"Aww... you care about me." Bané said making a fake swooning gesture. He chuckled, then thought of a new plan. "I wonder, if you could mask your powers with a greater one? That would make you seem like a rabbit among wolves, the less dangerous. My belt has the ruby containing all my malice, insanity, sadness and negative emotions, combined with reckless magic. Expressed in the correct way, it could make it seem like a powerful wizard."

Eva rolled her eyes at his joke, then looked thoughtful at his idea. "hmm... we'd have to separate them before that, because once danger appears, he doesn't let her out of his sight. that would be a good distraction though for after that."

Bané thought for a few seconds before admitting, "I'm not entirely certain how to separate them without some kind of danger. All i can really think of is attacking them, and getting her in the chaos."

"But you can get close to her without rousing his suspicions," Eva pointed out. "Because you are human. What if you lured her away with something, before he could catch on to what was happening?"

seductive powers, i lure her away for you to taint her." He said seductive in a moderately sarcastic tone. Yet at the same time, he seemed like it made perfect sense.

"I'm not so sure about those 'seductive powers' you mentioned, but that's the general idea," Eva replied with a shrug. She wasn't exactly sure how Bane could get the girl away from the boy long enough for her to taint.

"Yeah, neither am I." Bané said smiling. "Well, if i'm posing as a simple traveller, I should lose some of my weapons. Also my hat, kinda makes me look like an outlaw." He said. He slid off his chukrum sash, and took his hat off, revealing his brown hair. He walked over to Akikio and put them in a saddle bag. He walked back over to Eva. "So when do we get going?"

"Soon, I think," Eva replied and her mind slaves dispersed themselves and began to appear like normal people again. She needed to decide what to do with them and that mostly depended on if Bane could get the elf girl away from her friend.

"We should get any supplies we need while were here." Bané said pointing at a general store down the street. "Who knows how long we will have to scout the people. Or even how long it will take for me to get the girl alone."

"Yes," Eva said, but she sounded a little unsure. She had never really needed to buy supplies, feeding off of other creatures or taking what she needed from her victims, so she wasn't sure what they needed. "Why don't you go get some?"

"Ok." Bané said shrugging, "I'll get a big pack, food, extra clothes, ammo, luxury items, smokes, water, and that's all i can think of. Anything you'll need inarticulately?" He asked Eva. Money wasn't an issue, he had all the money he would need.

"Alright then." Bané said decisively. He walked over to the general store, and after a few minutes returned with a large amount of things in his arms. He sat them down, then started to arrange them. As he did he mumbled, "Alright, the pack will make me look like a trader, I'll put food at the bottom, keep water visible, then ammo, then clothes, then put trade goods on top if they look inside."

Eva nodded to his mumbling. Bané seemed to know what he was doing, so she didn't interrupt or comment, figuring he had a handle on it.
