Hello there. Sam here...
I'm not really... uh... informed with the WH40k universe... but I am truly very intrested. The only Warhammer thing I've played is the PC game, Dawn of War.
I have my own plan for an army, even as I don't know anyone Finnish who plays Warhammer 40,000. Plus being a stupid 14 year old doesn't help much.
I have to get the basic stuff and a lot of references for good and/or needed troops/units. I really need help from someone with this. And I know you guys can help me.
Anyways... I've been grabbed by the WH40K universe, but I have been unable to reply with that. I want to start, but I just cant yet. Especially as if I'm going to start playing Warhammer, I have to do every unit myself. My mom wont allow me to buy "So expensive junk", as she calls it.
Now I'll shortly tell you my plan, which I do need help in.
I'm going to practice sculpting. A lot of sculpting.
After I've got hung with the basics, I will ask for tips on building an army. Very much needed units, about the books and perhaps if you can give me photos of them or something. And I will make them myself someday. They wont look great, but at least I'll try.
I'll grow my army one by one. That'll look as customized as it could =P
I have a Nurgle-like Chaos army in plans.
This one will be a bigger post than the whole universe if I'll go every little thing about myself with a sentence. So I'll do this quick.
I'm Sam, 14 years old kid from Finland. Male. I do kendo, draw a lot and am very intrested in art in general. The passion on Warhammer 40K is growing every day. Hopefully I'll get to know you guys good.
Sorry if the post is too long to be read... I like to type... But hate checking spelling mistakes, so I apologize if my text is hard to get any sense out of.

Welcome Cartman. It seems that you as all of us have the same problem, the Warhammer 40k expense. It is a lot of money but if you get other people that are interested then you will have a very good time. Also Ebay is your friend. But as Isis said above feel free to contact any of the admin staff for information/unit prices/army strengths/weaknesses/fluff(background information)
So what army are you interested in?

But I like the idea of making every single thing by myself on the army. Gives me a chance to skip all that babbling my mom would go about buying the models. Also, I would like to practice sculpting anyways. I'm very intrested on it. And one more thing: The Ebay thing... I could sell my own creations.I would like to do that, you know ;D Anyways... As I propably mentioned, I were planning on having a Nurgle Chaos Marine army. I really like the idea of worshipping disease, and I like the gore-like look they have.

Hey whats up! I am SO glad to be in this guild! I love Warhammer 40K Especially the pc games! I have all of them. It is soo cool, that I can be in this guild. I guess i'll see you all around. biggrin

Hello, all. I'm in pretty much the same boat as Cartman, and I'm too poor to play and too lazy to get a job, but what the hell.
Anyway, I'm very enthusiastic, and am always learning more about WH40K, so I'm glad to be here.

Hello I have been interested into 40k for about a year and I played the game for 6 months. I really love the Necron army.
I plan to buy a squad of Imperial Guard and customize it to make it look like one of the traitor legions blood pact. (just for show)
I am also currently working on a 40k fluff based on my army wins.

Well hello and welcome to the guild shinobikun. mrgreen We've got a good necron player here.(haven't seen him in a while but I'm sure he'll come back.)
So if you've got any Q's I think everyone should be willing to answer them. Our Captain is Dartstriker, and he would be the man to ask about the guild, and other Q's along those lines.

Hi. I'm relativly new to 40k, though my older brother plays a lot.
I play tyranids, and I'm kinda interested in space marines. Last time I played, a got thrashed. The hive mind would have been disappointed in me gonk

Listen getting thrashed with Nids is not a bad thing. THe hive mind probably wouldn't even notice, really there are some many nids. If a billion nids die they hardly even notice.
But welcome aboard, I'm sure as you get more involved the better you will get.
