Eve wasn't doing too badly in the fight until she felt a blade slip between her ribs. She cried out and Tuin was finally able to get there, tearing the man and his sword away from the injured princess. Eve was quick to lose herself, Selena now in control, calling her sword to her and immediately beginning the blood bath. Men screamed all around her as she ended their lives, slicing through them like butter. With Cori and her combined strength, it didn't take very long at all for the two to end the battle. All people from the city had already fled, or been killed. With the imminent danger gone, Selena tied a cloth over the wound, whincing lightly as she walked with Tuin to actually find Cori now. "We're going to need those soldiers now..." She sighed to her friend, looking through the rubble. Calling down a falcon, she attached a note to his leg and then sent him off, back to Aduial to bring the news to her father.

Roran fell to his knees when he heard her voice. He didn't want to talk with her anymore, and her voice annoyed the hell out of him. He felt like screaming to drown her out. She was the same. They were all the same. He could hardly take it. His hands clultched his white hair as she continued, his eyes squinted to the point that it hurt. He was losing it and he could tell. He wanted to scream at her, hell, he wanted to fight her. He knew he couldn't. So instead he sat there on his knees waiting for her to finish herself. When she was done, he put his hands on the ground as if to channel the anger out of himself.

The touch was soft and gentle, seeming to calm Roran down. He turned his head to see the queen there. Once his eyes rested on her, he slowly rose to his feet, letting out a sigh. "I know I'm not, and I thank you for caring, but you're needed more elsewhere. I've got to get aid for Eve. Even if they don't believe they should give it till she calls, it's a two day ride to Talagand. I'm sure the werepeople will aid Eve since their homeland is being targeted, but that doesn't change the fact that it will take elvish reinforcements two days, and that's if they have enough horses for everyone." He turned his back to her to look deeper into the town. "If I can get even a handful of men to join us in a battle, our chances for winning increases. Anyone who's willing to help will help in the long run." He turned to face her again. "I would ask one thing of you, though." He bowed his head. "If there's any way to keep the elves out of my head, I would be most grateful."

Just as the king arrived at the base, the falcon flew down, landing on his arm. "General, could you relay this message to me?" He asked, taking the note off the falcon's leg. The general walked over and took the note, reading it quickly before he grinned and turned to the king. "Valanthiriel has requested that the army join her in Talagand immediately." The General told the king, giving him the message back. "Good, then send them out immediately. By the way, did a young man and Lady Leena come by?" He asked the general. "No, no one besides you has come by." The man answered. The king sighed lightly, shaking his head. "My daughters seem to anger that poor man to no end. Thank you." The king sighed before walking off back towards the castle.

The with the entire army on horses, they were leaving the city in a matter of minutes, the ground shaking from the power of all the horses galloping together.

Cori went up to Selena, starting to pull her arrows from the corpses. "You alight?" she asked, her gaze flickering up from the corpse. Arrows were a pain to make, she wasn't going to leave them all here unless she had to.

"I'll be fine." Selena answered calmly, stroking Tuin's neck gently. "I was hoping to move closer to Altarion before the last option was used up, but I think it's too late now." She sighed looking at Cori. "Aduial's army with be here by nightfall. We're lucky our hoses are so fast." The princess said. "I only hope that Aduial will be alright with the army gone...."

"Should we keep going? We can go faster if we're not traveling with them directly." Cori said, glaring lightly at a broken shaft before continuing on.

"I have a feeling that a certain hunter will be quite upset if we continue on without the army. Besides, I've got a pounding headache..." Selena sighed, walking over to an empty, semi-together building. Once inside, she rested her back against a wall and slid down, leaving a trail of blood on the wall, now sitting on the floor. "God I can't wait for one of the medics to get here. I think that blade was tipped." She growled, putting a hand over the wound. It burned, and with her resistance to pain, she was lucky that it wasn't hurting her as badly as it should, though she was still in pain.

"Let me see it, Ev- Selena." Cori said, catching herself before calling her the wrong name. She nodded as she saw Tyri coming up, stopping nearby to graze on the remains of a small garden.

Selena sighed and removed the cloth from the wound, whincing lightly. The wound was actually very deep, not too life threatening, but it was still pretty serious. "I blame Eve." She sighed.

"Blame the idiot who did it, or Altarion who sent it." Cori said with a light glare, carefully moving her shirt out of the way and looking at the wound, getting up and going to Tyri. She slipped a bag from one of the pouches. "Will you let me do what I can for it, or are you gonna be your usual stubborn self?" she asked, sitting back on her heels with a hand on her hip.

