Bio: The identical twin brother of Lucien Draklus, Jayce is a shrewd and cunning tactician and manipulator. Very persuasive, and very deadly. While his sibling Lucien retained the Draklus family name, Jayce adopted the name Shadowstep, as is customary for Shadowstep clan members. He was turned by the dark gift at an unknown time in medieval Ireland where he was a noble of great renown. He is notorious for his unearthly intelligence and his equally unearthly accuracy with a pistol.

Karma background: when Karma was 18 she got really sick and was pretty much on her death bed the doctor gave her 4 days to live. one day Carlisle was in the hospital and he hear Karma mother crying to the doctor and asking him to help her little girl. Carlisle found Karma and saw that she was almost dead so he bit Karma and put some of his venom into her so she would become a vampire. Karma mother didn't know what happened to her little girl cause Karma was a new born and couldn't see her human family for a bit, so Jasper and Carlisle took her in and got her to control her thirst and now that she has the power over her blood thirst she can see her human family but when she went to her old house everything was broken and no one have been there for months. Karma drink both human and animal blood
Carlisle background: when Carlisle was a little boy his parent gave him up. he went from family to family until he was 18 and could live on his own. one night he was out late and he felt like someone was following him so he started walk faster and then out of no where a vampire jumped from a tree and bit his neck. Carlisle got the vampire off but not soon enough the vampire venom got into his veins. he had a real hard time at first cause he was a new born and attacked anything with a heart beat, then Jasper found Carlisle and took him and now Carlisle doesn't drink human blood only animal.
Jasper background: at the age of 14 Jasper village was attacked and jasper family and most of the people in the village was killed. Jasper uncle took Jasper in and he's family didn't know that he was a vampire and then one night when Jasper was 19 his uncle missed hunting and lost control and bit Jasper in the night. then in the morning his uncle told him and Jasper flipped and took off Jasper didn't have much of a problem with controlling himself but also him uncle live in the middle of nowhere so were wasn't much then wild life. one day when Jasper finally got to town he starting the smell blood and he attacked someone after that he went back to him uncle until he learned to control himself after a few years he go control and left him uncle once again, Jasper also drink only animal blood.
