"You don't have to worry, I'm not that much of a douche." He snickered, "However," teasing her, he didn't finish the sentence and started eating his bagel.
Tess sunk farther into the tub so the water leveled just over her top lip. She let her eyes fall closed and slip almost into a sleep. A few minutes to a half hour flew past. But there it was, the laughter. It always crept in on her at the worst moments. Tess opened her eyes that seemed were being weighed down by bricks, to find she had slipped to the bottom of the tub. She reached her arms up and held onto either side of the claw foot tub and pulled herself from the watery grave. Water spilt over the sides, dispersing across the titled floor. She coughed hard to get the bit of water that got up her nose out, breathing heavily.

Demetrie groaned as he fell off, hitting his head in the glass table parallel to the couch. He pushed himself up and held the side of his head until the pain dimmed. Great day already... The little sleep he had wasn't that good, and after letting Gab care for Tess he wasn't in all that great of a mood. But bhe had to realize that Tess wasn't anyone's, but if so, why did he blow up when he saw the two together? Sure, Gab's had his eyes on etss for awhile, and even if he tried to hide it from everyone Dem could see through his facade. He reached in his pocket for his phone and texted Kimi, figuring she deserved an appology after last night's fiasco. It read
Hey, sorry about last night
I was being selfish sad is she doing any better today?
He sighed, sending the message.

Max blushed and stood up putting her hands on the table firmly.
"However.... However WHAT?!"
She reached over the table to grab the boy by his collar and glare into his eyes. She wasn't strong enough to choke him, just to be very annoying.
Kimi got a text and glanced at her phone, it was from Demm.
Don't worry, she's doing better.
Kimi glanced up and sighed when she remembered that there where no clean washcloths in the bathroom, Tess would need one. She got up and went into the linens closet taking a stalk of about a half dozen then heading for the bathroom. She knocked lightly before opening the door to let herself in.
"Tess?"
Kimi let the door close behind her to see Tess half drowned hanging over the edge of the tub. She set the washcloths down on the counter near the sink then knelt to get closer to the girl.
"Are you okay? What happened?"

"Oh, it's nothing," grinning. Parker pried Max's fingers from his collar and took another bite of his bagel, consuming the rest of his breakfast. Once he was done he put his dish in the sink and washed it, then put it away and turned back to Max. "I'm kidding. Nothing happened, and I didn't do anything."
Continuing to cough, Tess looked over at Kimi as she entered the room. She nodded, but knew she was far from it. "Yeah, I'm okay." She scooped up a handful of water and rinsed her face off with it. If she wasn't completely naked, she would have embraced Kimi tightly; wanting to be held. It never truly occurred to Tess how much she depended on her 'family', but even if it had, she probably wouldn't change a thing. It wasn't that she wanted the attention, but that if she didn't get it occasionally she'd start to push them away...again.

"What happened?"
Kimi sat down on the floor beside the tub and looked into the girl's blood shot eyes. She reached out a hand to pull a few strands of hair off of the girl's face and tuck them behind her ear. She breathed softly and tried not to be to intrusive.
Max crossed her arms and stayed sitting at the table.
"Nothing better have happened! Perv."
She got up and pushed in her chair. After a few minutes of mulling around she walked over to the sink where Parker was and looked up at him.
"I've got some ideas... can we go down to the practice room soon?"

Parker chuckled, "Sure. Oh and I gave this girl at a club our card. She needs some work but she knows basic guitar chords and could probably sing back up vocals."
"Nothing," Tess mumbled, lying again. She sighed, "I fell asleep in the tub and slipped under the water for a minute or so, but I'm okay." She ran her fingers through her drenched hair. "Umm," she needed to change the subject," I wrote a new song the other day, and wanted to run it by you guys sometime. Could I sing it to you when I get out?"

Max smiled and tossed her short hair before she chuckled and smiled big. "Great, Call her up and ask her when she's available for practice."
She reached out to fix Parker's sexy messy hair.
Kimi nodded. She sighed, this was not the best way to start her day but who cared.
"Maybe we should try taking showers for a little while. I'm worried about you....And I'd love to hear your song. Want me to leave now?"
She patted the side of the tub twice and winked playfully.

"Sounds like an idea." Tess looked back down at the water running her finger tips through the cooling water. "Yeah. I have to get out soon anyway. Thanks though,' glancing over at Kimi before pulling the plug for the tub and reached over for a towel.
"Sure thing. Why don't you make yourself decent before we head out though? I'll stop by in fifteen or so, k?" He smiled when she fixed his hair, though wish she didn't. It was bad enough sleeping beside her all night, not to mention holding her. But the more she made contact with him, the more he grew tired of stopping himself.

