She walked in, still favoring her right leg as her pet followed her. Her body was still mottled with dark bruises, but they were a little lighter than they had been before. A little. She put a hand to her neck, her choker chaffing her where she had bruises from being strangled, but she didn't dare take it off. Not where there were people.
She looked around for Gail, but saw only Krii'Ouse, Skiaska, and another hunter she did not know. She sighed, taking her hand away from her throat. "Have any of you seen Gail?"

Morgan's eyes instantly opened after Krii'Ouse left her mind. She shot up in her bed abruptly scaring Gail bad enough to make her jump back about two feet. Morgan cocked her head around, and looked around the room. She knew where she was, but she still asked in her same ominous voice, "I'm in an operation room correct?" Her question wasn't really directed at a specific person, she just wanted an answer.
Morgan suddenly remembered her hands, and quickly looked at them. There was nothing there but the scar marks of two crosses just as in her mind, except they weren't fresh wounds. Then she inspected her ribs, and saw they had been stitched, and the Doctor was just finishing the bandaging. She saw the doctor had been frightened by her sudden unexpected awakening and she aplogized, "I'm sorry I frightened you... It was not my intention..."

Krii'Ouse shook Miles' hand. 'You don't have to insult yourself or scold yourself.' he said, motioning to his head, and then pointing to Miles' head. 'It's a simple misunderstanding.'
He turned to Lydia, who had just come in. 'She's in the operating room. A new Huntress was just rescued, and is being treated. She'll be done soon.' he said, turning his head to the operating room.
--
Gail kept on working after the woman jumped to consciousness. 'That's okay. It was just a sudden jerk, and poof, you're awake. Don't worry about it.' she said, continuing to bandage her.

Morgan felt uncomfortable and out of place in this room. Everyone here were normal, but Morgan... She wasn't normal... She was practically raised by demons, and knew nothing of the humans except for the French and English laguages and the Christian Religion. Besides that, she was a complete outcast.
She hadn't the slightest clue as to what a lycan or vampire were since she was never exposed to them. She only ocassionally heard the names, but not often. Her assignments were to kill other enemy demons, or humans. The demons had found her powers useful and used them to their advantage.
Morgan closed her eyes, she didn't want to think about her past... She didn't want to be in this room where she was the outcast... She got up from the bed and walked out of the infirmary, though her condition was still very horrid. [Exit to Central Park]

"Thank you, Krii'Ouse." she said, her head against going to her throat, attempting to ease her necklace around her neck and bruise. As she stood still, her new pet took the time to twine around her mistress's ankel and to mew for Lydia to pick her. She obliged the kitten, picking it up and holding her to her chest as she scratched her ears. Lydia had found soon after she had gotten her pet that cats enjoyed that immensly.
She watched as the new huntress walked out. She caught a glimpse of her thoughts. Lydia also knew far too well what it was like to be different.

Skiaska smiled and stretche dher amrs over her head and around her chin, cracking every bone repeatedly, doing the same with her other arm. "Is okay, Miles. And Sethe... Demoness just LOVES it." Ski winked and ignored the many innuendos flying through her head due to Ski-neko's thoughts/words. She turned to Lydia.
She stopped when she saw the cat. She let out a short, shrill squeal that sounded something along the lines of "kitty!" She composed herself and looked a the cat and mewed, giving off a sign that she was a fellow feline. Her tail twitched excitedly.

The kitten sniffed at Skiaska hesitantly before giving the huntress a friendly lick on the nose. "I found her while I was in the city." Lydia told Skiaska, openly unnerved by her behavior. The kitten mewed back Skiaska after that friendly lick, attemtping to communicate back how Lydia had saved her from a waterlogged box.

Miles grinned and shook his head at Krii'Ouse "That's creepy" he said refering to his mind being read. His mentor had told him about telepathic people and how to shut them out. He eyed Krii'Ouse then decided not to worry about it.

After smiling widely fromt he lick, Skiaska managed to catch the drift from the cat and frowned. "Poor kitten..." She saw the look on Lydia's face and had the decency to blush. "Heh... Sorry Lyd... I've always had a thing for cats... Which makes sense I guess..." She wagged her tail around. "Also, it helps I can understand them a bit. This oen tells me soemthing about water in a box and being saved. That's all I coudl catch though. But I got the idea." Skiaska smiled.

Sethe stepped back as Skiaska went nuts over the kitten. He heard the new Huntresses thoughts as she left. She left to fast for him to say anything to her. He had been an outcast for years... and imprisoned by the daemons.
He knew how she might feel.
He walked up to Lydia, petting the kitten calmly. He scratched behind her ears. 'Pretty kitty.' he said, in reference to the kitten. He always did this, in hopes that the kitty would like him more... for some reason...

While Lydia was unnerved by all the attention her pet was recieving, the kitten was basking in it. It mewed and purred as the other hunters petted her head and scratched behind the ears. Lydia caugh Miles's statement and corrected him.
"She is female. I found her in a box that was filled with water in the city. I managed to get her out before the water covered her head." The little black kitten continued to bask under the affection she was recieving. "What is a good name for a cat?"

Skiaska smiled at Lydia warmly, and paused her insanity over the cute mass of fur. "Well, one usually looks at the features. Any marks and sometimes the color. Does your kitten have any marks the could distinguish her?" Whne the kitten mewed again, Skiaska went back to scratching and petting. Her tail was wagging lazily, but was also twitching excitedly.

"She is just black. She is hale and heathy, and is not missing any limbs or body parts." she replied. "I do not know how one goes about naming cats. Do they have names like people, like Lydia, or if it was a boy a name like William? I am confused on the matter."

Miles thought the problem over "Well, I'm not really sure what goes into naming... I'd say go with a certain trait of her's." He gave a little more thought "She was Lucky to be found and rescued by you... So how about Fortuna? It's the Latin word for fortune or luck." It was all he could think of at the moment.