A hawk screeched in the sky, landing lightly near to the princess, a charm around it's neck flashing as it suddenly changed into a man, the shadows swirling around him while giving him clothing. His eyes were striking, much like a hawks, offering a vial to Cori. "You both know me already. Lady Leena sends her regards. This is the antidote for that poison." He told them both quietly, knowing that he may be struck down by either of them at that moment in time. "I am Vadász. If you need proof of that I shall gladly give it."

Leena just let Anira's voice flow through her head, though she knew only part of it was for her to hear. She watched him wordlessly, stroking Sebesen's muzzle as he straightened to his feet. The corner of her mouth twitched a little, lowering her eyes, holding her palm open to watch a flame flicker there before vanishing while his back was turned to her. She raised her eyes once more when he turned back to face her, tilting her head a little. She was silent for a few moments, just seeming to consider him before an ironic sort of smile rose to her features. "Roran, where am I going to go? Back home? I'll be targeted and killed. And then my advisers will celebrate and find itself a new leader. One of pure blood as they would say. Vadász is with Eve, or Selena at the moment, and Cori to take care of them." She folded her arms over her chest, the smile turning sad before fading entirely, leaving an impassive expression in it's wake. "And do you really think that the elves will listen to one of Moth no matter what his intentions? They will take one look at you and assume you are here for their lives." She murmured, drawing her sword. She cut her hair till it was at her shoulder, holding the strands tightly. She then smiled to him, a bat appearing rather suddenly by her shoulder, holding her hair for her while she cut her palm. "I shall make you your amulet though against their telepathy."

Taking the strands back in her hand where she was bleeding, the hair sizzled, becoming long strands of metal instead, sheathing her sword then. The strands began twisting around themselves, flashing as she hid what she was doing by her cloak, the blood droplets falling towards the ground any indication of what was happening. Her eyes glowed a little, mouth moving in a barely noticeable way yet no sound came from it, not even a whisper. She started bending things around, holding out her blood drenched hand, lightning crackling from the sky to her hand, the hand vanishing beneath her cloak again. It took another moment before she stopped moving, offering a necklace to him with a pendant of red hanging from it. Exhaling slowly, she made sure not to show her bloodied hand again, pausing to touch the gem to her forehead, then offering it to him again. The color of the gem changed, swirling to a calm gold, nodding to him. "That should do it. You also shouldn't have any worry about anyone ever trying to take over your mind now either." She told him, pulling out her flask while turning to her horse to hide what she was doing from view. pouring just a little of the contents onto the wound, she winced just a little, murmuring something before it closed up, turning back to him.

"Now, do you want my help or not gathering troops to help Eve? We should probably follow after the troops, after all, they have set off now." She had felt the ground moving, knowing that it was all of the feet that were pounding, swinging up onto Sebesen. "In any case, Mereth will join them when the time comes. We aren't quite ready yet, but we will come when called." She told him with a warm smile, her now short, white hair flowing on the breeze.

"If Eve had been paying attention, I wouldn't have gotten stabbed." Selena hissed. "And I'm not stubborn. I just don't trust most people. It took fifteen years to trust Eve enough to even start talking to her in her dreams." She sighed, just removing the top part of her dress, keeping her arms up to her chest still. There were scars on her back, and it was all writing in several different languages. Curses to be exact. Eve had been born with them, but Selena was the one who actually went through the pain of the curses being put into place. It was Altarion who had done it, just another reason for the princess to hate him. "Just make it quick alright? It's freezing..." Selena sighed. She looked back at the man quietly, before only shrugging and looking ahead of her once more. She really didn't care if he saw her half naked. She had more to worry about than trival things like that.

"Selena, you can't expect perfection every waking minute." Cori sighed, taking the vial. "Here. I'm assuming you know what to do with it." she said, carefully starting to treat the wound. She didn't deal with poisons, and wasn't completly sure who to use most antidotes. Drink it or put it on the wound? She never really knew which was used which way.

"My Lord, they killed them all. Eve was barely hurt, a simple cut between her ribs. And Aduial's army is coming to help them." Aki said, thoroughly annoyed. She'd done as told, staying back. And, most likely, he'd be dissapointed because she hadn't died with them.

Vadász remained silent when watching the two of them, not even seeming phased by the fact that now Selena was half-naked. He was just watching Cori tend to the wound, brushing a feather from his clothes, that tended to happen when he switched forms. "Leena told me to stay with the two of you in her stead." He murmured, knowing he would probably be awkward between the two of them there.

"That's fine." Selena sighed, taking the antidote and putting it into the wound, bandaging it a little bit better before she put her dress back on. "And yes I can. I been preparing her since she was born, she should at least know how to pay attention for more than twenty seconds." She replied in an annoyed tone.

"Good, that means my dear Selena is waking up some more. And because of this new development, I need you to go speak with her sisters that reside here in the castle." Altarion said, actually sounding slightly interested.
