((It was this: Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique)
Description: The user locks eyes with the target and forces a hand seal. For as long as the two can keep looking at each other without being distracted or obstructed, both cannot move. When the user blinks, it's also over.
But since Blade stood between us and broke eye contact, the jutsu is over))
Hirose clenched his teeth in fury and pulled down on his hood to cover his face again. He quickly unsheathed a katana. "Blade if you don't move I will ram this sword through you to kill him. He attacked my village, the one you're supposed to be allies with. He will die." Hirose's chakra suddenly seemed to change with his words, turning a dark purple and black.

"Wait...you talk? And yes we're allies with them...hence the Mizukage stopped the attack. This is not the time and the place and Raikage and the Mizukage have already talked about this. It was not him that started it it was one of your own that attacked by trying to steal his eyes, yes I know all of what happened in Cloud," Blade told him as he motioned for him to sheath his sword. "Now...as long as you're in my village there will be no fighting."

Dante watched with slight amusement. If he really wanted to he could make it end right now, but it would be meaningless for him to do so at this moment. He crossed his arms in the meantime

Hirose stared at Blade for a moment, as if seeing if he was speaking the truth or not. The he sheathed his blade. "Then the cloud shinobi will die for bringing smoke to my skies." He glanced at Blade. "I talk when I want to."

"We're already working on that...so don't worry," Blade told him. "Excuse me, it's been edgy lately. We don't want to cause war with you. Don't get me wrong...the Bloody Mist doesn't take lying to. But the Mizukage feels that we shouldn't rush into battle blindly as before," Blade told Dante.

"Yes I am...whenenver he's gone I assume his responsabilities. Honestly he wishes that we could trade places but it seems that whenever he gets back from another village, he's called to another once again," Blade explained to him.

"I see......very busy then I can assume. So is there any village you are at...disagreement with at this time? Mist is well known for bloodbaths but I must say I haven't seen much of it for awhile." He said remembering Mist for being famous for such things

Blade thougth about this and nodded. "Well we have an alliance with Cloud. We are neutral with Rain and Sand at the moment. It's Leaf and Sound that's an issue...we have yet to decide who to ally with and who to attack," Blade explained.

Hirose resumed his quiet silence, listening carefully to Dante and Blade. After hearing Mist's alliances, his memories of Sand lingered back to him. Though he hated to admit it, Sand was more of his home than Cloud was after he recieved his training there. Hirose was uncontrollably enraged about what had happened to his own village, but if this had happened to Sand, if anything had happened to Kazuo or Vesta, he couldn't quite tell what he'd do. Thinking about it made him grip his sword harder though.

Dante listened with interest "Well I noticed that the fact that you and Cloud were allies. Rain village though I'll be surprised if you managed to join together....they tend to be on their own. But regardless....your kage past the time he said he'll be back. I'll give him today to hurry up" He said crossing his arms getting slightly tired of waiting but willing to wait one more day
((looks like he is wrapping things up so yeah lol))

Zane appears at the office only to find Dante talking to Blade and Hirose. He places the severed head in front of Dante as he drops his body off his shoulder. "There...it's finished," was all Zane stated, the temperature in the area still dropping as Zane shows no emotions, ice cold.

Reiniku appeared behind Blade in a spray of fine mist, "Mission complete...Saku was accepted as a leaf shinobi as soon as he asked. I found that no harm would befall him so I left a bit early..." Reiniku whispered, leaving out the part about how he had lost near all of his money while on a mission. "I can return if you find that I left early..." He added in a few seconds later as he waited for an answer.

He smiled and bent down picking up the head and looked at it. He then looks over at Zane. "Good....and a deal is a deal. My attack is off." He noticed the temperature drop and nods. "I'll be on my way then, we'll meet again Zane. As for the body..." He aimed his hand over at it and a fireball shot out of his glove. The heat was incredibly intense to where it made it hot in the room for a moment. After awhile the body was already melting to where it would be in a few. "Take care...." He said as suddenly he turned into a blue ball of flame which floated around them for a moment then vanished
