiled brightly.
She walked into the office slowly, taking in everything around her. She could tell that Headmistress Krause wasn't in because the lights were off. So, Ever turned on the lights {{your choice on what the office looks like Secret, so I'm not going to describe it. smile }} and smiled at the safe and happy feeling she felt.
Then, seeing the tome still on the Headmistress's desk, Ever went over to the desk, sat in the main cushioned chair, and began reading where Krause had left it open.

The air shimmered in one of the chairs facing the desk, and Ares appeared in it, lounging easily, as if he owned the place. He glanced around the office, confirming what he already knew; it was a nice, formal, but comfortable type of room. It had dark mahogany wood furniture and complementing red and purple tones throughout the room. The chairs were armchairs--not quite the plushy sort that mortals were fond of putting in their living rooms, but a more refined, elegant type.
There weren't many personal decorations--most of the knick-knacks that could be seen were related to the school or the magics taught there. The bookshelves held only factual books; three whole shelves were dedicated to Bai Ching and the other magical schools. There was one large main window, from whence most of the light would come on sunny days. One could easily see to where the familiars class had taken place earlier from there, and the sunlight (if present) would shine directly onto the desk. There were three photos on the desk--one of a younger Arielle and, presumably, her parents, taken at a festival of sorts*; the second of Arielle from probably just a few years back, standing proudly at the entrance of the school; and the third of a dog and two beautiful Persian cats who were all lying against a royal red backdrop.
Ares nodded to himself. This room definitely suited someone like Arielle Krause; polite and detached, but nonetheless welcoming. He raised an eyebrow at Evermore, however. "Well, well, well. Snooping around, huh?"
((*I was thinking Oktoberfest for this festival biggrin ))

{{Never been to one. sad }}
Ever jumped in the chair when something moved in the corner of her eye. She dropped the book in fright and looked in the area near one of the chairs with wide eyes.
When she saw who it was, she glared fiercely at him, her black hair already flashing to red. "Ares!! What the hell are you doing here?! This is the Headmistress's office!"

He laughed, a short barking sound. "Oh, yeah, I know. I was just... admiring the view." He grinned at her.
