Zelexia No college for me!!! The Financial Aid is F'ed up... again... stressed So I file the paperwork and wait for spring I guess. But all is not lost! I got a contingent job offer from my employer of choice!!! All I have to do is pass the Drug Test and Background Check now! blaugh o congrats!

Freya_Crescent Vickicat Zelexia I finally cleared up a little more space in my living room yesterday, but it's still too much of a mess for me to invite guests over for a while yet. I don't know if it will ever be what I consider as guest worthy though. sweatdrop In other news I'm still looking for another job, I'm waiting on a second interview from one place and seeing if I get any call backs from a few more places. 3nodding I still haven't taken the time to go over to VCC to see about getting enrolled in some classes yet. So yeah, I really need to get it going on that soon too. rolleyes Right now? Not many. Try just after the 14th, the first payment deadline. Some people should have missed it, but you'll have to move quickly.

Since my Financial Aid isn't there this semester I'm going to wait until spring and apply myself to getting a car and possibly moving again in December.
I'm not sure where I want to renew my lease or not at the moment so if I find something better, cheaper, or any combination thereof I'll be relocating again. The rent is going up to $575 in January if I renew the lease, so if I can find a 2 bedroom for roughly the same amount, or find some reliable roommates for a larger place, I intend to relocate.

Prices are pretty cheap on that side of town. A 1-bedroom in the UCF area I think is probably over $800 a month or something. sweatdrop Some of the 4-bedroom apartments might have rent at $575.

wow ucf area ish expensive. I pay 870 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Split between 3 people its about 290 per person. Hope everything works out for ya Zel

Why do you think I've been living on this side of town? The area off E. Colonial and Mills Ave, where my Grandmother lives, is also pretty cheap and the neighborhood isn't that bad for such an urban area.
$800 a month is what they want for a 1/1 at the apartment complex I work at right now. Needless to say, I'd never live there. sweatdrop
I found a 2/1 duplex going for $575 a month, but I was a little nervous since they wanted so little for it. I'm sure there's something wrong with the place, but I didn't stay to find out what.

I knew a girl who used it some years ago, but I have no idea what the name of the site was. You're telling me! I always end up paying for everything anyway, so rent that low would be nice. It would mean I could afford to get a car again. 3nodding There are a lot of sites like that, but some properties just aren't listed, or there's only one or two entries for the rental. It's easier to research apartment complexes, they usually have tons of feedback.

we are still working on fixing up the place. My days off are going to change to monday tuesday and wednesday. I'll get out early on most days so if you guys want to do anything at night I probably can join ya.
