Mod pushed Blaze back. "Mod, Icy Breath", ordered Bella. Mod opened his mouth and a icy wind came from his mouth, freezing the enemies. They were frozen when the misty wind died down.
"...I can't repogram him....my best friend and one of the most youngest and smartestr scientist, Katie Lavias...died along time ago...taking her M.O.D with her...thats why I don't want Mod to die", explained Bella. "Mod is the only thing I have from her"

"I understand completely. Sometimes, you never really know what you had until it's gone," Blaze stated. He ran past the frozen enemies, and ended up on the platform where the bomb was set. "One minute to detonation eh? Cutting it awfully close, but I'm sure I can disarm it with time to spare." He set to work looking closely at the wiring. "I can't just cut any wire randomly, cutting the wrong wire cut detonate it prematurely."

"I got it", roared Mod as he pushed Blaze aside and bit the right wires. The counter went off. "Good job Mod", smiled Bella as she petted his ears

"Show off..." Blaze stated in a flat tone. He gave a mock expression of annoyance with the plushie, before taking the bomb. "Just to ensure that they don't rewire it." He took apart the bomb, before removing its explosive charges, which he then disassembled further, pouring the blasting fluid out, rendering them useless.
He drew Auros' blade from his back, looking at the shining metal in the glow of the Mako below. "This belongs to you Auros, it always has, and it always will." He held the blade over his head, before throwing it straight down and over the railing, the blade spinning as it fell into the Mako below.

Before Mod said anything, Bella covered his mouth and watched Blaze return the sword to the Lifestream. Bella put her head down and prayed from Blaze and his brother.

The SOLDIER 3rd Class turned to Mod and smiled. "Well done Mod. Remind me not to get on your bad side." His gaze turned to Bella, his smile still on his face. "Crisis averted... we could head back to Shin-Ra headquarters. Or, we could take some time to relax. Maybe even see LOVELESS." His Mako eyes closed, and his right hand scratched the back of his head.

'Well, its late. We should get some sleep. Maybe we can go on a date tomorrow", giggled Bella, covering her mouth. Mod glared at Blaze and turned around. "Come on slowpoke, Master Bella is tired", growled Mod

"I believe the correct term for her would be Mistress, Master is for a male, Mistress is for a female," Blaze lectured. He held his hand over his mouth as he stifled a laugh, before walking across the walkway again, past the frozen enemies. When he reached the ladder, he began to climb.

Blaze walked dropped back down from where he currently was on the ladder and walked next to the SOLDIER 1st Class. "He certainly is the paranoid little guy. He thinks I'm hitting on you, Bella," whispered Blaze. He smirked as he looked at Mod, having said what he just did to spite the plushie. "You wanna get back at him for being such a pervert, right? If we played along to his suspicions, it'd drive him nuts." He grinned mischievously.

"Sounds good to me Bella," Blaze stated. He began to climb up the ladder, a smile on his face to give the illusion that he was just successful in asking her out on a real date. "We still need to get back to headquarters."
Sephiroth knocked on the door of Lazard's office. "Lazard, are you in there? I'd like to speak with you. It's concerning the promotion rules of SOLDIER."
