 "Whatever you say, James. I really could care less." Relako said with a shrug. After all, he really didn't need James anymore. James' 'information' had turned out to be something he could have found out on his own anyway, and he had been completly useless against the demon, so there wasn't much of a chance he would be in the future. "Anyways Kiendo, do you want to find out about your own powers or not?"

"Do I have much of a choice? I'm afraid of what would happen if I don't figure it out," Kiendo said, glancing over his shoulder to James. He didn't know what kind of situation he was put into, and he certainly didn't like the fact that the two of them were fighting.

"Fine......If I'm so useless to you I think I should leave" He said turning away and walking the other direction "Have fun with whatever it is you find......" he called back "Cause I hope it kills you" he said very quietly as he walked

"Pick your 'friends' better in the future James." Relako called back as the vampire began walking off. Relako walked over the demon in the corner at that moment to find that it had regained consiousness. It glared silently up at him, unable to speak because Relako's spell had severed the muscles required for speak. "Useless..." he muttered, leaning down and slitting the creatures throat. "You don't need to worry about anything, Kiendo. I won't do anything to you if you refuse me. You're not a target for me." he said, turning back around to face the human. "You don't want me to teach you, you can just leave right now. But keep in mind that if you do want to learn, you're going to have to do things my way."

"Hey! Wait! Hang on a second!" Kiendo called after James, "It's not good to travel alone, even if you are strong enough. You may not be 'useful' to Relako, but you are 'useful' to me. You're a friend," He said, trying to convince James to not leave. He then replied to Relako, "I would like to learn more about this odd magic I have. I didn't even know I had it," He said to him.

James stopped "Why should I stay with a liar and if I am useless that should indicate that I should be leaving" he said turning to look at Kiendo "As Relako eplained, Murasame doesnt fire unless I'm in danger or a friend is in danger....I dont know how to fight properly, what use am I to you" he said harshly getting sick of these fight one after another. He felt a bit light headed from his head wound but he continued to ignore it

Kiendo fell silent. He hated departures the most during his travels, "Promise me that we will meet again, okay? We will sit down with a beer or something," Kiendo offered, with a hand outstretched to shake hands with James. He hoped that even by saying that James would change his mind about leaving.

"We will most likely see each other again.....since I might be your creator" he said with heavy guilt in his voice. He shook Kiendo's hand before turning around and walking away again

Kiendo looked down slightly. He knew what James meant. Kiendo would have had a fairly instant reaction if he was injected with the Vampire venom; or so he thought anyway, "Even if I were, I wouldn't blame you; so please don't tear yourself up about it. I stayed here of my own volition," He called after James, unsure if he heard him or not.

Kiendo sighed sadly when James left, but he knew that he and Relako wouldn't get along anymore; so he figured that this might be for the best.
He bowed one last time to the Vampire before turning back to Relako, "I have decided. I would like to learn more about this magic I possess," He told him.

"Are you sure? If it is dark magic, the creatures of the light may never accept you again." Relako said as Kiendo turned back to him. Relako wasn't sure if he could convert Kiendo to his 'side', but one thing he knew was that anyone that used dark magic almost always automatically became an enemy of the 'good'. "Its your last chance to stay a part of regular society."

Kiendo hesitated. He was thinking about his family, and what he would feel if they were to suddenly reject him, "I don't remember getting my hands on anything that would give me this dark magic, so I can only assume that it's been dormant since I was born. If they can't accept me now, then there would be something wrong," He said, mostly to himself but loud enough to be heard, "I have told my family that I would be researching magic. I haven't seen them in so long. I don't think it would matter if I learn to harness this magic that I've already had," He explained.

"Well alright then." Relako said, clapping his hands together and standing up off the wall. "There's a simple test we can do to see if there's dark magic. Cast a spell. And you might as well try my 'Ten Swords' since you know what the results look like, and it's pretty easy. Basically hold out your hand and envision yourself pushed the energy out of your body into ten blades that fly forward from your hand." Relako explained.

"Okay then..." Kiendo didn't remember much of the attack because he was too busy trying to keep himself alive during them.
He looked down and tried to focus his mind. He envisioned what he saw and pushed the energy out.
A weak shield of black energy formed; which was a replica of what he saw at that moment when the attack came his way. Just as it appeared it disappeared.
