We did that in German a few years back because the teacher was a nervous reck who couldn't control the nice ones, let alone the ones who swing from the lights. Also, we didn't like German.
I'm so glad I did French.

In high school band we're a lot more serious and actually don't text. But there's this one kid who texts in the bell of his Bari Sax. stare Because, we all want a band scholarship to college.

I don't understand sports scholarships. I've an academic one, but I don't see why people should be allowed free schooling because they can kick a ball...

Yeah, but its because the school wants to look well-rounded. Its the same with band scholarships. Should we be allowed to get free schooling because we can finger a note?

silent_death_is_loud Yeah, but its because the school wants to look well-rounded. Its the same with band scholarships. Should we be allowed to get free schooling because we can finger a note? Yes, because it requires skill and talent. I have argued for many an hour that being able to move your legs quickly shouldn't grant you access to something which costs others $$$$$$!

want to agree with you because I hate all athletics, but they still reuire skill, too...
Academic scholarships are good, though; it's the point of school to learn the things upon which they're based.
I must segway.... Aharon's schooling?

Well, I've got to get to school too, so no homeschooling. There are no boarding schools here. So Public and Private are really the only choices.
Probably Charter school. It's like Private but free wink

(If he wants that as a catch-phrase and you somehow remeber it from this random, nearly anonymus note by the time he is old enough to want a catch-phrase, that is.)

So... I personally wished my mom had done more documentation of my early years because I am very curious about them. But those years in question are far too tiresome.
Every time I post here nowadays I feel I should strike it out...
