"I'm telling you never again." Abby said as she took a bite into her sandwich. Her phone began to vibrate so she took it out.
-You will never believe who is in town. ~Mom She took a sip of her drink and was about to text her mom back but was interrupted.
"Abby, baby." Abby spat out her drink as she gazed up at a familiar face.
"Daniel!" She gasped. "What are you doing here?" Daniel folded his arms.
"What you're not going to introduce your boyfriend to your buddies here?" Daniel pointed to everyone. Abby rolled her eyes.
"EX-boyfriend. Emphasis on the EX!" Anger began to fill Abby's entire body. The perfect 'just-like-old-times' mood was totally destroyed. Abby began to debate in her head whether she should kill him or not.
Oh he is so dead.

Charlie doubled over laughing, although struggling to keep her gum in her mouth.
Tobi chuckled, twisting to hold his hand out. "I'm Tobi, Abby's current boyfriend."

Abby's heart skipped a beat. "Yeah right. She ain't got no boyfriend. If she did, her roommate Rachel would know about it and Abby is still mine." Daniel said.
"No, I'm not!" Abby shouted. "Go back to Jersey where you came from because no one wants you here." Daniel huffed.
"Ah, come one sweet cheeks. I know you don't mean that. Look, let's just go get a cup of coffee and talk about this. Just you and me." He smiled. Abby shook her head.
"There's nothing to talk about Daniel. So leave!"

"Well, I can prove it." Tobi grinned, leaning over and kissing Abby.
Charlie grabbed his second ice tea and leaned back, watching Daniel's reaction.

Jole opened one eye. A blonde-haired, well-dressed stranger was standing over them, grinning at Abby as if she were a delicious sweet.
"You're not going to introduce your boyfriend?"
Jole watched the scene develop curiously. As far as he was concerned, this was no longer his business, until -
"I'm Tobi, Abby's current boyfriend."
Jole watched Tobi reach out to grab Abby's hand.
Jole watched Daniel faulter.
Jole watched Tobi grin.
Jole watched Tobi lean over and kiss Abby-
His mind took over.
In one sudden movement, he leapt upon Tobi, ripped him from Abby and punched him squarely in the face, sending him flying once again into the creek.

Daniel's eyes went wide with shock. He couldn't believe what was happening before his eyes. Abby, however, forgot about everything that was happening. When they pulled apart, Daniel was glaring at Tobi. "You'll pay for that." Abby was brought back down to earth.
"Get a life. Better yet get a clue." She said and Daniel stormed away and mumbled something about not giving up and this was not the end. But Abby didn't care. She got a kiss from Tobi and Daniel was gone at the moment.
Too bad it was only for show.

Thankfully, by the time Jole started punching Tobi Daniel had left. "Boys stop it." Abby cried.
Why does everything have to end in fighting?!

"JOEL!" Charlie shrieked, then reached across to slap him across the face.
Tobi was knocked out, falling into the creek.
Charlie leaped up, running over to Tobi.

Jole stood stock still, watching Charlie race over to Tobi. His face stung lightly from where she slapped him.
His mind was racing. He didn't know what to do. He glanced down at his hands, clenched tightly into shivering fists. The world seemed to fall away.
I'll kill him. Next time, I'll kill the b*****d.
He turned to walk away.

Abby ran to Jole and stopped in front of him. "Don't you walk away. You can run but you can't hide. Don't run away from me again. He only did that to get rid of Daniel. My ex-boyfriend. Who, by the way, loved to control my life. So in a way you should be thanking him for saving me."

Charlie muttered under her breath. "He says I mess everything up, look at this." She gently shook Tobi's shoulders, "Wake up..." She looked up, then sighed.

Jole glared at Abby.
"What he did was not to just get rid of Daniel," he shouted, pointing angrily at Tobi. "He knew what he was doing! And don't you act like it's all just fun and games, because it isn't! " He stepped closer to Abby. "This isn't playing any more Abby!" Tears began to gather in his eyes. "I know exactly how you feel about that little sneaky piece of s**t," he said, staring directly in Abby's eyes. "I know. And you know how I feel. You've made your choice. And I don't want anything to do with this game of cat and mouse anymore!"
He roughly pushed Abby aside and began to stride through the trees. Without warning, he turned, a dangerous look in his eyes.
"If he ever comes near me again," he said, pointing to Tobi, "I'll kill him."
With that he turned around again and began to walk furiously back to town.

Tobi wouldn't wake up. Charlie sat in the creek, burying her head in her hands. "Damnit." She stood up, then ran back to the waffle house. She looked at the package on Jole's doorstep, then grabbed it. He didn't deserve it anymore. She tossed it at his window, watching it smash. She was satisfied with destroying the package, but the bracelet was probably still safe. She threw a large rock at his window, but missed. She ran off before anyone could see her, although she noticed Jole's mother at the window.

Abby glared at Jole. "How could I have made a choice? I didn't even say anything?!" She folded her arms. Abby grabbed her bag, stormed past the clubhouse and decided to go to her favorite spot. The swing set on the playground. Thankfully no one was there. She sat down but didn't swing. The breeze was enough for her. She took out her sketch book and began to draw. At first she didn't know what to draw, and then she was drawing two faces. Jole and Tobi. "Arg!" She shouted and shoved her sketch book back in her bag. "When did everything get so complicated?" She said to herself.

Charlie sat down to write everything out.
"Hey,"
She scribbled it out, writing formally, then stopped. She rewrote the letter in Perry's handwriting, substituting the pronouns.
"Jole:
Hey, I just wanted to say, I don't really want you in the Waffle House anymore. Charlie just seems depressed and I saw what happened with Tobi. Its not personal really, I just want to protect my baby sister and her friends. You don't seem like her friend anymore, so I'm sorry, you aren't welcome here anymore.
Perry."
She went and dropped it off at Jole's house, then began to walk towards the museum in town.
