The blue-haired girl waved goodbye and looked over to the kitchen. If it was so simple, why had Jay not made anything for herself? And the knife was very ominous. She glanced around to see if anyone else was around. Nope. A smile came to her face. Ominous or not, Jay was hungry and the least she could do for her fellow team mates, would be make them breakfast. She was just going to be cautious though. She was quiet as she moved to the kitchen door. Peeking in, quietly Serena slipped inside and made a quick dash to find somewhere to hide. Let the games begin.

When Axl strode in, all he could smell was slightly...almost...sour milk. There wasn't a soul around, which made him frown. "Aw man. Breakfast has to be better today than it was yesterday, right?" He hurried over to the menu, reading it.
"Cereal? CEREAL? What is this?! Rock stars don't eat cereal!" He sniffed at the bowls set out on the counter...and nearly fell over. While on their own, the bowls of milk didn't smell to bad, together they stank. Eyes watering, he backed away from the curdled milk, a paw clamped on his nose. "Ohmygod.."

Em came skipping in behind Axl and almost smacked into him, stopping right before she did. "Eep! Sorry 'bout that darlin', almost ran right inta ya." She inhaled and coughed hard, "My gosh, what are they trying to do? Kill us?" she snorted and grabbed a small box of dry cereal and turned, scoping the mess hall to see if Billy was in here too.

Axl turned to face Em, his paw still clamped firmly on his face. He was starving, but he couldn't eat dry cereal! That was so not a rockstar thing to do. His lip trembled a bit, causing his labret piercing to jiggle.
"Aw man, I didn't eat yesterday cause the food was gross and some loser barfed and it was so nasty! If I'd eaten that crap in a room smelling like barf, I would have barfed too! And now this junk? I'm gonna starrrrve!"

"Well," she shrugged, "grab some dry cereal. I got off lucky, I don't like milk anyways. I always have cereal like this," she waved the small box around. "And you know, I'm pretty awesome, so, like, all the kids should be eating their cereal like this." She giggled, sometimes her secretly over-inflated ego snuck up and got the best of her.

He pouted. "I like milk.." he mumbled under his breath as he looked around. "Can we go outside? It smells so rank in here."

She sighed and shrugged, "Sure, I'm keeping my cereal though," she hugged it to her chest protectively in a joking way, "The smells starting to get to me too."

"Fine with me. As long as we can get away from this stench. Its almost as bad as yesterday!" He made a face and hurried out to the main campgrounds.

She strolled after him, chomping her cereal as she walked.

Bobby wandered into the mess hall with Minara to see if they could find some hot water for tea, or something edible... At this late hour he was afraid of what they would find!!!

Stealing a tea kettle full of boiling water, and some leftover sandwich bread, that wasn't too stale, Bobby returned to his team's cabins.

Serena came into the Mess Hall with a bunch of leaves in her arms. She was trying her best to be careful with her paws currently. She sat down at a table in the corner and began to carefully count exactly how many she had gathered. The blue-haired girl could only hope she had enough. She had followed the book to the T about picking the right leaves. However, she only hoped they had the supplies she needed. Getting up, Serena ran over to grab a bowl from the morning's breakfast and dumped the food into the trash immediately. She walked back to her table and propped the leaves into the bowl so that the cut ends would drain the bad stuff out. As she waited the ten minutes, she once again grabbed a left over bowl from the morning, repeating the dumping process, but gladly accepting a spoon that went with that old cereal, and she picked up a Turkey and Cheese sandwich for lunch. At least that's what it SAID it was.. heaven knows it didn't look like turkey in there... Sitting back down, she ate her lunch as she waited.

The girl made a face at the 'sandwich'. That was NOT tasty at all. She could only eat a little less then half before pushing it aside. Her blue eyes glanced over at the bowl with the tilted leaves. That sap was like a laxative. Might be useful later. A sigh escape her maul. That was SO mean of her to do to anyone! But she did remember this was a game. And she wanted her team to win. Taking out the leaves, she picked up the spoon, wincing from the pain from her paws. This would sting but necessary if she would be up for the challenge tomorrow. Carefully, she scrapped off the little points and the tip of the leaves. She split the leaves open and carefully scrapped out the gel and juices, placing them in a bowl. Finally by the time she was done, her paws were red. The bowl of aloe bits wasn't even ready to be used medically, and she wincing. The things she would do to make sure they won. She was quick to use her spoon to grind and mix up the raw materials, whimpering as she did so. It smelled awful but after she was finished she put some on each paw and sighed with relief. As long as she didn't use her paws for the rest of the night, it should be enough to get through the challenge. But that smell! Ugh! She threw out the stuff that was waste product, as well as that 'sandwich', and grabbed her bowls. She wouldn't go into the cabin, but she could sit outside with this fowl-smelling substance.

Jay walked into the Messhall cooly, checking to see if Serena was following her over her shoulder. Back in the central area, she could make out someone who looked like Axl with some chick. But she just shook her head and continued down to the serving area.
Three varieties of sandwiches... Yeah, she was gonna regret her first lunch here. She went for the safest-looking one, the ham-and-cheese. The cheese looked stale, on the brink of molding, and the ham wasn't quite a natural, foodsy pink, but hey, the turkey looked closer to greening and the other one... Had some foreign things in it.
After grabbing her grub, she went to sit at the middle table, towards the back, and waited for Serena to join her, lifting the top piece of bread skeptically and studying the contents.

Serena was right behind Jay and waited for her to get her food since she already had hers. Seeing where Jay wanted to sit she smiled at her and sat down with her. "Sorry about the smell..." She pointed at the bowl. "This is homemade aloe for burns so I can't really cover up that smell very well." She then looked at the green and black girl with concern. "What happened to Annabel?"
