Panata slowly raised his head as the Bronze and Brown began their rounds to the sides of the boys, and he found a sad and gentle smile creeping onto his lips. Such a sad little dragon, if only he could comfort him. People felt better in groups, or even with only one other there beside him, and how Panata longed to be the one that this little dragon could look to.
". . . Please . . ."
His plea was a silent prayer, not for Impresion to himself as if he were begging for it, but more of a hope that this Brown would find someone and not go between. It would render this whole hatching a failure in the young boy's mind, if even one could not find their own.
His silent whispers were interrupted at the cracking of an egg, a blue with bold coloring quickly hatching and looking towards the boys. Panata couldn't help but wonder about the urgency.

Doremy frowned. Before, he'd been hoping that the rest of the dragonets would be quieter, more tame... but this was too much. He hadn't been hoping for misery. Did this clutch have nothing but extremes?
Still, he couldn't help but feel... well, concerned on the brown's behalf. He seemed almost to not have the will to look for His on his own, like he didn't quite have a strong hold on life yet. Such despair from such a young dragonet... It ached to watch him, almost.

Blinking she watched as the Imposter gold egg and the arctic waters egg both decided that it was a good time to hatch and join the other hatchlings on the sands. Cocking her head she wondered at how the imposter gold egg almost seemed to be afraid and watching how he seemed to be in a hurry to impress she hoped that it didn't take long for him to find His.
Taking a quick glance at the queen and seeing that she was busy further down the line Nadia turned her attention to the arctic waters egg and wondered if the dragon inside where part of the reason the imposter gold was afraid.

She found herself pleased that the gold had risen to the call of the bronze and helped to calm the brown. As the brown and bronze walked together through the male Candidates, another egg shifted.
Adding to the stress of the day, with the little brown cheered up -not by much, mind you- but still looking ready to get back in his egg and forever stay there and the Queen remaining indecisive, the Imposter Gold egg gave a shiver. Curiously, so did the Arctic Waters egg! Amoreth had a feeling that turmoil was once again going to break loose.
The blue left the Imposter Gold egg, staring at the other quaking egg in utter horror. That seemed to further fuel her thoughts--the Arctic Waters egg had a grumpy vibe during the Touching.. would it produce another angry hatchling that would further terrorize the sands?

Thank Chaseth’s Flame for the bronze, escorting the forlorn seeming brown their way. Fortune willing both of the dragonets would find Theirs amongst them, though Mishal wouldn’t be surprised if he bronze went back to the other eggs after the brown was hopefully settled. Poor dear brown and admirable bronze. H e got ready to receive the pair along with the other male candidates, not crowding or getting in their was but getting ready to greet them. Surely someone here was Theirs!
And then suddenly there was another coming their way as well, a scared seeming blue who seeming sought refuge with His too. Mishal could remember the Arctic egg as being grumpy and could only hope that it wasn't another angry dragonet. Things were going so well right now.

Looking up through his lashes what he saw wasn't good. Imposter Gold Egg hatched into a terrified blue, scared of Artic Waters. If their were any more aggression he feared the brown would give up and between. He sent the blue and brown calming thoughts as best he could. "Told you not to worry about your sister, she impressed fine. I understood your worry though, there was a battle between brothers that put her at risk." He mumbled to the blue, knowing he probably didn't hear him.
Artic Waters had been a grumpy egg, he would be a powerful and aggressive dragon. He would demand attention, and take it by force if he had to. He was rebellious like Arolon himself, or so the boy thought. He wouldn't be shunned or ignored by anyone! He was proud of what he was, maybe even a little arrogant. Maybe he would seek out the blue to exact revenge of some sort? He knew the blue was searching for his for protection.

The egg kept moving, and so did the blue. He fled from the unhatched dragonet and toward the boys, accidentally running over one and probably breaking his arm. This was not done intentionally, he just had to get away.
Even as he Impressed, he didn't stop, fleeing toward the table of food prepared for them and calling out to His as he went.
Belrammine! Run! Hurry!
Soon, he would introduce himself as Nachith, but for now...
Run, Belram! Run!
Mine, you look like you've been eating sand!

Such a handsome Blue! It seemed that all the members of this Clutch were to be fantastically marked, Gylren noted, taking in the intricate spiral patterns of the Blue. Now that he had found His, this one seemed anything but timid, racing over to the food table and probably breaking a boy's arm in the process. Gyl winced as he watched that, hoping that it didn't break the bone.

So the sand eater had impressed, hmm? Good for him, he needed something nice. Leicha could onyl watch through with curious wonder why the blue seemed so...afraid, but that would probably explained when the shell was shed from that angry blue egg. Until then he would have to speculate the reason.

Panat was happy a quick Impression had occured, but his worries stayed on the Brown accompanied by the Bronze and Gold. Surely he would find his own soon, right? How much longer?

Yet another injury. Trista looked over at the injured boy hoping he would be all right. My but that was a whirlwind bonding. Turning to the object that caused the little blue so much fear she waited to see what would happen. Ready to move back if necessary. For this was the egg that was so out of sorts mood during the touching

Nadia blinked as the blue dragon ran over one of the boys, wincing she shook her head. "Wow, it just doesn't pay to be male today..." She muttered while watching the injured boy cradle his arm. Getting a view of the blue she eyed the patterns that ran down its neck and back, grinning she watched as its new rider went after the dragon.

Faster than you could blink, the Arctic Waters Egg shattered; pieces flew everywhere, striking the remaining eggs and a few front row candidates. The green was not crazed as Sakneth had been, but it was clear she was still Not Happy, and every dragon in High Reaches would know it!
Her voice came out loud, clear and screeching. She most resembled a wife very angry with her husband.
NACHIIIITH!

Trista blinked as the arctic water's egg shattered to reveal a unhappy green. She wasn't sure what she was expecting but the green wasn't it. Still she hoped the little one would find her bonded fairly easily. There had already been enough excitement for this hatching to her mind. Though she had a feeling it wasn't going to be that easily.

Belram had had a long time to imagine how it would be when he finally Impressed his, and this...had never been how the scenario played out in his head. But he was nothing if not flexible, and was on his feet as quickly as possible to dash after His, doing his best to not stumble in the sand. He cast a quick look back at the boy with the broken arm as he went, making a note to apologize later.
Faster~! Hurry, you must be over here with your Nachith NOW.
None too soon for the blue, the C- Weyrling - skidded to a stop beside him, panting.
There! Now that we are safe, I am hungry. And have you seen Lofrewth? I was busy and not looking.
"I...who's Lofrewth?" Belram - B'ram - asked, going to hand him a piece of meat only to discover that his dragonet was now under the table.
No, she is here! Hide, B'ramMine! We must hide!
And so, of course, he joined Nachith under the table.

Oh dear, what an....angry, angry Green. It seemed that this one was a little ball of rage, and Gyl cringed as her voice cut through the sounds of the Hatching. Shards, is she loud! Well, at least she was healthy, if her voice was any testament to health. Gyl could see exactly why the Blue before her had been so eager to get away! He'd have done the same, especially with such an angry Green on his heels!