Myria stretched, looking over to her alarm clock she saw that it was half nine. "Damn," she said, sitting up and rubbing her eyes. Right, I need to get dressed and then see what everyone's up to. She swung her feet out of bed and stepped lightly over to her wardrobe. Myria removed her favorite dress and after putting in on she fetched her mobile and texted Kim: Heya, hows it goin? we got any plans 2day? She asked. Whilst waiting for the reply she began to brush her hair.

{Relationships 101} {Kimi= no dice} {Gab-the man whore = Tess= Demy maybe?} {Max maybe= Parker} {I'm not good at relationships... crying } Max grinned and winked at him before turning and going out the door.
"Don't be late."
She sang as she closed the door behind her. She walked down the hall to her own room and got dressed in a cute soft wine colored dress and black tights. On her feet she wore white and blue polka-doted flats. She ran a brush though her hair and put a new blue bow in it. Once all that was done she was ready to go.
Kimi got up and left Tess to dry off in peace. She checked her phone and found a new text.
-Tess and I are going down to the practice room soon she's got a song I need to hear.-
She texted back then moved to start turning things off, like the toaster and stove.

Trace finished up his second helping of breakfast, and made his way over to the sink. Rather than putting all the dishes in the dishwasher, he figured he's do his fair share of the work and cleaned the dishes, placing them in the drainer afterward. "Thanks for breakfast, Kimi."
Tess wrapped the lime green towel around herself, while using another to dry her hair a little. She opened the cabinet under the sink and blow dried her hair, so she didn't look too much of a mess when she got out of the bathroom. Silently, she slipped back into her bedroom, and redressed herself in a black tank and black jeans with silver sparkles, collapsing onto her bed afterward. Sighing, she sat up. You can get through today, she reminded herself, over and over until the words actually began to set in
Demetri was glad to know Tess was doing better today, but what happened last night still didn't change. He flipped on the coffee maker and planned to spend the next hour or so on the couch watching reruns of some old 90's show...
Val awoke suddenly to the vibration of her phone underneath her. Instantly, she sat up, hitting her head on the steering wheel of her convertible. Originally the plan had been to go back to her dorm but she had left the key inside on one of the side tables. She sighed answering the phone. "Hello?"
"Hey, it's Parker from the club last night. My band and me were gonna go practice and I wanted to see if you wanted to join. I was gonna wait till you called us but I figured I might get an answer from you sooner this way." He brushed a comb through his hair a few times, only to mess it back up directly afterwards. Straight black hair wasn't attractive, now if it's messy black hair, that's a whole other story.
"Uh," some ruffling around could be heard vaguely, "sure. Where should I meet you guys?"
"1294 West Auburn Street, it's past the museum on the left."
"See you in twenty!" And with that Parker ended the call, slipped on some ripped up jeans, and a white collared shirt that remained unbuttoned. He slid his keys into his pocket before leaving the apartment to get Max, smiling as always.
[sorry for taking so long to reply, saw the midnight viewing of new moon so i was out for most of the day and all night.]

Myria jumped as her phone rang. It was the reply. She read it and answered: -Do you mind if I tag along?- She stood and, after checking her room was tidy, walked down the stairs to her kitchen. As she cooked her breakfast she sang quietly to herself.

Gab finished his third helping of breakfast and moved to put his plates in the sink. Once done he went into Kimi's bedroom and got himself a new outfit for the day. A rough black netted shirt, and read plaid boy shorts. He tugged on a sweater too for now and went back into the main room. Without talking to anyone he walked straight out the door and into the hallway. The kid wanted to get some practice done. He walked town to the basement where the practice room was and opened it. After flicking of the lights he sighed. This was the place he liked most of all. Gab closed the door to the large sound proof room and situated himself behind the drum kit. In a flash he was creating sound and his stix twirled and sparkled.
Kimi got another text when she was standing over the coffee table emptying an ash tray.
-Go ahead, I'll me down in 10-
She texted back and went to knock on Tess's door. Kim didn't opened the door but leaned into it as she spoke.
"I'm going down to opened up the practice room, see you soon."
She then left not waiting to hear a response. When she got down to the room just outside the door she heard Gab. Well, it looked like one of them was using his talents loudly already today. She stepped into the room and plugged in her bass. Kim took a seat on a tall stool and plucked along to the rhythms that Gab was beating out of his set.
